Brookdale

After the death of my dad, who was my mom's main caregiver, we needed to find a new home for my mom. She has Parkinson’s and needs extra care for daily living. The Executive Director, Assistant Director, nurses, caregivers, cooks, activity director/assistants, maintenance, and salon have all been so helpful and caring with mom as she has been working on transitioning thru this new stage in her life. It’s been a very emotional roller coaster ride for her and our family. Brookdale of Alliance has been a comfort to my sister and I, knowing that she will be well taken care of. They had us come in with my mom and check out the facility ahead of time and met with us to talk us thru the whole process. We felt very confident that mom would be in a safe, caring facility. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for an assisted living facility.

They were all so kind, and good to my loved one. They were great! They offer activities, such as; games, singing, exercise and personal visitation, and coloring.

I have told many people about them. They are friendly, caring, mom said the meals are delicious, they have a good amount of activities to choose from. The place is well cleaned and cozy/homey. It seems like a lot of money, but the peace of mind alone is worth it. She loves that she was able to bring her cat!

I have had patients at Brookdale and it is a wonderful community. The residents are well cared for, the community is clean, and the community is respected as a leader in the senior living field. The Memory Care is one of the best in Nashville. They have multiple activities for the residents to keep the mind engaged.

What stuck out to us about this community was personal pay options, level of care, and individual independence for my loved one. The staff are super communicative and I appreciate how quick the turnaround time was to get my loved one scheduled for a tour and moved in. House keeping is good and people are friendly. Would I recommend to others? Yes I would, depending on their needs.

Staff was very encouraging and supportive of family during the transition to memory care. The activities director, [name removed], always has a smile, kind words, and endless energy.

Our family had an in-person tour and [name removed] was very nice and wonderful, but what it came down to was just location and it was just not as convenient for us.

I am not exaggerating when I give a 5 to each category. The place and staff could not have pleased me more and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. My brother has an apartment and is very active and thoroughly enjoys living there.

The accessibility of the staff is what really sticks out to me. You can go sign in and visit just about anytime. I call them and let them know when I am coming to get her for a doctor appointment and they have her ready to go. If we call they answer right away or call back in a timely manner. The staff are all extremely friendly as well. From the kitchen staff, maintenance staff to the directors and they have all been very friendly and responsible and knowledgeable. The activities director is very nice and on top of things. They also call me for feedback themselves so they can make improvements and I like that. Our experience here has been so positive and they have been extremely easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Sandy Springs.

This was a nice community it was out our reach.

I am extremely happy with the care my loved one is receiving in Memory Care. The Health and Wellness Director, [name removed], met with me and my loved one and held both of our hands through the transition. [name removed] has remained a constant in my loved one's care. [name removed], the Executive Director, helped me navigate health insurance options. [name removed]door is always open if I have any questions. The nurses who work in the memory care unit, [name removed] and [name removed], are compassionate and loving and ensure my loved one is properly cared for each day. I've witnessed them and the nurse's aides, hold my loved one's hand and walk and talk with her. The Clare Bridge Program Manager, [name removed], has made a drastic improvement in my loved one's life. [name removed] knows how to interact with dementia patients and has improved the quality of life for all of the residents. The receptionists, [name removed], Lovely, and [name removed] always greet me by name when I visit and make me feel welcome and valued.

I felt they did everything awesome - they genuinely cared. Can't say enough good things about Brookdale. Food could've been better according to my mom. Everything else was exceptional - staff especially. Love those folks[names removed] were instrumental in our experience.

We picked this community, because my loved one picked the place, and my neighbor recommend it. It seemed like a wonderful place, after taking the tour. The community is really good. The staff work really hard to create a very friendly environment. It feels like a homey environment. The peope are very nice and they have a good diversity of actiivities.

The staff at Brookdale North Tucson are very helpful. They tried really hard to accommodate our family's needs. And there are lots of activities and things to do if you want to do them. I would highly recommend them.

Nothing is perfect but our family has been very pleased with the community, the staff members are fantastic and have really made our loved ones feel comfortable and safe.

I found the facility very homelike and comfortable, not too large and overwhelming. The staff was very helpful with all our questions and concerns.

Best assisted living place!!!! Staff is amazing and very professional and caring. They did everything well. Especially the care. The professionalism and caring for the residents amazing. The dining room fantastic. The salon awesome. The care wonderful. The nurses and nurses aides fabulous!!

This was a nice community. It was too large for our loved one.
