Brookdale

Brookdale was ok, but expensive.

I toured this facility and it was really nice, very clean.

Our family had an in person tour and we would give the staff 5 stars, but the facility itself a 1. The facility was in bad need of updating. Also it just was not right for our loved one, we were looking for more independent living to still keep her active .

It has been a tremendous experience for our family. The staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. They far exceed the previous assisted living facility my aunt was in. They offer plenty of activities. Generally the facility is very clean, although some of the carpeting in the common areas needs to be replaced. It is pricey, but they provide a very valuable service.

Our mother was a resident at Brookdale from [date removed] until her passing on [date removed]. We cannot fully express the level of concern and love and compassion that the staff showed to our mother and in turn to us. We are forever grateful for this group of caring individuals and would recommend this facility to anyone.

You probably won't be able to find a better place for your loved one, than Brookdale. They were tremendous to work with and the staff communication with the family was excellent. There were three meals a day served and the residents had choices to choose from. The staff made sure that the family was comfortable during visiting our loved ones in the dining room or in the common areas. The staff truly went above and beyond for us.

We've had a very good experience and have been very happy with Brookdale Granger. It's a top notch facility and worth checking out. They offer a lot of activities. I was pleased with how they handled a Covid outbreak that was outside of their control. I felt they dealt with it the best they could, in the best way possible.

[name removed]is not only very welcoming but very sweet and encouraging. She's also knowledgeable and helpful in the transition of your loved ones to this facility. We found the facility to be excellent condition with a homey and warm atmosphere. On first visit, we were impressed.

We appreciated Walden Ridge so much. The kindness and care that the staff gave not only my Mother in Law but us too was a true gift. We felt loved and supported through a difficult yet beautiful time.

I have been overwhelmingly pleased with the excellent staff and friendly residents. It is everything and more that the Sales Director, [name removed] promised me!! The food is excellent and Chef [name removed] goes out of his way to accommodate my special diet. I recently helped prepare a butterfly garden which I know all will enjoy and much to my delight am helping organize a talent show. I would recommend this community to everyone!! Come see for yourself!!!

The people that work there and care for my father is something we really like and appreciate. They are very compassionate and helpful with all our needs.

It was the second bes,t but further away. The environment was nice, and the way that they did things.

Overall, our family has been very pleased with the care my father is getting in the skilled nursing facility. The high-level staff is very responsive and accommodating, from nursing to the social worker to the billing department. The day-to-day staff is very attentive, even when they come from temporary placements. A permanent activities manager for this level of care has been very helpful. As with any move, especially encompassing the level of care needed for my father, there were a few hiccups along the way. However, things were handled quickly and professionally and we never felt that my father's best interests weren't always at the top of everyone's agenda. The food is decent - no complaints from my father. The cost is higher than most facilities but we believe that the extra touches have been worth it.

When I speak with our family member at Brookdale they have no complaints, they really seem to like it there and that things are going very well. From what we have heard it seems like they might have some staffing issues but we don't think that has really impacted anything.

Staff is extremely friendly and dale loves them and is so appreciative of everyone who works there. The food is adequate and they have a sufficient variety. I think Brookdale has an excellent value, especially compared to ac couple of the other places that we looked at. For the care and support, the size of his apartment, etc. I think it is great.

It's a great facility with a wonderful, competent, efficient, and caring staff. Dad's currently in the hospital, and while I'm there with him, they are hands on presently assisting my daughter to relocate him from their Assisted Living area to their Memory Care unit so his return can be as seamless as possible. I'm grateful to have found such a wonderful place for him!

My mother was there such a short time, but for the short time she was there, she was well taken care of. We picked this community, because it was within 15 minutes of our family. Was very welcoming and each room was very nice. They accommodated my mother's needs. Definitely an open door policy.

I toured this facility and it was fantastic! Everything here looked great.
