Brookdale

Moving your parent to a care facility can be daunting experience. Due to an accident, we were pressured to search and select something quickly….over the Christmas/New Year’s week. I was amazed at how Brookdale staff was texting me and answering questions after hours and that [name removed] made time to meet my very sad father and me on such short notice to show us their beautiful facility. It was decorated for the holidays and we were there on New Year’s eve to see the dining room set up for what looked like a beautiful party. [Name removed] was also setting things up for residents to watch the big Michigan game on the big screen. We were shown some fabulous rooms and [name removed]'s biggest concern was to find the best one for all my mom’s needs, with safety being paramount. I was immediately sold on this as being top notch and the care center I wanted for my mom. She’s blind and won’t see that it looks like a resort, but she will feel the warmth it radiates which matters. I saw many places this is #1

I think all are very helpful and courteous. No improvement needed. Clinton is a very nice community. It seemed to be the best fit for my loved one.

They show care and cocern. They go out of there way to make people feel good. I would recommend to other people.

We have been very happy with Brookdale Folsom. We were impressed from the get go, the memory care staff interact with the residents and play games with them. IN the main room they do music, games, etc. It is a very clean facility and we have been impressed overall. The staff are all very informative and he is doing great here. He loves it and is happy every time we go to visit.

The community is very clean which we really like, and the first day our loved one moved in we met with a lot of staff members and they were very friendly which was a great sign. We also were able to visit friends before our loved one moved in so we were very familiar with the community. We do feel that our loved one is getting their money's worth and we would recommend them to other families .

Everything is going very well. We really like the staff and it just feels like a homey place. Where he was before there were not many coherent people, but here there are more residents that he is able to interact and socialize with. The food is very good, that was one of the reasons we moved to this facility as well. I would recommend Brookdale Georgetown.

My loved one loves it here, and enjoys the staff and feels valued. They can do better with the billing system/invoicing. Overall, I would recommend to other famlies.

The care services are very good. The interaction with the staff has been positive. My loved one loves the food, and enjoys Bingo, and exercises/painting. They also have weekly shopping trips, and outings. Great value for the money. They make people feel welcomed. Overall, they keep me well informed with what's going on with my loved one, and they're very good with keeping the seniors active.

I am so thankful to find a wonderful place with caring people to take care of my Mom.

They are very sincere in their care for the residents. They rescued us when we were in a time of need. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Green Hills Cumberland to others looking.

During our loved ones stay at Brookdale Kenwood we thought everything was very personable, very caring, the staff members are always very supportive. They always answered our questions and were very complaint when we needed them to give aide and assistance to our loved one. However when our loved one passed there was a big lack of communication when it came to payments, and a big misunderstanding. The issue was fixed after coming to an agreement but make sure to pay attention to the money aspect - we found it to be unprofessional

my husband has been in the memory unit at Brookdale cape cod for one month and 3 days. he is very happy with the food, his sunny room, the activities and the staff. he is particularly happy with his inclusion in the AL coffees he attends, and he much enjoys the musicales, and the two outside gardens. from my perspective the staff goes to great lengths to make his life comfortable and safe. he has begun to make a few friends and learn names. the facility is such that there is an attempt to meet every specific need and to provide him with control over his environment that makes him feel safe.

Felt this was the best Independent Living Communities. Have been happy here and staff is fantastic.

Brookdale is a great, great place! Love the staff. Activities are wonderful. Food is normally pretty good. Enjoy being with the other residents who have become friends.
