It was an emotionally charged visit for me, but our host could not have been kinder or more compassionate. We were greeted with smiles from staff and residents wherever we went on the tour.

Very welcoming and the facility is very nice. There are options for different budgets. The residents seem to be very happy and connected with each other.

Staff was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. My visit was friendly and professional. I was able to meet and greet staff and residents and witness the compassionate care provided. Their understanding of the complexity of working with folks with dementia was very impressive.

My experience was great. [Name Removed] the sales manager was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The facility is very nice. It has pleasant inviting outdoor grounds surrounded by trees. A nice area for sitting outside or just strolling the grounds. The rooms are very spacious with amenities of being home. The dining area is spacious and well decorated. The menu selection had something for everyone with dietary restrictions in mind. The therapy room has several pieces of equipment for sessions. Overall, I enjoyed my tour.

The facility was clean and the staff was professional. The clients appeared comfortable with the setting. The tour gave me reassurance that my sister would be in a safe and secure environment.

Brookdale staff was wonderful to work with. My mom is very happy with her place, the activities and the food. It worked out very well for her.

It was an excellent experience. The facility was very inviting and clean. The staff was friendly and the residents. The environment was quiet and had a calming atmosphere. The representative was very informative about the available programs and how the residents are treated. Overall, I would highly recommend Brookdale Sylvan Ranch if you are looking for a place for you or a loved one.

My Dad is living at Brookdale Union Park. THEY are always friendly and helpful with any of your needs...The facility is always welcoming with seasonal decorations and activities and events they provide for the residents..The dining facility is clean and food looks nutritional and taste pretty good..I feel he's in good hands with his medical and physical needs and has a social environment that he couldn't get at home alone..I would recommend this community to anyone struggling with their self care and total well-being.

The place was so amazing and perfect place to call home. So organized, very clean, greets you with a smile even the residents that live there and The staffs everyone so pleasant and happy. I came there searching for place for my father ,but now I'm thinking for myself as well. Out of the other places I toured yours is the BEST. I choose Brookdale cedar spring. I will keep in touch. Exception place all round my favorite of five I have seen. Beautiful setting and smiling residents visible. The first guide who asked about my health and stamina in my search for a place for my sister. That he cared to ask was a first in the five places I have visited, but not a deal maker, but I can’t help hoping that his caring concern is an accurate representation of the facility’s care C and professionalism.

My husband has alzheimers and congestive heart failure and I am unable to care for him the staff their excellent care for him, they are so organized at Brookdale Oro Valley. They are incredible, incredible with experience, that I can totally rest night and know he is in good hands. I am grateful for each and everyone from the director, the sales director the health care and so attentive director, the sales director. They are a wonderful team.

So far everything has been great! But it has only been about a month. Food: very good quality, variety. Choices at each meal. Cleanliness of the facility. All the residents we have encountered are pleasant and friendly. Good variety of activities on site and weekly trips to stores. Staff is pleasant abd accommodating.

The facility is very welcoming and homey. The staff is welcoming and attentive. I feel secure that a staff member always notices and speaks to us whenever we enter the building. I've been in facilities where anyone can walk in and seemingly unnoticed into the facility and into resident rooms. That is not the case at Brookdale.

Brookdale Oak Park is very nice place, very good staffing, good food, overall a pleasant place. Staff is exceptional.. great location they have very pleasant activities most days. I am able to include my little dog in most activities and that pleases me. The residents are friendly and willing to include a newcomers

We were so impressed with this facility.[Name Removed] was awesome. She answered all of our questions and was very thorough, we had an we had a lot of fun looking at the different rooms and touring the facility. Every member of the staff that we met were so kind. Very friendly staff and residents seemed very happy, friendly and welcoming. Safe environment and lots of activities going on. Sadly the wait list time is longer than we can do.
