Brookdale

All the staff is very nice. They are very nice to my parents and they treat them very well. We visit often and at first, I thought the staff was friendlier to them because of that. Some of the residents do not have family that visits and the staff is loving and compassionate towards them as well. Everyone from the housekeeping to the activities staff is very sweet.

My mother is doing fabulous with her move to this community. Everything is working out very well, and we are pleased with her move here. I couldn't happier with all they have done for us, they have been great to work with. The community is so nice that I would live here myself. It has worked out very well for my family, and I would recommend this community.

I am incredibly amazed at how patient the staff is with Mother. She has been resistant to her move and asks to go home often. They are all so caring and understanding.She has only been there a month, every time I encounter someone they call me by my name.

Fantastic representative. Tour was excellent. The place was so clean, fresh and active. I wish this one was closer to the location I need for my mother.

My father's stay at this Brookdale location is going smoothly! The facility is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and are sure to communicate and concerns or changes with the family. There are ample opportunities for my father to participate in activities. Overall, my father's stay is going quite well.

We enjoyed the community and speaking with the staff was very helpful. We liked that they could answer the questions we had They offer alot of many activities that might be helpful for residents to participate. We would recommend this community for care and the value of a loved one.

The people at Brookdale Chapel Hill really went the extra mile in helping me get my dad moved there. I have truly been impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of every staff member I have met. They have been so supportive and worked with my time frame and Dad's needs.

We like the nice care of this community. The staff are very nice and always keeping me informed on her progress. The menu was very nice and she was pleased with the nice variety. They have activities for the residents who are able to participate. We would recommend this excellent community to other families for the nice care and value for a loved one.

Very impressed, wonderful tour, lots of staff keeping everyone occupied and engaged. [Removed] was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions without hesitation. Clean, well manicured outside and in. Good security, friendly staff. All around an extremely pleasant experience. I will be using this facility for my MIL for my two week vacation.

After short experience, I will say the staff is caring, helpful and pleasant. Ihe other residents are friendly. The food is good. The activities are varied and abundant. In all after only a few weeks it feels like home.

I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Orland Park because the nurse's aides have been great. They are conscientious and caring. The facility is clean and in good shape. It has been a positive experience so far since my mother moved in.

Mom is doing as well as can be expected at Brookdale. The staff are warm and friendly. This community is smaller and has a cozy feeling to it. Mom likes the food and they keep the community clean. Mom enjoys playing bingo, going to church services and attending bible study. This community is in a good location for us.

The staff have been fabulous about working with us to address some minor issues we had when mom first moved in. She really likes the staff. Mom is eating well. They have entertainers come in they have a morning exercise class and they offer bingo. The community is very clean and I would recommend it.

Lovely, low key home. Nothing fancy but well maintained. Nice, spacious apartments with balconies or patios for each and an amazing amount of storage space and good pricing.I really enjoyed talking to [Removed] and I feel this may be the best option for my husband.

This facility is wonderful. Mom and I had lunch with [Removed] and we also had time with [Removed]. It was a very productive day. I am 100% Comfortable leaving my mom here for respite care in May and December thanks to [Removed] and [Removed].

This Brookdale location is great! Though my primary concern is the fact that rooms and facilities are not cleaned and maintained as often as I would like, the staff is very helpful and receptive to resident and family requests, and any issues are addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. One of the staff members even went the extra mile and cleaned my loved one's bathroom herself when it started to become dirty. Overall, I am pleased with Brookdale!

I liked thsi community but there wasn't a lot of green space. If it were up to my dad he would be outside all day. I liked that the layout of the community was like a village. They had a general area where you could get your hair cut or shop. They nice western style store fronts.

We were very pleased with this Brookdale location! My loved one was very much taken care of at this facility, as the staff were friendly and the faciltiy was well maintained. We had no complaints about this Brookdale location!

Our friend's current stay at this Brookdale location is going great! He very much enjoys this facility, as it offers the care and amenities that he needs and wants. Overall, this location is very nice and we have no complaints!
