Brookdale

We stopped in unexpectedly. The staff were all so kind to us. The managers and care givers all introduced themselves as we toured. The residents all seemed happy and well cared for. The facility was spotless. I was kind of shocked at how clean and homey it was. It is small which we really loved. There are 45 suites. We saw a patio apartment, it had a kitchenette, nice sized living room, walk in closet, one bedroom and a lovely private patio. We have toured a total of ten places. Brookdale Niagara is by far the nicest community we have seen.

This place is perfect. I understand now why three different friends recommended Brookdale Niagara. They have the something special here. We are so pleased with our visit. I'm looking forward to having my Father here soon. They have a short waitlist.

We toured this community and it was very nice. I would recommend them to anyone. We ultimately chose another community in the area because it was a better fit for my mom.

I do not have anything negative to say about this community. My dad loves living here. The food is good and they community is well taken care of. The community is small and personable. They offer daily activities. I would recommend this community.

Everything is working out pretty well for my father with his move to this community. It is a nice place, and I'am comfortable with his move here. It is a good community with caring people. I know he is receiving great care, and in good hands. Overall all is well, and this is a community I would recommend.

My mother was going to move here but decided not to. During our tour is was a good first impression. The community was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and able to answer all of our questions. I would recommend this community to families who do not expect their loved one's care needs to change. It was expensive to back out of moving in once the process had began.

I really enjoyed visiting Brookdale and meeting [Removed]. The residents seem to really enjoy living there. Several came up to me and said that they loved living there and would highly recommend it. They all seem so very happy gathering and visiting in the commons area in the restaurant. It did seem cost-effective and that it would the needs of my parents. It seemed like a family setting and they made me feel right at home with them.

I toured this community. I liked this staff and the cleanliness. The menu seemed good and the staff was nice and friendly. We wanted a different type of room that was offered. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one

This is a great community. The staff is outstanding. the community is always clean and maintained. They always make sure that she is taken and I am glad that the community environment is happy and nice. She is really liking the activities that she is happy with participating. I highly recommend other families to see this great community for the care and the value of a loved one.

Our first impression of Brookdale CC was excellent and we are confident that we made a good decision. The staff is always helpful and [Removed] seems very happy. Although we are just at the beginning of her stay here, everything here seems to be brighter, cleaner, more organized and an all around better fit for [Removed] situation

The community is very nice and very clean. We really like the people here. When we went they were doing a food demonstration and they let mom participate. The staff was interacting with the residents very well. It was a positive experience.

I like to see my mom doing well in this community. We like the staff who are caring and very friendly. The meals are appealing. We like that she is enjoying all of the activities. We would recommend the care and the value of this community for other families.

I liked the way this community was set up when I had the tour. It looks very nicely decorated, it's new, and the staff were good when I met them. The residents looked happy and I was very impressed with what I saw here. Although it is a wonderful facility, I knew my dad would not fit in with the atmosphere.

They took very good care of my mom while she lived there. If anything did arise that needed their attention they handled it immediately. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this to facility to anyone who might need it.

Although we were looking for more in home care,[Removed] was very helpful in my research. The facility is well maintained. The attentive staff greets everyone when they see them. I even got an unsolicited recommendation for Brookdale from one of the residents!

My father stayed here for respite care and it was great.The medical staff was wonderful. The food was the best part! I tried Cornish game hen while I was there with cabbage,which is something I don't normally eat and it was excellent. The chef also has meetings with the residents and asks them how he can improve. I would move here if I could!

My mother stayed here for respite care and it was wonderful! I would give a score of 6 if I could. The whole process was streamlined, they had someone come to our home for the initial introduction and evaluation.She took full advantage of all the activities they offered and had a blast! While I was visiting once the Chef was having a meeting with the residents so he could gather their feedback and improve the menu.I will be sending her here again for respite care.
