Brookdale

We toured this community and it was very clean and the staff was welcoming. I would have moved my father here if the space was available.

Brookdale sparks is very clean and has a friendly staff. Every time I ask my father how things are going he has good things to say.

I am very happy to see my friend doing so well. He is happy here and does like the care at this community. The staff is very nice and attentive to his needs. The menu is appealing on the variety of meals. He is happy with the activities that offered. We would recommend this community for great care and value to other families.

I cannot say enough about the staff. The entire staff have been over the top. They are sharp, in tune with what is going on and answer our questions. The food is ok and they are accommodating her special diet. They offer a lot of activities and the community is clean. I would highly recommend this community.

I toured Brookdale Santa Catalina but have not moved in yet. The community was very clean, the staff was friendly and the food was excellent. So far with my experience I would recommend them to a loved one or friend.

When I went on the tour I really liked this community. The staff are friendly and nice. The community is clean, but my only problem was that they were suppose to hold a room for my dad and they sold it.

I am so over pleased with the experience my parents have had with this community so far. I was in a time pinch when I found out how long I had to find a place for my parents and this facility really came through for me and made life a lot easier. My favorite thing they offer is the great medicine management and organization skills the staff have, It is very vital that my parents stay on top of there medicines and doses are on time and not missed and they have been so officiant with making sure that it is accurately done. My parents are often telling me that they feel like they are on vacation between all of the amenities and the amazing chef as well as the laundry services that are provided for them. Overall amazing place!!

We like this community. The staff is outstanding and caring. She is pleased with the meals and they offer a nice variety. She is offered to be involved with the activities, but at this, they are helping her to stay active. The community is always clean and nice. We would highly recommend the great care and value to other families.

When I first toured the Brookdale, I liked the interaction between the staff and the residents. They seem to be caring weldcoming. The place is clean and the food seems fine. When the weather gets better, they take the residents on outings. Right now, they have a good variety of activities. We are happy with how things are going so far.

My sister in law is enjoying living at Brookdale. She likes the staff and she has made some friends. They offer daily activities and the food is good. The community is clean. This community seems to fit her needs and everything about it is better than the other communities in the area.

Enjoyed visiting with [removed] place had a very homey warm feeling, had a smaller feel. Most people had been working there for a long time. Have a space opening up in March. Seem to have plenty of activities and seem very hospitable. Think mom could be happy here.

I really like the care at this community. The staff are always outstanding and provide excellent care, The meals could use little improvements.They offer a lot of great activities that are helpful to keep her active with the other residents. This is a one level community and we would highly recommend this community for great care and value.

My parents love the fact that the place is small and all on one level. It is only about 40 units and the place is very nice. I have not seen my mother this happy in a long time. The staff is all very friendly and the meals are decent if my mother does not like what is on the menu they give her other options like a sandwich, hamburger, or hot dog. They have a large variety of activities. My parents spend most of their time in the common areas. They have joined in exercise programs, music, and many other things.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch in the dining room prior to our tour. We were very impressed with all of the staff, very friendly and helpful. The guests seem very happy in their surroundings and it's a very comfortable facility. The one bedroom apartment, which includes a small kitchenette and nice separate living room is spacious and perfect for a senior needing a bit of care. The lovely view of Lake Tavares adds to the charm of this intimate (just 91 guests) property. We were very encouraged by our tour of the property and feel it would be a great option for our Dad.

She really does like the activities they offer her here. We are recommending this community to another family for the care and value for loved ones.

Everything has been going fine here. The staff works well with my father in law. The food is real good and we even got to try it and not bad at all. The room is always clean and no complaints. My father in law has been going to the musicals that they offer.

My father is doing very well since moving to the Brookdale. The place is very clean and the meals are very good, my father says he gets enough food. They have a lot of activities, my father loves to play the piano. He is very active and outgoing I think this was a positive experience for him.

Very homey. Love the idea that the community is built into a hill as well as all administrative is on the first floor. Residents were cheerful, active and love the community. [Removed] knew each one of the residents by name! During the tour, my friend and I were introduced to each of these people. Dining room had a lot of food options and open 24/7. Liked the idea that even if the person was to be in independent living, they required a doctor report.

[Removed] is so kind and very informative. I will definitely keep Brookdale in mind when I return to Hixson for further inquiries.
