Brookdale

My husband has been taken care of very well in this community. The staff has taken care of his needs at all times. The rooms are very clean and grounds are well taken care of. He has excellent care here and we would recommend it to others for great care.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The prices are mostly reasonable. Mom is enjoying her new surroundings in a smaller facility where everyone knows everyone else. She felt lost in her old much larger facility where she didn't even know who the manager was!

Brookdale Desert ridge is the cleaniest community I have ever been too, the atmosphere is warm and it feels like home. the staff is friendly and are willing to answer any questions I may have. the residents seems very happy and are always out and about.

this community has done a complete 180 the staff are friendly and informative. they have great attitudes, when you walk through the door it feels like home. the residents are happy and always smiling. Brookdale has great activities and wonderful entertainment. I really recommend this community to anyone and everyone.

We are very pleased with the Brookdale Ray Road facility! Our mother recently moved in and is delighted with the staff, facility, activities, and care. She is shy, and the friendliness of everyone there has helped her to be more outgoing and enjoy herself. Thank you Brookdale.

Laurie was absolutely fabulous. We appreciated all the time she spent with us and the information she shared. The community is very nice but we feel that Dad is going to be better suited to a facility which is more geared to Memory Care. Thank you so much, Laurie.

This is a excellent community. Great meals and wonderful variety of different choice meals.The activities are offered to him and he does attend when he liked to do so. Very clean atmosphere inside and out. My husband seems to be extremely happy here and we would recommend this to others who are seeking great care for others.

My father is very happy here at this community. The staff is very friendly and always there for his needs. Excellent food and good variety with a wide choice. The rooms and the gounds are well taken care of . He is starting to participate in the activities that are offered. I would recommend it to others needed good care for a loved one.

The staff and administration was very concerned about making my mom happy at their facility and they kept in touch with me. DeAnna and Leeann were great.

This community is beautiful and I liked the wooded setting. It has the feel of a luxury hotel. However, for that very reason, I don't think it's a good fit for my Mom. I think she would be happier in a smaller place. She might feel a bit lost in a community the size of Brookdale Gaines Ranch. I was very impressed with the facility and feel that the apartments were the best value for the money of the 3 communities I have toured.

We had a great experience. The response time was quick. I called while on vacation and had an appointment with 3 facilities before we returned home. Each of the facilities was unique and within 2 weeks, We found a place for Mom, we all loved. Thanks A Place for Mom for helping with a challenging life experience.

Excellent care for my loved one. I had my spouse stay for 2 weeks respite. Everyone cares deeply about the residents at Brookdale Farmington Hills North. The staff is fantastic. I would use them again.

My mother had a pleasant experience while at Brookdale Wooster. The staff was very kind and took really good care of my mother. They were very accommodating and communicated very well with my family. The community was extremely clean and updated.

I am very happy with the care that my friend is receiving. There is a wide variety of food. They also try their best to accommodate her with any special needs. It is very well cleaned and up kept. Some of the staff is great others seem grouchy. There is a few people that don't really pay attention to her. I would recommend this community to a friend or family.

We enjoyed a concert at the community as well as mom likes playing bocce ball. The entire staff is wonderful. Patty the Registered nurse even came in and helped with my moms nails. I have eaten there and the food is good and well cooked. There is a nice restaurant atmosphere. I have already recommended this community. I also would recommend A Place for Mom to help in finding a place for your loved one.

Our experience has been going good for my mom and our family. It is a good fit for her and i would absolutely recommend the community. They staff are all the very good and nice. The facility is clean and clear everywhere. My mom has not complained about the food so it seems she likes the food.

Moved my Dad here two months ago. He was immediately happy about the food but apprehensive about living there. He has settled in nicely now he really likes it. There are plenty of activities and the staff really tries to get everyone involved. I can't say enough about the staff. They are patient and kind to the residents and families. Overall, a great place to live. Glad we found this place.

It is an unbelievable good place for great care. The staff really care and call me all the time. In the beginning they were changing carpet and updating paint, we were able to move my mother's furniture into the apartment across till they were done. The community offer spiritual, fun, and mystery activities and outings, my mom has made a few friends. I have ate 3 time for lunch and it taste great, restaurant quality.

My husband was very happy at this location. The food is very good. Staff is excellent, but they could be alittle more helpful with helping with unpacking his things.

This is a excellent community for mom. The gounds are taken very well and her room is very clean. The food is excellant and mom is liking everything that she eats. Mom has not yet participated in activities, but she likes the happy hours and the movies with popcorn. A great value for everything they do for mom.
