Brookdale

My loved one was here for several years. They were great, they were amazing. They had to be, they were expensive. They would take two or three van loads if they have that many people sign up. They were very accommodating that way.

Things are going very well for our loved one at Clare Bridge of Westampton! It's a great looking facility, they keep everything clean and well kept, and the staff are all very friendly and caring. My loved one is really thriving here, and has shown a lot of improvement since moving in. We're very happy with this place!

The Brookdale Spring Shadows is a great place. I really like it there. Cleanliness and friendliness is wonderful. Great caregivers are wonderful, but I would suggest on care services, there are some improvements to be made. I have to say though, there is one lady, who has no patience and just doesn't seem to be enjoying her work too much. The manager of the property is just wonderful and everyone loves her. I plan to speak to the manager about this person. Otherwise, the place is wonderful.

This is one of the places I toured when we were looking for a place. I loved Wynwood, I loved the friendliness and the interaction. I didn't choose them because it was a little too far and the place I chose is more all inclusive.

Everything has gone very well so far at Emeritus at Southpoint! It is a very nice looking, clean facility, and the staff have all been very friendly. They have been great about staying in touch with us throughout the whole process, and even came out to visit our loved one while we were waiting for a room to open up. They have a lot to offer their residents in terms of care and amenities, and the food always looks good when I visit!

Please let us express to each and everyone of you how very grateful we are to the care you gave our father over the last 2 and 1/3 years. We have all felt nothing short of your love and compassion during these months. You have helped each of us understand how complex dementia is, but at the same time with positive attitude, love and patience, we were able to help dad through this journey. <br />You feel love coming through the front door! The times we would become frustrated, you knew when tot step in and guide us through. My dad was truly blessed to have you all as his second family. You all amaze me and my siblings with your constant love an compassion. This to me seems on e of the hardest jobs I have ever witnessed. <br />We all will miss being a part of Emeritus Family. Dad loved you all, that I know for a fact. You maintained his dignity through his journey, from baths to feeding to just giving him your time when he became afraid or lonely. <br />We all can never thank each and everyone of you for your love. May God bless each and everyone of you.

We're very pleased with how things are going at Sterling House of Merrimac! It's a nice looking, well kept place, and the staff all seem very friendly. It has a very relaxed, homey atmosphere that I thought my loved one would really thrive in. We saw some places that were fancier, but I think they just would have been too busy for her. The staff here also just seem more caring and in-tune with their residents.

Things have gone very well so far with Brookdale Florence. It's a small, very nice looking, well kept community. I like that due to its smaller size the residents get more individual attention and care. The staff have all been very friendly and attentive, and the residents seem comfortable. I would recommend it, if you are searching for care in the area.

I think they do a fantastic job at Emeritus at Spruce Wood. We had a very hard time convincing my loved one that she needed this sort of assistance, but the staff of Emeritus at Spruce Wood were very supportive and helpful and stuck with us the whole way through. She still hasn't really settled in here, but they are trying their best to help her adjust, and I know this is a good place for her. Everyone here has been very friendly and accommodating! We also appreciate that for the most part their pricing structure is all-inclusive, so we know the sort of bill we will be receiving each month.

Overall we're very pleased with how things have gone at The Heritage of Southfield! Physically it is a very nice facility, they always keep everything looking very clean and well kept. The staff are attentive and friendly, and seem to take great care of the residents. I've also had a chance to have a few meals here with my parents, and the food has been good every time!

Emeritus at Arborwood is an absolutely fabulous place! I can't tell you how much of a relief it is knowing that my Mom is somewhere with a staff that is so in-tune with the needs of their residents, and so patient and caring in the help that they provide. The staff and the residents all seem like one big happy family, she is really getting along great with everyone! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they have so much to offer their residents in terms of both care and amenities. If your loved one is in need of a secure memory care community I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Things have gone very well so far with Clare Bridge of Niskayuna! It is a very nice looking, clean community, and the staff have all been very friendly. They've really done a great job helping her adjust and settle in to the community. She was very against moving in to any sort of senior living, but they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and welcome. One thing I would like to see them do better, however, would be to have a little more variety in the food, there is a lot of repetition in the meals.

When we were looking for a place, this was our first choice. There just weren't any rooms available at the time. They had less people than where we moved, so it had more of a family atmosphere. They had a different way of doing the dining too, they had a salad bar for every meal, and all three meals were included. We really liked them.

We are very happy. It's clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. They have a good variety of activities, and we haven't had any complaints about the food. I haven't had anything yet, that I think needs to be improved, or done better. One of the reasons we chose it was because, it instantly has a nice homey vibe with the way it's laid out. We also liked that all of the residents looked very well cared for, they were nicely groomed with their hair brushed, some of the places we visited that wasn't the case.

My husband has moved in there, and I am about to move in. We chose the place because it is small. He is in memory care, and I can move in around the corner from him. I liked the friendliness and cleanliness of the overall atmosphere when I saw it. The caregivers seem very competent. My husband doesn't speak much, but his happy expression tells me that he is happy.

We are very pleased. It's clean, and the staff is very friendly, and really hands on. They are very attentive and responsive. They have a good amount of activities for what she needs. Our loved one has improved since she's been there. I would give the food a four, it can be hard for her to chew sometimes. They are very good about communicating with us, it's as good as it can be. I would recommend Brookdale Place.

I really like the immediate response when there is a need. For instance, he needs a special thickening in his needs, and they took a very short amount of time to get it. I live out of state, so can't speak on activities. He came off hospice, gained five pounds, and started walking, which he hadn't in a year and a half; he has improved a lot. I think they are doing a great job. Every one I talk to has just been super.

This was a very nice place, I really liked it. I saw this one along with many others, and thought they were very good. It wasn't the best fit for us.

This is where we chose to go, they have skilled care, and assisted living, they are all mixed together. I really liked them. However when it was time to move, they didn't have availability there and they sent us to another location.

The staff is very, very friendly. There could be more stuff to do on the weekends. There aren't really any issues with cleanliness. This is a memory care locked down facility. They are really wonderful people. I am pretty satisfied.
