OUR TOUR FELT LIKE WE WERE HOME. HAIQOUHI WAS VERY DETAILED IN INFORMING US OF ALL THE SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES. IT WAS GOOD TO SEE THE RESIDENTS MOVING ABOUT AND HAVING SOME INTERACTION WITH THEM AS WELL. THE RESIDENTS COMMENTS WERE ALWAYS POSITIVE AND THEY WERE EXTREMLY FRIENDLY. THE FEELING OF 'HOME' IS TRULY FELT. LUNCH WAS EXCELLENT AND ALL STAFF APPEARED TO RECOGNIZE AND ACKNOWLEDGE US. HAIQOUHI IS TRULY AN ASSET TO BUILDING A COMMUNITY, FIRST FOR THE RESIDENTS AND THEN FOR STAFF. A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

We're very pleased with Chambrel at Club Hill! I can't think of a single thing wrong with it. I guess the biggest problem so far is that the chef is so good I'm really having to watch what I eat so I don't put on too much weight! It's a clean, well kept community, and if I could I'd give the staff a 10 out of 5 in friendliness! They really are a great community, and we'd recommend them to anybody.

It’s a memory care facility. We thought it too would be very nice. Financially it was a little higher priced than what we went with. We were concerned about should our loved one outlive her resources. When you call and have questions or concerns – whether you end up arranging care or not – they too were always there and willing to be helpful.

We’re very, very pleased with them. They just really went out of their way – they should anyway – to make sure that everything at the time of her admittance was in order because we had to fly her in from the Midwest. They were very accommodating – getting in and preparing her room. It went very well. We are very pleased with her placement.

We did a lot of research prior to selecting this community and we thought this one was the cleanest, nicest, least institutional looking places. The food is really good. There is enough parking. It’s just a really good experience.

So pleased with the entire experience interacting with the team at Grand Court. I visited about 10 independent living locations and narrowed the ones to take my Mom down to 3 top choices. Grand Court was my first choice so I took my Mom there for lunch. Jennifer and the team customized the visit so she enjoyed lunch with a couple of women with similar interests and by the time we finished lunch, my Mom asked "When can I move in?" She signed the lease that week and it's been an incredible experience ever since. We were contacted by the on-site Physical Therapy team within the first week with recommendations. They contacted her Doctor and facilitated bi-weekly physical therapy sessions to strengthen her legs. One month after moving in, I asked her what she misses most about the house she lived in for over 60 years. She said she misses the house her 9 kids grew up in but other than that, she's glad she made the decision she did (and wishes she made it earlier). When I asked her what her favorite thing about her new place is, she said the people. Both the ones who work there and the other residents. They are all so nice and call me by name. I couldn't have wished for a better outcome for she and our family. We feel an INCREDIBLE peace of mind and are thrilled with the decision we made. The one thing I would recommend to anyone considering moving forward to find someone for their relatives is to choose somewhere that feels like their personality. We didn't go for the slickest/glossiest location but somewhere the team working there and the facility "felt like my Mom" and we haven't been disappointed on any front. A special THANK YOU to Jennifer and Michelle and the entire Team at Grand Court for the time they continue to take getting to know my Mom and making her feel comfortable and welcome as she transitioned into her new place. I will never forget the sign they placed on her door that said "Welcome Home Bea" and when Jennifer brought a beautiful potted plant and kitty Treats for my Moms cat that made the move with her. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!

really liked this place. the marketing person(not Tim) was very intrusive and a definite turn off. however she did agree to see me earlier than scheduled. However, when I came back with my mother and saw Tim she was impressed. just not ready to leave home. told my mom that when I am unable to take care of myself anymore that is where I would go.

My dad, [remove] , moved into a studio apartment on the memory care floor at Brookmont Terrace on May 19th and our experience has been above your highest rating of great - it's been exceptional in every way! The Executive Director, the Marketing Director and marketing staff went above and beyond to make this as easy a transition for my dad and for me as possible. And the staff members who help my dad with all the many things he needs help with are exceptional as well. We have been dovery blessed to have Dad as part of this loving and caring community.[

Very nice. Beautiful. Washer/Dryer in each apt a plus. Swimming 2x a week. But I think it is more expensive than mom is comfortable with.

We loved them! I would give the staff a seven. They keep it clean They worked really well with us. They had more than just your typical bingo. The food would be about a four. They have just been completely fantastic. They helped us with the VA paperwork. He is doing so much better since moving in, he has put on weight, it's great!

We have been real pleased. In moving from one community to another and transferring the billing has been off. The care has been good. They have worked with us well. The facility itself is beyond what we expected.

It's still pretty early in for us, but it's clean and the staff is friendly. They are responsive, and so far I don't really have any complaints. We don't really utilize the activities, so I can't really rate those. I really liked the feel when I walked in, the overall atmosphere, and the one girl that showed me around was friendliest person I had come across. It really was a good value, too.

My father-in-law was really lonely after my mother-in-law died. We tried having him live with us but he just wasn't happy. His needs became greater than what we could give him, mentally and physically. He agreed to try Carolina House but was sure he was going to hate it. We had to promise if he didn't like it he could move back with us. Needless to say he LOVES it there! He loves the people who live there, the staff and the life he has there. After just one week he said this was the place for him. The first time we brought him home for dinner he couldn't wait to get back to his "home". He wouldn't even wait for dinner, we had to take him back early. I can't say enough good things about Carolina House and their staff. They make you feel at home immediately. My husband and I visited other Assisted Living Communities in the area and didn't even stay for the entire tour, they were that bad. When talking about Carolina House of Wake Forest to friends, other people will interrupt you to tell you how wonderful the place is and their experience there. It's where I can't to go when I'm no longer able to take care of myself.

My loved one didn’t do a lot of the activities. What I liked was the rooms were provide like their own little unit – very personal and inviting for families as well as the resident themselves because it was apartment like. We could decorate them like we wanted which was an excellent bonus. It was overall very welcoming – bright and cheery. I never felt like mom was in a bad place. She was just being taken care of.

I am incredibly happy with Emeritus. After looking at a few different places, this community impressed me the most and was the best fit for my mother. The location is great: close to family, and there are major hospitals in the area which gives a great peace of mind. It is really affordable for everything they offer. The care services are great, it is very clean, and the staff is exceptional. When we were visiting, they spoke directly to my mother and not primarily to me, which a lot of other places did not do. They took into account her wants, needs, and preferences. It is pet-friendly, there are open courtyards, and big windows, so the atmosphere is very nice. The residents seem genuinely happy, everyone is friendly, and the whole place is inviting. The food is very good as well. My mother is able to have a cup of tea and a snack in the afternoon, just as she likes. The only issue I see is with a lack of parking. Overall, I could not be happier with Emeritus!

Very beautiful, right by DU; storage units and full kitchens, washer/dryer in unit; wire storage units on same floor as apartment; more expensive and probably 'too fancy' and too much of an 'urban' location for Dad. Contact was Diana - VERY nice and gracious.

I use the pool a lot, and I often have to call to get the pool cleaned. I have had to argue about the bill, I have yet to get a bill for the correct amount. The maintenance staff has a lot of work orders. The staff are overworked, they are excellent, but need some help. They allow pets, and I was able to keep my car. They have excellent physical therapy, they only have one water aerobics class a week. The food is pretty excellent. I have a full size kitchen, but just a single sink. I love it here, though. They are extremely friendly, it's a little more casual here.

They are excellent. They are really clean, and the staff is very friendly. They are an excellent value, I really feel like I get my money's worth. They are right there if we need anything. They have lots of activities, and the food is exceptionally good. We are very happy with it.

The care services are excellent. The appearance is good and the friendliness of the staff was outstanding. Even some of the residents were very friendly. The food smelled really delicious! We wished we’d stayed for dinner. It was an overwhelmingly good experience.

Everything has gone well. They were just on top of everything, Karlene was excellent. They bent and twisted and just got him in there. They have some medication requirements for packaging and things that doesn't always work for us, but that's just how it goes, and they are looking into it too. He hasn't complained about the food, at least yet. We chose it because they have an Alzheimer's facility really near by.
