The apartments are good size , bigger than more expensive places, the staff is great the community is wonderful. The chapters is great and would highly recommend it to anyone

Everyone on staff was responsive and helpful. Between them and hospice nurses. Etc. I feel my wife is well taken care of. They are good about keeping everything clean. I would recommend them to others who searching for care for a memory care patient.

The Director and finance assistant was/is fantastic. They both are responsive and try hard to respond to any concern. My mom started on the assisted living side and it gets 5 stars! The service is great, the med techs excellent, the activities director fantastic! The rooms are lovely and the dining hall/courtyards and activity room is great. It was a great experience . As my mom regressed with her dementia she had to move to the memory care side of the assisted living center.

I think it's great. I found Mom a nice place. My dad passed away as soon as he got in there Mom she loves the place at chapter living. They just care about the residence and that if they can go, if they can move on their own, they're welcome to walk anywhere around the place, not tied down in one spot.

Cost and care is why we chose this community. I would recommend to others.

[name removed] was great. Answered all questions. Advised me about care options for mom and dad. Excellent facility with noticeable improvements done with the renovations. Mom is not ready to make a decision. And family will make decisions when ready.

Absolutely wonderful staff and great care of mom. I've not seen anything that is out of place or dirty. A slight smell of urine but that's to be expected and it wasn't strong at all. Everyone is always so kind to us and mom. For the first time in my life, my mom actually likes me since she has had her meds accurately adjusted. Every time I have called everyone has been so pleasant and professional. Every place is expensive and I'm very happy with the facility that is taking care of mom.

I think they deserve a five the staff has been fantastic of course you have to work together. Most people just put one person in assisted-living. I had to put two I've done everything on my end I can and they have done the same. Chapters living has been a very good place for my mother. I am sure it's been as much of a trying time for them as it has been for me, but they've always been good.

It is not a huge facility so the personnel knows everyone. It has always been very clean and tidy when we visit. They keep the patients on a schedule ie breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same time. The food is good and varied. They come in and clean Moms room, she is always clean ( though she complains when they have her shower it is a little cool!). They have a craft room where they can go. We are very happy she is in Known Memory Care.

Stefanie was very thorough and helpful every step of the way. Brenda at the front desk and Alan over maintenance are both amazing and very nice. Anything that came up was immediately addressed and resolved. And my Mom's doctors are all next door or across the street. We are very pleased.

Beautiful facility with wonderful, caring staff. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Would definitely chose Chapters!

It’s very clean. Rooms were clean and good sized. Those employed were all very kind. The residents knew all their names and came by to say hi. Everyone seemed content. There were several places where they can go outside and enjoy the fresh air safely. The areas were set up neatly and enclosed.

What we like the most about the community has just been Everything! The staff are wonderful and the community was just completely remodeled!! Yes, we would recommend Chapters of Canton to other families.

We really do like the place. They have been great with her so far! They are now called Chapters Living. absolutely recommend this place. It is the cleanest facility of its kind I have ever been in. They keep the residents out of their rooms and interacting with each other so they aren't isolated and lonely.

I loved Chapters and will be moving my mom into Chapter soon. Everyone was very friendly and everything was in great shape. I loved all the activities the staff and Chapters provide. Also nice that medical and pharmaceutical services are on site. The location is very convenient.

If I could rate a 10, I would! My father's care at Kingsland Walk was exceptional. The staff is understanding kind and they work very well with the different residence that live there the facility is lovely. We were able to have a birthday party Christmas celebration and able to reserve rooms so our large family could come and spend time with my dad as my dad's health did deteriorate while in their care They still exercise the most wonderful patient with my father and took exceptional care of him since my dad was arrested patient he has since then left however, if he was to have to go back in to a facility, I would love for him to go to King. I give them nothing but [name removed]reviews and I appreciate them so very much for all that they did for not only my dad before our family while he was in their care.

We give them a 5 they are very helpful with the seniors and have a great attitude towards them. I do recommend them and I want to to let you know that it also has been fully renovated - very nice place.

My wife has been in the Memory Care Unit for over two years now and I am optimistic that the recent acquisition by Chapters Living will continue build upon the many reasons that I brought her to this facility in the first place. So far I am certainly encouraged with the new leadership team from Chapters as they appear very committed to ensuring that the engagement of the staff, and most importantly, the care of the residents is better than most senior living facilities.

Chapters of Canton is working out very well. They are kind & helpful. Kind to the people living there. I highly recommend this facility to other families looking.
