From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and professional staff who go above and beyond to ensure residents feel supported and valued. The interior of the building is beautifully designed—modern, clean, and thoughtfully arranged to promote both relaxation and social interaction. Whether enjoying a quiet moment in a cozy lounge or gathering with friends in the common areas, the atmosphere is always inviting. One of the standout features is the availability of reservable spaces for larger family events, making it easy to celebrate special occasions together. The building also boasts excellent security features, giving residents and their families peace of mind. While parking is somewhat limited, the overall experience more than makes up for it. Kingsland Walk Senior Living is a place where care, comfort, and community come together beautifully.

The staff are great. They're very attentive and also very good at keeping family updated.

My mother has actually thrived since going into Chapters. She has received excellent care. The facility is always clean and cheerful. U have visited her many time at day and night and she is well cared for at all times. I do feel the meals could be better perhaps. I believe they strive to make patient lives the best they can.

5 for all. My only complaint is the process of communicating with staff or memory care. The procedure requires leaving a message and waiting for a call back. I have waited 3 days before for a call back. I can't just call memory care and ask how my dad is and get immediate feedback.

I recently toured Addington Place and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff, the beautiful community and smiling residents. I think my mother will love it! We know a few people who live there already and are very pleased.

They are all caring people and they know how to help people with memory or dementia issues. They do NOT talk down to them but are fully aware that some of the residents need some gentle guidance. They put the resident needs first!

You guys helped me when I didn't know where to turn next....I had no idea what to do with my mom...she needed help that I could not provide and A Place for Mom, jumped right in...with NO cost....NO questions...jumped in and helped me find a good location to place my mom.

My friend’s father is a resident here in the memory care part. Each time I come to visit staff are very friendly and answer. Any questions I have his room is cleaned and the hallways entire facility smell clean as well. I think he made a great choice for care.

I had the opportunity of touring Addington Place while looking for a place for my dad. We attended a car show there on Father’s Day. The red carpet, genuine warm welcome was a pleasant surprise. The Community Relations Director, [name removed], is simply outstanding! She gets to know you on a personal level and gifted my father a beautiful coffee table book on tennis since she learned he had been a big ALTA player over the years. While my dad did not ultimately end up at Addington, we will never forgot how we were treated. [name removed] is a gem and every facility should want to steal her. She’s extremely professional and exudes sincere care for people.

We were kind of in a pinch when I called A Place For Mom. My mother had been kicked out of her assisted living facility which was 110 miles away from my home. From her removal to placement at Chapters was three days. My wife and I had to secure mom in a nursing facility until I could find a secure memory care facility that had an opening. Chapters fit the bill then and still does. They have a small but very comfortable memory care unit that meets mom’s needs. They have an in house NP and a pharmacy that works with most insurances. We are pleased.

I highly recommend Addington Place Alpharetta for anyone looking into assisted living for an aging parent. The quality of care, activities, cleanliness, and loving environment provided by the staff are of the highest quality.

Chapters has been a blessing to our family. My sister is in memory care. They made her transition from home as hassel free as possible. They have guided us through managing her changing behaviors, and alleviated many of our fears. My sister is now in a safe environment and getting the best care for her health and welfare.

I rated a 5 because of the great care my mother received At the end of the day, she was there to be cared for and every staff member contributed to her exquisite care.

Don't waste your time looking anywhere else. This is your one stop. My mom came from another place to Chapters. She thrives. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and the whole staff are simply amazing. The care is next level !!! My mom's 92 and thriving because of Chapters in Buford!

Chapters took my mom last minute when her placement at another facility fell through. When we arrived, everything was in place for her and the staff helped us all adjust to this new experience. My mother made friends with other community members quickly and the entire staff took excellent care of her. I highly recommend Chapters Assisted Living.

Being nervous and not knowing what to expect, the staff made the transition seamless and I felt very confident and comfortable leaving my mom in their hands. Mom is enjoying getting some ofher freedom back and looks forward to the. Activities. The facility director was amazing, laid out everything and was correct in saying, she would be well taken care of.

The facility is nice and the staff helpful. The patients seem happy enough. It has only been 5 months. It is still expensive

The staff was very caring and helpful. They always made sure mom was taken care of. It was a great location for us to visit often, it's in a safe area, they have very reasonable rates and some of the staff who were amazing actually worked at the previous facility mom was at.
