Evergreen Court is a great place to live! The apartments are large with a kitchen. Dinning room serves tasty meals-21 times at week facility is kept in great shape! Any concerns are discussed with the manager. She listens.

Evergreen court provides with exceptional surprises... a warm, welcoming staff, always willing and able to help an environment just feels personal, not sterile, with comfort and accessibility, privacy or sociability and safety. I am lucky to be here... and my apartment has a view!!!

Wow, They are all simply the best group of people put together. My family has had 2 generation of family. Members live in this location, I hope to be treated, so well when I am in need.

My father was well taken care of at this community. The staff was great and very attentive. The meals were 3 times a day and snacks were available as needed. They also provided activities for the resident.

My parents both thrived at Evergreen Court for over 2 years. Such a friendly, caring place. Many activities residents may participate in. The shuttle service was excellent. I would describe the staff as stellar. From the executive staff to the maintenance to food services and house keeping. Everyone cared about the resident and their happiness. I would highly recommend Evergreen for your loved ones!

[name removed] moved into Evergreen Court in 2018 and had a wonderful experience of living in a very special environment the past 5 1/2 years. As her personal friends we were so pleased that she chose a safe, comfortable and caring place to call her own. She enjoyed [name removed] and her staffs interaction with her and made many good friends with other residents. She loved the many activities and outdoor trips that were offered and found herself involved in all of them. We were sorry that she had to leave her "Independent Living" at Evergreen and move on to Assisted Living facilities. As dear friends of [name removed] we would heartily encourage others looking for a place for their loved ones to consider Evergreen Court as their place of choice for living arrangements. This is the best place to live. The residents are friendly and look after each other. The staff, including the caregivers and kitchen staff, are the best. It is our wish to remain here and be as happy as happy in doing so as we are.

the manager and her team do a great job. They all go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and enjoying our apartment. When there is an issue or needing something done, they attend to it in a timely manner. The facility is kept in excellent condition and very clean. The meals are chef prepared and very tasty. They have many activities and entertainment for the residents. I highly recommend E.C to all my friends.

We're happy to offer our review as new residents of just a few months. Right from the start, we've felt such warmth, acceptance, and helpfulness from all of the management team and staff members. The same is true for the residents, such kind friendly folks, welcoming us and helping us learn about all of the activities and special features of our new home. In fact, standout features are how welcomed and cared about folks made us feel and that residents freely volunteered their feelings: "We like it here! It's a happy place! They're all so nice! You're going to love it!" Comments came from folks who've been here from a couple of years to many years. We noticed that people were smiling and looked content leaving the dining hall- a very good sign!- and a sound testimony to the talent and thoughtfulness of the dining hall and kitchen staff in getting to know each resident's name and food preferences. Surroundings seemed familiar and comfortable with vintage style décor and then it occurred why: We seniors are vintage, too! That's why we feel so much at home! Laundry is quite convenient with a washer and dryer on each floor, each resident has their own reserved laundry time, and.....no quarters required! Friendly efficient housekeepers come to clean your apartment weekly, too. Plus, talented skillful handymen are on-the-spot to help with needs around your apartment. Our energetic Program Director helps folks keep busy with activities throughout the week, both in-house with various games, movies, crafts, exercise activities, live music, social gatherings, etc., and in the community with shopping, eating out, cultural events, scenic drives, field trips and so forth. Our faithful thoughtful Driver provides wheelchair accessible transportation to these activities, as well as for practical necessities such as shopping, appointments, banking, etc., helping with walkers and wheelchairs as needed, assuring that everyone feels comfortable and safe. Our driver also shops, picks up prescriptions, etc., when folks can't get out themselves. It's also important to acknowledge the impressive well-maintained library, the Beauty Shop on Fridays, that there is terrific water pressure in the shower, and that pets are welcome, too! Evergreen Court is an altogether lovely place which stands apart for warmth and sincerity in helpfulness. We all feel blessed beyond measure that one (!) apartment was available just when we needed it. And, so, here we are, with a stunning view of Coos Bay, feeling comfortable and secure, among the friendliest most helpful folks imaginable.

we (my husband and I) have ben residents here since [date removed]. Our first meals in our dining room were greeted on a first name basis. Maintenance staff have been so helpful & settled in TERRIFIC OFFICE STAFF!!

I have been here for five and a half months and am getting used to the friendly people, good food and service, activities for the residents, and very helpful staff who are there for all of us.

This is the best retirement in our county. The cost is much more affordable than others. Staff are exceptional, as they are loving, genuinely concerned, and accessible. They provide great meals, transportation to stores and appointments and to special local events. Activities within the facility are welcoming and varied to meet the needs of all residents.

From the first moment I entered, I felt at home. The decorations were beautiful. The whole atmosphere was pleasant, and the other residents were cheerful and welcoming. I was going to be happy too!!

The staff is friendly and good at their jobs. The apartments are well maintained and cleaned. There are many events, excursions, and activities. The other residents are friendly.

Evergreen Court is a place that really cares about the resident on their well being; needs and ways to make our lives enjoyable, with group activities, outings and parties.
