Evergreen Court is 5 stars plus. I have been here for 10 mos and everyone is great. Great staff and management. Friendly, helpful. You will not find a better place than Evergreen Court.

I have lived here about a year. It's a great place to live. Everyone is very helpful and very pleasant. It is run very well and taken care of. We love activities that we can participate in, and the lady that organizes them does a great job. I'm glad I live here.

We chose Evergreen Court because it was more affordable for my mom, a lot of the residents seemed to be her age, and the activities offered were things we knew she would enjoy. The apartment sizes are pretty good, hers is bigger than the townhouse that she had. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to solve any issues that you may have. I would recommend to others looking.

I really like how friendly this community is, and it feels like home. My apartment is on the smaller side, but they have a wide variety of room sizes to choose from. They serve three meals a day, and you can pick what you want, it is pretty good. I would recommend Evergreen Court to others.

I am [name removed]. I came to Evergreen Court more than 2 years ago. I was dealing with veterans and past family issues and floundering. The first nine months or so were fine from a resident's point of view. I felt ok but was just kind of coasting, putting in my time in life until it ran out. Then along came to this "dynamo" names [name removed] as our new manager! Fast forward a year and change, and now our complex is clicking on all cylinders as smooth as can be (smoother actually). with approximately 64 residents, and 25 or so employees. She has built up a great management team and acquired wonderful employees to compliment them. I personally have gone from a distrustful broken recluse to someone that enjoys life and shares himself with others. [name removed] has the compassion and ability to quietly take a person on one on one and make that person feel they are the person they want to be. She is handling this virus thing amazingly. I know from experience that things are not always smooth and easy, but by the time they reach us residents they certainly seem so thankful to [name removed] and her amazing team! I would also like to compliment and thank you people at headquarters. For as good and talented at [name removed] is, (and she's the best) it would not be possible without your support and recognition. The staff is so helpful and friendly, they make me feel at home. Now that Covid-19 is here (not here) , I feel very safe. All of the staff is working extra time to keep us safe. I really could not be happier! So glad I made the choice to live here.

I feel so privileged to be living here at Evergreen - The management is so good and supportive. Thanks to[name removed]. The kitchen staff is just wonderful and [name removed] that takes us hot food - a wonderful man. Also, [name removed] in maintenance is so supportive of our needs. But we desperately need our beauty operator back. She is like a care giver - Please bring her back. Our activities director is great.

In December I moved into an apartment at Evergreen Court. I have been impressed with the facility and the staff who are so helpful and caring. [name removed] is our great leader/administrator who keeps things running smoothly. I am happy to e a resident at Evergreen Court!

Living here is very good. The people who care for us do a great job. There is always opportunity for being involved with the other residents. The attention to the needs of the residents are well met. All employees are friendly and courteous. Manager [name removed] does a great job.

In these difficult times, I moved from a similar living facility in Eugene and there is no comparison in the treatment of the residents. Here in North Bend, the focus is on the resident's well being - not only physically but mentally, rather than the owner's welfare. I have been here less than 2 months, but this has felt like home since my first contact with the staff.

I am blessed to be living in Evergreen Court. It is so "homey" and comfortable here. Everyone is friendly and feel like family. All of the staff are so pleasant and kind, going the extra mile to make our lives comfortable. The landscaping is lovely and well kept. My apartment is just what I wanted. It is my home now.

This is a great place to live it has everything to make life complete, and fun and comfortable, and it's nice to be with people my own age.

Before I even got moved in/felt like a part of the community. The staff is very friendly and accommodating any suggestions no matter how small are followed up on - resolved or explained! Maintenance problems have been resolved very promptly. Our activities are well organized and well received and our bus driver couldn't be safer and more accommodating! The apts are clean, quiet, safe and very comfortable! P. S. the food is outstanding!

I needed a place to live in that allowed me both privacy and interaction with others. I'm 72 years old with PTSD from anxiety and depression so a smiling atmosphere with a friendly staff and other residents goes a long way in my feeling safe and secure. They even laugh at my jokes!

The food gets old. The staff is wonderful. Everyone from the people who clean my apartment and the public areas of the facility, the maintenance staff who were most helpful when I moved in almost one year ago. Hanging pictures, assembling furniture, fixing a few things. Activities are fun and sorted for different interests. Art, bingo, bus rides music, social gatherings. Attend what you want, suggest something that isn't there. Management listens. My apartment is wonderful. I waited for a water view. After several very bad years due to health issues and several deaths, I call this my happy place. I hope it is the last move I ever make!

Evergreen offers many activities for the residents to enjoy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and it present well. The dinning hall is always immaculate. The wait staff is always friendly and well groomed. An enjoyable experience!
