The friendliness of the staff, activities, and value for cost it gets a 5+++. For their inside activities, they are great but we are disappointed all excursions are not available for walkers of any type. I completely understand with space limitations but was hoping for at the very least fold up flat walkers. The value for cost is Incredible pricing and hopefully there won't be a huge increase if the Covid referendum is passed.

Our family had an in person tour with Oasis at Mesa Palms and while it was a nice tour experience it was not in the preferred area to live in and it would have been difficult for her friends to visit her.

The community has been/is a great place for my mother to live. The staff is friendly and helpful. My mother chooses not to participate in the activities, but if there is something she likes she will go down to the meals

My loved one, loves the food. We picked this community becaue, it was a small home town environment,clean, and the people were friendly, outgoing, kind, and compassionte. They are great the way that they are, it is a wonderful place. I would consider moving to this place, when I retire.

The manager here [name removed] is very understanding and accommodating to us residents. He is very personable and personally handled my paperwork. He never made me feel rushed. He has somewhat of an open door policy. Even on our tour my family was very impressed with how much of a people person he is. The staff remember by name and my families name when they come to visit. Also Oasis is a very pet friendly community.

We chose Oasis at Mesa Palms because it was very clean and not as old and I was expecting from the pics on line. It is very well kept and the staff have all been very friendly and helpful. The residents seem to gather frequently and are attentive to each other. The facility is near a golf course and there are big trees that offer a lot of shade and the grounds are beautiful. I would most definitely recommend to others looking.

It is a great, close knit community. My loved one loves it there. There's a sense of family. Management is very involved and takes the time to know their residents. Email interactions I've had with the manager [name removed] have always been very professional and super helpful, with quick responses. They sent a birthday note with my loved one's breakfast the other day, which was a nice touch. He loves the food. The apartments are very large and spacious, and housekeeping comes in once a week to do light cleaning. Everything is very clean and well kept. He asked for some security screen doors for his apartment, which they installed for him. Overall he's extremely satisfied.

The staff are wonderful and very friendly. The owner who runs it is just the best. The front office is good and very friendly. They have somebody come in once a month to clean the apartments. And it was always very clean. There's plenty here to do, whatever you want to do. I enjoyed Mahjong, and Hand and Foot. They had entertainment outside in the courtyard. There was always something going on, and they would send out a schedule regularly. They also had transportation if you needed to go to the store or to the doctor. They had just about every base covered. They also have a very nice library, with a good variety of books and puzzles to choose from, that I was blessed to be able to work at and help out with.

I would recommend you check this community out for your loved one. This is a good place and affordable for your loved one. The Elms is for those who are more independent.

My experience with Oasis At Mesa has been excellent, this place is really top notch. They really take care of the residents, the owner and manager really care about everyone there. We did not have one case of COVID-19 and that was do to the good management. It is just an absolutely wonderful place, and the grounds are kept clean. This community has a very reasonable value, and is also a great place for activities.

It has really been a wonderful place to live. My mother is so happy there. It has that small home like feel where everyone gets to known each other. The director is the nicest man, he knows all of the residents by name. The food is awesome, and she is so happy there with the food. We chose this community because it was in her budget, the warmth of the community, and it was perfect size community.

The residents and staff at Oasis are very friendly. It is in a great location and close to shopping, which is nice for us. I chose this community because it is close to my children. My apartment was practically brand new so it was spotless and clean, which I loved.

Great management, staff, meals. Spacious one bedroom has large kitchen – eating area separated by a wall from the living room. Can walk to Safeway, bi mart, library, post office. I am very happy here

I like the neighborhoods houses, it's streets are nice and has a good convenience stores

My Mom lives here and seems to enjoy it. She likes the apartment size and for the price she’s paying, it’s a good value. [Removed], the man that runs the place, seems to be very nice and on top of things. The restaurant staff is very nice as well. The food they serve is good and seems to be nutritious. They have a regular menu with plenty of options and then a special item every day and it all seems to be well balanced. They offer arts and crafts, exercise classes, movie nights, and during the holidays they had entertainers come in. Overall, it felt like the best place for my Mom and she seems to be happy so I would recommend them.

This is definitely the right place for my mom. She moved in about 6 weeks ago and felt like it was home right away. We toured several places and mom said this was where she wanted to be as soon as we finished the tour with [Removed], the owner. The best thing so far has been that everything was just as they said, or even better. When mom moved in there were a couple of little things to fix in her unit and maintenance took care of them promptly. Mom loves the food, has made several new friends and is participating in activities because it is so easy. She has taken the bus and has a list of things she wants to try but has been to busy. Lots of friends from her old condo location and church in Scottsdale have come to visit her and are thrilled for her in her new home
