Our loved one was here for quite a few years before she needed to move elsewhere for health reasons. At first she was very against moving into a "senior community", and fought tooth and nail. But within a few weeks she had fallen in love with the place and asked us why she hadn't moved here years ago! Oasis at Mesa Palms is a lovely independent living community, and we would definitely recommend it!

I thought they were great. I think they do well at just about everything. The staff is friendly, and it's clean. The food could be better, that is a personal preference thing, they serve a lot of chicken. Other than that I don't really have any complaints.

The Oasis at Mesa Palms has gone over and beyond. So far there have been no problems. The facility is clean. Trash cans are never full, and trash is picked up. Overall I'm very pleased, and we would definitely highly recommend this facility to others.

I think they do a very good job here, I enjoy it quite a bit. I haven't had any sort of trouble since I've moved in. It's a nice looking place, and the people are all very friendly.

The people there are great, so even though we didn’t use much care services, I know if someone needed them they’d be great. The community is very, very reasonable for the elderly parents who are on a budget. The food is a five plus. They are extremely helpful and caring.

My loved one seems very happy here, and I'm very pleased with their service. It is a nice looking, clean community, and the staff have all been very friendly. The only complaint I've heard is that my loved one said the food could use a lot of improvement, it can be very hit or miss.

I had a great experience with this Oasis at Mesa Palms. All of the staff here were really great. I was making friends and I loved the food. If someone needs high speed internet, do not go here. They only give you 60 mega bits per second. I had to end up moving out because I was losing business. Everything else about the place was nice and I would highly recommend them to others looking.

There is good interaction between my uncle, the family and the staff. The food is good, however there is a limited variety. The grounds are nice and well maintained. The community is clean. This is a smaller friendlier community that is convenient for us to visit. I would recommend this community.

We are doing very well here at this community. They are taking very good care of us. The community looks great, they do a very good job with keeping everything nice and clean. They have a very good job staff, they have been very welcoming and helpful. They offer nice activities. They serve excellent meals. Everything about this community is great. I would highly recommend it.

The Elms is a pretty nice place. They do have trips and quite a few activities for the residents to participate in. The staff is very nice also. They let the residents here give feedback on how things are going and what could be improved. I think that is wonderful.

So far it's good at Oasis at Mesa Palms. My mom likes the food. We are not having any big issues. We did have a little trouble coordinating the house keeping. Everyone is very friendly at the front desk. The staff take care of the residents. They develop relationships with them. There are places around that are more expensive but offer less. They have bingo on Fridays and shuttle service to restaurants and to other outings. Overall I am pleased with this facility.

My daughter picked this property for me and this was not in a familiar territory, but convenient and a great fit for us. Especially when family and friends come to visit, it’s convenient for them too. The cafeteria is clean and the food is excellent. The staff is attentive and always on top of things. I am happy with all services.

I have been mostly happy here. The activities are very nice. The staff is very friendly. I think that if there is a conflict or a complaint made from one resident about another, the management doesn't necessarily handle it in the most professional way. This is a small thing though and I have showed my room to others, I think it's a very good place, and people should check it out.

What we like the most about the community is that most of the people are friendly; the facility is very clean; staff is friendly and the washer and dryer in the apartment was a big selling point.

The staff is very friendly. It sometimes takes a while to get something done. Breakfast isn't served in the morning, but you can order breakfast items at lunch. I was very impressed with the apartment. Fresh paint, new flooring, it was very clean. My parents like the food. They don't participate in any of the activities but I can tell the residents are happy and there is a lot of participation. The manager is responsive. The interior of the main building is a bit outdated, but for the cost, the residents are getting a lot.

This is a very peaceful and quiet place to live, which I truly appreciate. The apartments are big, roomy, and offer plenty of space to feel comfortable. I would give it five stars if the food and service were better, as those areas could definitely use some improvement. I can’t really speak on the amenities since I work full time and don’t use them very often.

I pretty much love it there so far. What I like the most about the community is the peace and quiet and not having to cook dinner any more

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful, I enjoy good food, lots of activities and love my apartment, excellent choice of Independent living!!!!

This place is NOT for a person that needs any type of help. It is totally Independent Living with some very nice amenities. The staff is nice. Not super helpful. But nice. The housekeeping is good, if my loved one could keep the days straight that they will be there. My loved one does like the meals. And they bring them to you if you request. That's very nice and helpful. My suggestion for improvement is to have some resources that can help the residents whose situations have changed. Also, to make sure that all of the emergency call buttons work. My loved one fell and needed help, but her personal alert button didn't work. Super scary. I would recommend Oasis at Mesa Palms to someone who doesn't need help or support.

We love how Oasis offers so many different activities both on-site and off-site for my mom to choose from to keep her active and social. The apartment isn't new or updated, but everything is in good shape. I would recommend it as a good option for independent living.
