They have a compassionate and dedicated staff who truly care about their residents. The team consistently goes above and beyond to make it feel welcoming and homey environment. Highly recommend!!

My husband has been a resident for 11 months. He’s happy and feels safe and loves the food. The caregivers have been great, particularly [name removed]. She watches over everyone like a mother and knows each individual’s habits likes and dislikes. It’s been a good experience.

Arden Courts of Largo is an excellent dedicated memory care facility. From the management to the nursing staff to the care givers everyone is focused on the residents care, safety & well being. I engage with roughly 15 staff all of whom I know by name.

Finding Auberge has given our entire family complete peace of mind. While other places made promises they couldn't keep, Auberge has stood behind every single word since the day we first toured. The staff is exceptionally caring, well-trained, and truly dedicated. We sleep so much better at night knowing our relative is in such good hands. We couldn't ask for a better place!

The Auberge at Greenfield Estates stands out because of its dedicated focus on memory care and understanding the unique needs of individuals living with memory loss. The team takes a truly personalized approach, getting to know each resident as an individual; their needs, preferences, routines, and what is important to their family. [name removed], the Memory Care Advisor, [name removed], the Executive Director, and [name removed], the Director of Nursing, are knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the residents and families they serve. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and help families feel confident and supported throughout the process. If you are looking for a community where memory care is the focus, Auberge is definitely worth considering. Five stars for the care, knowledge, and personal attention this team provides.

Well set up for memory patients. Not too large to get lost and easy to acclimate for dementia patients. Long term care givers are a blessing and they have many.

I recently toured Lely Palms looking for places to live for my mother. I was instantly impressed with how I was welcomed by the very kind and attentive staff. The building itself is beautiful and well taken care of. My mother especially loved the dining room and the sample menus shown to us. We absolutely love how the tour was conducted and we were able to ask all the questions we needed. The one part of Lely Palms I enjoyed was the comfortable and at home feel it had, it is exactly what my mother needs to live comfortably and stress free.

I continue to be impressed with the care my mother is receiving at Arden Courts of Old Orchard. All staff members I have interacted with have been helpful, kind and caring. My mother has complimented the food and the staff to me. The amount, variety and quality of the activities provided for the residents is outstanding. I appreciate that family members are encouraged to join their loved ones for many of the activities. The choice to move mom to a facility was very difficult, but I know I made the right choice with Arden Courts of Old Orchard.

The facility was welcoming with a spacious, functional layout. The courtyard is an excellent space for the residents to enjoy. All the staff members I encountered were professional and compassionate in their interactions with both me and the residents. The team is dedicated to providing quality care and creating a positive environment for the residents. Overall, I had a wonderful impression of the community.

I was very happy when I toured Lely Palms a few months ago. I've been living in an apartment in Naples for the past few years and I found it was time to move to a location and place that could serve my needs better. Lely Palms showed me a welcoming environment with with many amenities and kind staff.

We have had a great experience at Arden Court. It’s taken a little bit to get used to a few things like when the laundry or where all her clothes are after dressing, but we have adjusted and they are little things compared to how happy she is. It doesn’t matter. Everyone knows her name. The nurses are phenomenal and helping us every step of the way they really do care about my mom and I couldn’t be happier. My mom has also surprised us with how many activities she will participate in love it.

I absolutely love living at Lely Palms! Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and it truly feels like home. The staff is wonderful, and I have made so many lovely friendships here. I am so incredibly happy to say Lely Palms is my home!

I am not one to leave reviews, but Lely Palms deserves a good one. The staff does their jobs well, the people are friendly, the food is excellent and I am treated with respect. It is a comfortable place to live, and I am well taken care of. I have no complaints and am happy to call Lely Palms my home.

I visited this amazing community for my grandma, and the personnel was amazing and super friendly, super clean and professional.

I have lived in Lely Palms for almost 5 years. Its HOME. I looked at a lot of places before coming here but none of them felt right. Lely Palms is friendly and comfortable. I have told both of my kids not to expect me to live with either one of them. Lely Palms is home!

Great place! Incredibly clean, staff was super polite, and management seems pretty on top of it! Definitely a place to consider when you’re looking at Memory cares in the area!
