My Mother couldn't say enough good things about Keepsake Village! She loved the place. We are continuing the process to move Dad to Keepsake Village. [Name removed] answered all our questions and was so helpful!

This is a very good place to be I really like it here all the staff are good.

Heritage Woods was a bright comfortable home for my father. The staff was kind, attentive to Dad's needs, often going out of their way to assist dad. They offered a variety of activities for their residents or allowed their residents or allowed their residents their privacy. Dads apartment was very nice, offering him a comfortable home in his final days. I and my family cannot show our appreciation or thank you enough to the management and staff of Heritage Woods.

I helped my aunt move into White Oaks Memory Care Unit. She has Azheimers Dimentia. The facility and staff are great. [Name removed]. was very "hands on" and made the transition go very smoothly. She is always available and willing to do anything to make the residents and family feel comfortable. The private rooms are spacious and clean. The entire facility is very clean and extremely well kept. I am so glad I found White Oaks because I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service I have received. They have an incredible amount of activities and I know my aunt will love it there. Moving my aunt here has given me such peace of mind and I know she is being cared for very well...... Trust me, White Oaks should be your first and only choice for Assisted Living!

Amazing service and care by the staff. We were (and still are) very appreciative of them during our father’s last days. They did everything to make sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. The facility was very clean and made to feel like home.

The staff at Heritage Woods is so kind and friendly. They do so much for their residents so that they can have a full and fun life. I always love going there to visit because I am always greeted with such a warm welcome.

I have toured this community several times. The community is always clean, beautifully kept, and the staff are always friendly and inviting. The residents are engaged and happy.

My mom moved in to The Hearth assisted living in May. The staff has been wonderful! The intake process and tour was very informative. The nursing staff has been very efficient and thorough on their care for my mom. She requires assistance with bathing, transportation to meals, and medication due to MS, so her needs are high. The Director of Nursing did a fantastic job of going over mom's care plan and ensuring that her nursing staff knows what is needed. They have physical therapy and occupational therapy available onsite and also a doctor and nurse practitioner who came to my mom's room on her 3rd day there. The food has been really good and fresh. The activities director does a great job with many different activities, including wellness such as sit and fit and also yoga in their chairs. There were a couple things wrong in her room (screen had a hole and also she needed a new toilet seat. The environmental director took care of these right away. Housekeeping does a great job - weekly. Personal laundry is done twice a week and they help put the laundry away as well. Our experience has been so great! My mom was at a different facility for 2 years and did not get the same care and treatment - not even close!

My aunt is a resident of White Oaks and we love this place! The staff takes great care of my aunt. She has lived their since they opened and she is doing really well. She enjoy lots of activities and new friends and also eats great food. Her apartment is a good size and the staff is always very helpful. We are happy with the care she receives!

Love the fact that they take Medicaid when my grandma needs it. The apartments are lovely and they have a lot of fun activities. It’s a warm place with a wonderful staff.

White Oaks at McHenry is a top knotch memory care. It is very clean and cozy and the residents receive excellent care. The food is really good and the staff really cares about the residents who call it home. We knew he moment we entered, it was the right place! White Oaks at McHenry staff goes above and beyond.

Very nice and new just not open so we will be looking at Heritage Woods of Noblesville again once they are open.

I thought the facility was very nice. I liked the fact that the residents are included in decisions and daily planning. Dining area very nice - food looked good, choices can be made. Everything was very clean & orderly They also have a theater room to show movies. Residents looked happy & staff was friendly. Based on my observations I would give a 5 star rating.

Enjoyed the tour, had excellent meeting with representatives, enjoyed tasty lunch. Will evaluate information received.

I was so impressed with this community! I called in and spoke with [name removed] who answered all of my questions and more. She helped me discover options financially I did not know my parents qualified for. I than stopped in and was greeted by staff and a few residents that looked like they were enjoying each other’s company. I instantly felt that this was a comfortable inviting place! Residents talked with me for a while than I met with [name removed], she was so friendly and made me instantly comfortable discussing issues with our family. She gave me a great tour and also before I left contacted a VA Attorney to see if my parents qualified. I appreciated that she was willing to go above and call herself to take that off My plate. I left feeling I could breath and felt even more excited for my parents to move to this community and make their life more desirable for them! I was followed up with a phone call from the executive director [name removed], who was knowledgeable and friendly. I have no complaints and actually want to move there myself when the time comes! I will definitely recommend this community! This is the least I could do is write a review after all the help I got from them!

My mother in law moved to Cambridge House in Feb. 2019. We worked with [name removed] the move in coordinator who held our hands through the process. She was wonderful to work with very helpful, kind and patient. I can not say enough good things about the staff as well! The day my Mother in law moved in it was her birthday. Waiting for us when we arrived with her were birthday balloons as well as flowers! That what you call going above and beyond! We have found the residents of Cambridge house to be very warm and welcoming as well. Offering her a place to sit with them at the table and dropping by to say hello. The facility itself is very clean and comfortable. The apartment is just right offering all the comforts of home without having to do the cleaning , cooking or laundry! We are so glad to have a nice place where my Mother in law will be safe ,have friends and activities as well. Needless to say we are well satisfied! At this stage in life change is very hard for the elderly but the staff at Cambridge house of Maryville make the transition as simple and easy as possible.

Nice facility, very clean. Some residents around watching tv. They were getting ready for an event but still took a lot of time to take me on a tour and answer my questions. Staff seemed very knowledgeable. Bring own furniture. No extra move in fee.

My grandma lives here & we couldn't ask for a better place for her. The community itself is beautiful & very clean. The staff is incredible. No matter what position they hold they all are so helpful & knowledgeable. The love & care they give each & every resident is extraordinary & they go above & beyond in all they do. We have been so pleased with our choice to make this grandma's home. It is by far the best place around.

We are very happy here and satisfied everyone is so friendly. We have researched a lot of places and know this is the best choice for us!

This is a beautiful facility, visited for years, staff always very friendly, clean and great food. Would recommend to anyone, including my own family! Administrator is very involved and concerned about the well being of the Residents and his staff!
