Absolutely loved this facility. Hoping to work out the details for a 2 bedroom independent living placement. They have one under renovation. Not sure if it will be available for a mid February move in.

I have been impressed with Cambridge house since the first day I visited with my mother. Their courteous and accommodating staff, the smiles on so many of the residents faces, coupled with the activities and cleanliness are all reassuring my mom made the right decision. We were amazed at how quickly [name removed] was able to process all the paperwork the day before Thanksgiving, removing Mom from an unbearable noisy apartment dwelling. We cannot be more pleased and we haven’t seen Mom this happy in years!

Staff are very pleasant and know our names. It is kept clean. Activities are balanced with entertainment and exercises and crafts.

This facility is not a facility, but a home. It is light, cheery and small enough to know others yet large enough to have privacy!

I am very content living at Heritage Woods. My apartment is very comfortable and convenient. The nurses and CNAs are very attentive and convenient. The food is good and I may also eat in my room if I so desire. There are activities every day. Also a small store 2 days a week.

Mom loves all the staff and really enjoys her neighbors. She loves the independence she has. It is like it was when she was in independent living. If she wants to do something, she does but if she doesn't she doesn't. No one tries to coerce her. The staff is very encouraging and helpful. She likes her own space, and no one bothers her there. She goes out to the public spaces and works on puzzles, or bingo or whatever she likes. Yet, she can work a puzzle or do adult coloring in her own room. She plans to stay here for the duration.

Being only a year old, the facility is spotless. The staff is caring, and treats my 96-year old mother with respect and dignity. I feel my Mom is safe, and has not had a single 'escape attempt,' unlike a previous facility where she resided prior to Three Oaks.

They made my father's time spent there very comfortable for him. He was well taken care of and I think he would of wished that he had moved in sooner to been able to do more. The staff at Reflections made it very easy process of getting him in a room. They communicated with us during the process and kept up the communications during his time at Reflections.

This is a very well run facility. It is always clean and pleasant and the staff are great, both to my mom and me

This is a lovely facility just minutes away from town. The staff at Cedar Grove is so friendly and you can always find someone who is willing to help you. The food at Cedar Grove is great! I have attended several lunches at the facility and I have never had a bad meal. Cedar Grove is my #1 choice for assisted living in the mid-Ohio Valley.

High rating, residents seemed happy and active.

The staff is very caring and patient focused. I have peace of mind knowing that my mother is well-cared for.

This community is top notch! The staff is amazing with the residents, guests and each other. You can feel the family atmosphere and the true care given by all. It is very clean and always looks great. The decorations always match the season and holiday. And the food always smell great when we are visiting. You can tell the place is well loved and cared for by all who work there and they make it feel like home for those that live there. I would recommend this community to everyone!

Everyone has been very informative and friendly. It was a new experience for us all involved and we appreciated all the questions answered with a friendly smile.

The management really care about the patients there. It's like a little family there!

I love this place!!!.. This is the second time my mom has been here and the staff is sooo accommodating and they make the process so non stressful.. the rooms are so nice!!... the food is great!!..From the office staff, front desk , CNAs there all there to meet any needs your loved one has. It’s a boutique assisted living place , not to big so your not just a number, but they get to know your loved ones name and just personable !!... very clean.. and they have wonderful outings, and activities for everyone!!!...I’d move in;))...

I love the Heritage Woods of Plainfield facility for my mom. The facility is very clean and kept up, and it is a nice, newer building. I know I do not have to worry, as she loves living there, and is very well taken care of by the attentive, caring staff. She has her own 1-bedroom apartment overlooking the garden, which she so enjoys. She has made many, many friends and is always busy. She receives 3 wonderful meals that my mom always raves about and snacks whenever they want. They have movie nights, bingo, and other activities and they take the residents to go out shopping weekly. The nursing staff makes certain that all the medications are always correct and distributed as prescribed as well as taking their vitals. They also have physical and occupational therapy on site as well as Doctors that come right to the facility. My mom loves some of the staff there, particularly nurse [name removed] who is so very helpful, sweet and caring, Administrator [name removed], who has taken over the facility and done such a fabulous job of making such wonderful changes to the facility. He is always asking if anything is wrong or needs changing to make certain the residents needs are taken care of and that they are comfortable. [Names removed] are so helpful, and [name removed] her housekeeper who she loves and who always goes the extra mile to help my mom, and [name removed], who helps her stay active with lots of crafts. I would, and have, recommended this facility to everyone! ***** 5 Stars

A good place to live. I came from living independently to here so there are a lot of changes and compromises for me, but so far I love it here. For my needs this place works great for me. It's not perfect but it's damn close IMO!

From the very first impression on my tour of Heritage Woods, to the move in date for our Mom, Heritage Woods is nothing short of beautiful inside and out including the staff that serves our loved one. What an incredible alternative for families to know that their loved one is safe, medically manged and Happy. Thank you so much. [Name removed]
