We like Valley Vista very much and have been very pleased with it.

They're very welcoming. The food was great and they were very attentive. When they saw my mom wasn't doing well, they let me know pretty quickly. I would tell others about Valley Vista Senior Living especially for the price, as they're one of the lowest. They're not in the greatest neighborhood, which is a downfall, but it was a beautiful facility.

Compared to the other communities we had toured, Valley Vista is by far the best and the most affordable. One of the things we liked most is your could tell the independent building which is where our loved one is, was specifically built for retirement living. The apartments are nice and the bathrooms are all the same size. All the amenities they offer are great and we just like how its a brand new building. The staff members are all super friendly and the general manager and director are wonderful. The director [name removed] is very sweet, accommodating, personable and attentive to all our needs. We really like that our loved on can age in place here, we do not have to worry when they day comes when they need more care about transferring to an entirely different facility. The memory care also provided 24/7 care. The quality of the meals could be improved a little bit, they could have a little more of a variety and offer more fresh salads for those who want to add salads to their diet. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on our experience so far.

I did a virtual tour with Valley Vista and the woman who took us around was just fabulous. She kept in touch with us and was great with follow up. The facility seemed great it was just a little further away than another one that we had looked into.

Our experience so far has been very good, they are all very helpful and the community is very clean. The staff members know all us of even just by our phone conversations. We have not head of any complaints when it comes to the food so he seems pretty satisfied. They have a lot of different event where people come over, and they are trying new tactics so they can get the residents move involved. There is a new director there, and they are wanting to incorporate new activities so the residents are staying active. the value is decent, they were amazing and really worked with us. Also during the pandemic they surprised us with how well the communication was, and they eventually allowed visitation hours.

We had a great experience at Valley Vista Senior Living. The community took wonderful care of my loved one. They took him out in the sunshine when possible. They were really good at keeping COVID at bay in the community. They also allowed outside visits.

We like it at Brittany House. We are happy with everything. This facility is a Kaiser approved facility so they have a Kaiser Doctor over there periodically. That is is the main reason we chose this place. We are really happy here.

Everything with Brittany House so far has gone very well. The facility is very clean, and all the staff there are very friendly and helpful. I have been satisfied and do not have any complaints.

They have done a really good job. The staff is very friendly, and happy too. They were the least expensive we found. They have a reasonably good variety of activities. The food looks fine and our loved one is eating well. I have been really impressed with them. Their facility is very inviting, it was very nice inside, and bright, it didn't seem like a hospital. The woman who showed us around knew all the residents and was very knowledgeable about not only the facility, but Alzheimer's as well. This also came recommended by more than one source.

It's a great looking community, and all of the staff are very friendly and upbeat. It feels like they really care about and get to know the residents. The activities they provide are good, but I feel there is a bit of room for improvement, they could just use more variety, and more in general.

It was a great place. They clean everyday. There is a woman that comes to each unit and she vacuums and cleans and dusts and there is another lady that does the laundry daily. That's more than I do at home! They try to please the patient as well as the family and it was less than they cost of some of the other places. They always helped my husband to a standing positions and made sure he got to meals. The generally watched over him and the other patients very well. For activities, they left the participation up to the patient. I think that a little more involvement by the staff to encourage patients that are new and shy would be helpful.

I'm very satisfied with the way things are working out. They've been extremely cooperative and very helpful. They're really looking out for my mom. She has dementia and Alzheimer's and we're placing her, still in Brittany House, but under the umbrella of hopsice care. It's not necessarily a bad thing as the perception of hospice usually is. It's an opportunity to give her more care within the same facility. Everything is extrememly convenient for her care. I'm extrememly impressed and highly recommend the place. The personnel is fantastic. They're designed to care for people that have the dementia. The security is very important and they're there to assist them. I go at all times of the day and I've never seen anyting less than what would would want for your mom.

The moment I walked into Brittany House I fell in love. Not only was the staff extremely friendly, but the facility was clean and had such a homey environment. Both my mother and I knew that we had found the place for my grandfather. It's very affordable for the care they provide, and we truly couldn't ask for anything more. My grandfather loves his knew home and we have the piece of mind knowing that he is properly taken care of.

Brittany House is bright and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Internet was promised as included but on day one they bought an AT&T rep to sell packages. Why? They said because their internet is weak and doesn't perform well. So, it shouldn't be advertised as being included. More recently, they have fired most of the administration without informing anyone. So any connections made with the people helping us move in are gone. So i don't know who to complain to. They have been bringing in more tenants which is great but from what my dad has told me these new tenants tend to break rules like leaving trash around common areas or leaving secure doors open. But with no real indication of penalties. Finally, they eliminated transportation which was another feature we liked. The truly only positive keeping us there is that the pricing fits the budget. So many other places are very expensive. The staff, the help staff and front desk are wonderful. Administration has been non-existent since the layoff/regime change.

Our experience was good over all, they listened and responded to requests about mom's care and comfort especially with hospice. After mom passed, they told us take what ever you wish to keep and said just leave anything you don't want, not having to deal with all that after losing a loved one was huge. [name removed] the executive director was great with everything. Both places we used through A place For Mom were great.

We like Brittany House...it's always clean and my mom seems happy there. I do have one critique and that is that we're never really sure what time her meals will be. Lunch comes anytime between 12 and 1:30. My mom always wants me to share her food if I am there with her so I try not to be at meal time so that she will eat all her food.

The staff was good. The activities were good. My mom was in the third floor in memory care. The care there was average. The food of the whole place was good-4 and it was nice that we as a family could go and eat with mom any time. Mom shared a room/ unit with another resident and it worked out well. The room was comfortable, private and well lit. Laundry was frustrating at times as her clothes were often mixed with others and lost. Would have liked more communication from staff to family bc mom could not tell us anything like what supplies were needed, any notices or any changes in her mood or condition etc with her dementia.

We like everything about Brittney House though we wish they had more staff but that's an industry problem more than just Brittney House, staff is friendly and capable. It's very we maintained and clean.
