The head of nursing left and that changed things. The TV is also a problem there. They are also building a huge building next door now. I would recommend to others and I already shared what I had to say. It's a clean building.

The food used to be incredible, but the cooks quit. Now the food is not good. The aides are helpful and call me when there are issues.

Facility Is Very Well Maintained. Very Friendly Staff. Would Like To See A Little Bit More Of Getting The Residents Up And Walking. My Dad Seems To Always Be In The Bed.

Staff is very friendly. My comments are dealing with my experience in memory care where activities can be more. It's seems like the rest of the non memory care facility has more activities and food options. I would recommend Valley Vista Senior Living.

When my mom was picked up she did have an ordor, it appeared that her clothes were not changed due to all of her clothes were still folded with her pull up still folded in it. But the process to enroll my mom was wonderful. [name removed] was very very helpful and explained what was going to be done in detail. I spoke with her again in September about my mother coming back in November. However, when I followed up in early October, she was no longer employed which made very upset. I called 3 times before I was told she was no longer there. After I spoke with [name removed], I was put at ease. At the present moment my mom is there.

gave activities a low rating because my husband is in a certain section. It's very small with no TV and a main dining room so all they do is color but I've been told that they ask him to go to the main room and he says no but basically he did the same thing at home so I don't know what I can expect more of them that I couldn't do myself. He looks good he's healthy And he's safe

Good value and kind community. Since the change of leadership they seem a bit short staffed.

With activities, the outings are a 5/5. In-house activities are a 3.5 It's still a new building and staff but getting better. Overall it's a very nice place for Mom . Everyone is nice and helpful.

My grandfather was at this facility for 6 months before he passed. The facility was clean and every member of staff was friendly and professional. We appreciated their patience with our questions and they always had a solution.

I notice when I am there with my mother and walking with her, different caregivers will come back and say hi to her by name and tell me they love her smile. So even though the majority of the time she is not too active, when she is around other people they do seem to make her smile. It is a difficult position to be in no matter where you put your loved ones, but Brittany House does a very good job.

My experience is that brittany house is clean, building well kept and the staff nice, However my friend ,while a patient fell twice! So go from there.

There is a lot of delay in services and miscommunication between staff. I think it is because they suddenly found themselves under new ownership and I think they are struggling to stay organized.

I loved Valley Vista. It is an amazing place, very clean and the staff were awesome. They were very understaffed. They said they could accommodate my mother who was not mobile, but they were not able to do so. The frequency of care was lacking. It is a great place but not the right fit for her. They actually gave us money back because they could not fulfill the promises that they made us. It is totally worth checking out, especially for assisted living or those who need less care. I would live here myself!

Very limited touring experience, not very transparent organization...

The facility management is horrible! They only seem to care about getting new residents. The staffing is always minimal. My mom is in an area where there are approximately 15-20 residents, and they feel only 2 caregivers are enough. At times they might only have 1 caregiver. Multiple residents are either bed bound or need extra help, thus during feeding times there are simply not enough caregivers to help all residents. If something happens, then all the other residents go neglected. . I often see caregivers on the cellphone while residents are screaming. . They do not properly manage their facility for the level of care required!! . Food is horrible, but getting better. They do not feed the residents a balanced meal. At times dinner is a cold sandwich and chips. For the money that every resident pays, I would think a warm balanced meal would be appropriate. Until recently the residents were fed on paper plates and plastic silverware, which is not appropriate for the level of dexterity for these residents. Meals also need to be on a regular schedule!! . Medical- often my mom goes extra hours without getting her meds at the correct time. They need enough medical technicians to ensure everyone in that facility is given the right meds at the right time. This is definitely not occurring on a regular basis.

One of the things that stood out when my parents were at Brittany House for a Few weeks was when the medication was dispensed by the med tech didn't ask if they had eaten. On one occasion my mom got sick because she hadn't had her dinner.

I would not recommend to any family seeking memory care assistance.

They are a 1! There new management is horrendous! The food is horrible, their staffing is not in an adequate ratio!

This facility has visitation hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This rule applies to family members as well. The lack of transparency in this policy is a show stopper.
