It's a wonderful place. Right from the start, they were very helpful and very friendly. They were very talkative about what they have to offer. The initial impression was amazing, and everything since that day has been what they said. There have been no surprises. Everybody is great. My loved one was very welcomed by everyone she came across there, including the residents. They were all very friendly and said hi, and they were excited for her to move in. My love loved one tends to be a very picky eater and has some stomach issues, but she's doing great with the food. I've been pleased with all the activities I see, and she has many that she likes to go to each week. She likes it there a lot and feels very comfortable. She feels it's the right place for her to be at this time in her life. It's a great place, and every one of the residents we've talked to says the same.

I would recommend it very much. My loved one came here from a different community, and from what I understand, several residents and aides have come to Harmony at West Shore from there as well. As far as I know, my aunt is very happy. She says they're right on time with her medications. She says the food is really good. Her only complaint is they put white icing on chocolate cake, and she would prefer chocolate icing. But their food is so good. When you walk in the lobby, they always have a board that that says the soup of the day, and you can smell it right when you walk in. It smells so good! We love the staff here as well. They're very willing to work with you.

It's been a wonderful experience. When you step on the campus, you get a happy feeling. The people who live there are happy, which tells the tale. The staff is very accommodating and very caring. They're very helpful, and any of my loved one's needs are attended to immediately. The apartments are beautiful and very spacious. Activities have been a little limited due to Covid, but I've been really pleased that they're doing what they can with activities.

This is a good community for your loved one and probably better than most. They have activities with a lot of things for everyone's interest. They try to think of things that everyone will like in the community.

We chose Harmony at Southridge because they are closest to me and I am the main caregiver so that was important. The room sizes here are very good, she is in a studio and it is plenty for her needs. To me if you have issues you need to speak up so that they can be corrected. Anytime I have a question or issue it has been quickly addressed. They do have activities throughout the day for the residents which is very nice.

It was a very nice tour and a nice community. It was just too big for my loved one to get around from area to area. That was the only thing that made it not work out for us.

Our loved one was only there for a couple of months but the staff members were just a 10 out of 10, they truly were amazing and we adore them. Not only did they go above and beyond for our loved one, but also for our family. His health declined much quicker then what we anticipated and they constantly kept us in touch. Sometimes our loved one was a little disappointed in the food, but overall it was good, and he loved his 2- bedroom apartment. Right off the bat when we stepped into the lobby of Harmony, it gave off such a new, clean, bright, and lively feeling. It was a great first impression, we would not of been happier with our choice, we have only good things to say about Harmony.

I think that moving from her own home to a place like this do not underestimate the transition. You really have to be there and help your loved one transition into this it is not all going to be on the community. They are also having some staffing issues currently.

I thought Harmony at Oakbrooke was a very nice facility. Their memory care wasn't suitable for my husband though. He needed more of a nursing home facility. But the staff was good and very friendly. The rooms were nice, and there was lots of walking space. It was a very nice facility.

When we were looking at this, this location was not open yet. We did a virtual tour and the cost was way more than the other place we were considering.

The community did a great job taking care of my loved one. She was there for a month and then was able to go back home on her own. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

You have to go and see this community to really appreciate how amazing they are. They worked with us and offer specials so even if you think you cant afford go talk to them and let them know what you need. They also have physical therapy, a hair salon, and many other amenditys. I would recommend this community to others.

We are very happy so is mom. We chose them because of the value for the money and also right when we walked in she felt comfortable and at home, she actually knew the chef from a previous facility. The room sizes are very good, it is a 1 bedroom and it is wonderful. they have other sizes to choose from as well. I would highly recommend.

Personally I think it's a great place. I've worked in healthcare for years, and it's clean. I think it would be good for anyone looking for independent living to take care of their needs. Especially if you're open to taking advantage of what they have to offer - the food, activities, things like that. My loved one does not take part in those things, and he thinks it's too expensive and they have too many rules.

Our family had an in person tour experience and at the time the memory care unit was not opened up quite yet so we had to move him into another community. However once they get their licensed to open up the memory care we will be moving him here.

We had a great tour at Harmony at Independence. It was very nice, and very bougie. It was absolutely beautiful, just a little bit past our price point.

The community is very nice but the food could be better and have more variety. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they keep the community neat and tidy I would recommend this community based on my experience.

During our loved one stays at Harmony the staff members were very friendly and super nice. They were very attentive and accommodating to our loved one, they were all wonderful.
