Everyone is friendly. Very clean facility. Plenty of activities. Wonderful staff would recommend for independent senior living. Had to leave in 2024 for medical reasons.

Staff is AMAZING! It's an independent living so they must be able to take care of themselves. Many use scooters and canes, but they must be able to get around on own. She loves the food, her room is so new and clean, activities are provided daily and keeps her busy. It is super clean and the cleaning lady comes every other week to their rooms. Value is beyond reasonable to everything that is offered and provided. Lunch and dinner are provided by a wonderful chef in a clean, large dining area with also a bistro for grab and go items. There is a weekly activity calendar provided for options with a bus to take to local restaurant and shops.

What we like the most about Lockwood of Fenton is we know that our loved one is safe there and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

My dad ended up moving into Lockwood of Clinton. We really like it so far. Very helpful and friendly staff. Just very easy going. Lots of activities planned every day with no pressure to do them. Very spacious apartments.

I wish my father had found Lockwood sooner instead of living on his own for years after mom passed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Shelbie in leasing worked with us to get dad transfered, always professional, always quick to respond. [name removed] at the front desk always greets with a welcoming smile. This is an active community with a positive social feel. Lots of events and activities available. There is a lovely nature walking path and shopping within walking distance. This community always felt safe and welcoming. Thank you Lockwood!

My mother loved being a resident at Lockwood of Waterford. She had to move out because she needed more assistance. All the staff is very friendly. She loved her apartment as well. I was pleased to see my mother happy.

It was close to where I live and I had a sister that lived there and she was happy there. I would recommend to others.

I have been at Lockwood since [date removed], 6 years. I do my own cleaning of my apartment, also cook most of my meals. I find the staff are always polite and helpful. I enjoy living here. I do not plan on moving anywhere else.

Our loved one was only a resident there for 2 months - but the atmosphere of the community was very family like.

It's a cute place, no real need to leave the building if you don't want to other than outside medical appointments. We picked this community because of the cost, and location to family. Welcoming attitude of the leasing manager.

I'm happy with the facility. Everything is there that my mom might need without going out. She got her flu shots there and I'm in the process of getting her signed up for the in staff doctor to visit her.

The cost was unbelievable lower than anywhere else in Brighton and surrounding areas. Also, it was brand new. So the cost and the newness is why I picked Lockwood. It's trying really hard to make it a great community and they are listening to our needs and making the changes necessary. The staff is totally great !!!

Some of the hall carpets look like they could be cleaned. All of the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They are not receiving care as they are in Independent Living. The meals look good. There are many activities available and seem to be well run. We feel the value for cost is good.

Our family had an in person tour experience with Lockwood of Fenton and the tour experience was all really nice. This community seemed really nice but also seemed like it was for younger retirees.

I picked this community because, it was 1. Close to my family, 2. Cost, and 3. Structure itself. Look all around for a space the feels like home. Don't settle!Lastly.... visit Lockwood, it will be your new home.

Lockwood of Lyon is a brand new community. The food is amazing & there are many opportunities to keep busy with several activities to attend. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a independent senior living community.

What sticks out the most about Lockwood of Genesee would be the staff, they are all extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this community to those looking for independent living.

5/5 in all areas. The staff and residents at Lockwood of Clinton have been very friendly and welcoming. And it has been a wonderful experience for my mom.

Our Staff is awesome. They make you feel like family. The apartment size is larger than most. Amenities include house keeping, laundry, medical staff on premise, assistance if needed, transportation to grocery store, transportation to doctor's appointments.
