We have nothing but great things to say about Lockwood of Clinton. Their care company Corso that they use was excellent to work with. They gave y mom great care for the 5 weeks that she was here. The overall experience was unbelievable. I would recommend them to others looking - but I will say their general manager just left so I am not sure what the affect will be on the facility. The previous general manager [name removed] was amazing, she did a little bit of everything around the facility.

They had availability for my loved one at the tax credit rate which is why we chose this facility over others that we had looked into.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful if I ever need anything. The apartment size is pretty good, I have a 2 bedroom and it is not quite big enough for all that I have but it is working out and I am getting used to it. The value for the money is really good here. I would recommend Lockwood of Fenton to others looking for independent living.

We chose Lockwood of Burton because it was an area that my mother was familiar with. The apartment sizes are very good. They do have medical staff on site and they offer a lot of different activities for the residents. I would recommend them to other families.

We chose Lockwood of Burton because of the convenient location for family and they had a barrier-free availability. The apartment sizes are on the smaller side, but they have gotten use to it. I like the fact that they have a separate patio entrance on the main floor, she has a small dog so it is convenient for them. I do think that they could use more variety on the food menu. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

It seems like it's a family there. The staff really care about your loved one. They have a very robust amount of activities, with something for everyone. I've had meals with my dad, and the food is very good - it's restaurant quality.

We are happy that Mom is safe in this lovely building. We have found the staff to be mostly helpful and kind, esp the Medical Team who provide services only as we need them which I think keeps costs reasonable. The Affordable Housing options are wonderful and the leasing consultant shepherded us skillfully thru that process. It will never be the same as "home," but we - and Mom - are generally satisfied.

My mom absolutely loves it here at Lockwood of Clinton. It is clean, everyone is very friendly, and the staff all know all the residents by their names. I am very impressed and we are pleased with our experience, The lady who runs it makes everyone feel like they are family and she is very involved. I would highly recommend to others.

Estimated move in 5/22. The apartments are nice size, the community is friendly, the cost is competitive and the location is perfect. Mom is very excited to move to her new home.

Toured this place a few years ago and thought it was nice. I decided I would live here they've been wonderful. I'm happy here!

I enjoy living at Lockwood. The management and workers are wonderful. It's a privilege to know if you need anything repaired or cleaned or management help, they're always is someone to help and our activity directors always finding things to do to keep us busy especially during this time is the virus, she's great.

Everyone working here is very gracious, and kind. I am sure it would be a normal thing if they were impatient but that is not so. We feel safe from covid-19, even though we fuss. I appreciate my bills, power, heat, Etc being rolled into one. Lockwood is attractive, clean, and well-run. I encourage my best friends to come here.

My mother lived at Lockwood of Fenton for just over 2 ½ years. During that time, she made many new friends and tried new activities. My mother often told her friends and family that moving to Lockwood was one of the best decisions she every made and she was very happy there. From a family perspective, we took comfort in knowing that she was in a safe environment and socializing with the residents, rather than being isolated in her prior home. In addition, Lockwood was able to provide services, such as transportation to popular stores in the area, three healthy meals a day, housekeeping, and laundry services, that she could no longer do herself. As her health declined, the in-house Medical Group was able to step in and provide assistance, care, and guidance. Lockwood personnel, Medical Group staff, and Medical Hospice supported our family in those last months and days of my mother’s life and we will never forget their genuine concern, caring, and comfort. With the help of Lockwood and the Medical Group, we were able to honor our mother’s wish to remain in her apartment during those last days.

My 87 year old mother has been at Lockwood for one month. First day, multiple residents made an effort to say hello and make her feel welcome. She now plays bingo every chance she gets and has even gone to exercise class a few times! Plus - she is getting invited to play cards. Staff has been helpful and very kind. A relief for my mom (and us) that she has someone around at all times. Nice that she will be able to age in place. So grateful that we could get her in at Lockwood of Fenton!

It looks great and very clean. I think my mother will be happy there and it is close for me to be there at least 3 times a week.

My mother recently moved into this community had she is excited. They were so nice, and they had a one bedroom apartment available which is what she wanted. It is a month to month contract, and so far they have been wonderful.

It has been a good experience for us here at this community. My mother is still adjusting, but so far she is doing well. They have lovely staff, everybody has been very helpful and friendly. They offer nice activities, she enjoys the exercise program and bingo. For the most the meals are good. She seems happy here, and I'am pleased. It has worked out well for us here so far. Overall this is a community I would recommend.
