My parents love it. They feel very safe there. The food is great. Staff is very friendly. They offer several outings and indoor activities. Maintenance is pretty good. Not very prompt. All in all they live it

Staff was friendly. Place was clean appearing. Some of the services were great for some. I personally don’t want someone else doing my laundry. I want to do it myself. In a few years I may change my mind. I feel I’m not a good fit for this place yet.

Friendly, energetic staff, clean facility, talented chef. I miss having a gym and pool on-site but both are a short drive away.

My father fell in love with the place at the tour, [name removed] was very welcoming, so was the residents. Very friendly. My father is still hospitalized and hasn't had a chance to enjoy living here yet. I just have his place set up whenever he comes home.

I thought the management and service staff was very helpful friendly and there when you needed them. I also enjoyed the meals I think the manager there of the kitchen was very good about using nutritious food fresh vegetables nice salads everyday and a nice variety.

My mom is very happy there. Likes the outings, [name removed] at the front desk is wonderful, food is ok, and people are very nice. Facility is well kept and having the shuttle, hair stylist, and chair yoga have been very nice. So thankful for the government subsidy so she can afford to be on her own.

Caring staff from cleaning group maintenance guys to top administrators. Well maintained and staffed. Now that I am in a larger building I can appreciate the smaller building with more intimate porches. Much cozier. You see more people and activities because it is a smaller area. The apartments have no match to the ones here. The heating system at Fenton was terrible. If I had spent the winter there I would have to put plastic on windows

Maintenance man is very n ice and aims to please. But, there needs to be more maintenanc people. All of the staff are very nice and accomodating. The place is not that clean. It's too much for one person. Little things bug me, like flower beds never got planted this year. Administration Tries to offer activities, but tenants won't ger involved. Unless you like bingo, there is nothing to do. I would like Bible Study, book club, board games, Spanish classes and more. I find bingo boring. Food is very good.

It is a social place with residents and the staff (but my father chooses not to take part); there seems to be people in the public areas socializing and participating in activities. The rooms are well kept; shuttle services are readily available. Rent is based on the means of the individuals. Lockwood of Burton has been a great choice for our family.

What the community could improve on would be the overall experience and the overall cleanliness and some repairs

Food is varied. Breakfast can be ordered ala-cart. Activities include lunches, dinners, and shopping at various stores. Monthly community meeting. Cards, bingo, jigsaw puzzles. Birthday celebrations. Local talent presentations.

It is an independent living facility. Medical care/assistance options are limited. Parents have so far chosen not to get involved with too many amenities that are provided so I cannot say on most items. They offer more than I am aware. Cleaning staff are great.

All of the staff are patient and kind. The food is hit or miss in my opinion. More consistent good food. And the activities, I wish there was more off site activities

Very nice sense of community there. The residents really look out for each other. My mom's apartment was very bright and sunny. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

The experience is ok, not bad but not great. We picked this community because it was brand new, close to family, and accepted government assistance.

It is a very nice place to live

Independent living only, no special care needed. When it comes to the meals and dining services there are only two meals a day and dinner is early - it is at 4:30. there are no activities in the evenings or weekends. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families.

We have lived at Lockwood of Clinton for a year and have been very pleased and signed a lease for another year. Apartments, facilities are comfortable, and well maintained. The staff is personable and helpful. Food, activities and special events are very well done and we feel a great sense of community here. We spent some time looking for independent living options and find Lockwood to be a great value and good choice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is very well maintained. There are many fun and diverse activities to do and be involved in. And the food is delicious too. The other residents who live here are nice and engaging. I am glad I moved in.

Lockwood of Waterford is a great place for independent living. The location is close to stores and medical services. As far as meals go, I would like less salt, spices and fried food. I preferred heavier meal at dinner time.
