My mother was previously a resident at Sunrise of Paramus and the experience was great. The staff was so caring. The food was terrific and there was a lot of variety. The activities were well planned. I felt that communication with the family was good with most of the staff, except with the Director. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Sunrise of Paramus to others.

My loved one is a resident here and I am thoroughly impressed with everything about The Fountains at RiverVue. There is a very positive vibe in the facility/atmosphere. It's a very active and social community. Nice building and grounds. 4 star food. Easy access. I would highly recommend The Fountains at RiverVue to others.

Sunrise of Paramus is set up more like a house than a hotel, which is quite nice. The facility is smaller so there aren't endlessly long hallways, which are not good for residents with dementia. My mom's apartment is situated just off of the central hub where everything happens. Families are given the access code to the Memory Care elevator so you don't have to wait for someone to let you in and out. The residents have access to an Outdoor sunny patio whenever they want to use it, and again they don't have to be buzzed in an out. The Director was very hands on and was incredibly helpful when my mom was admitted to Valley Hospital and when she transitioned to hospice care at Sunrise. All of the staff have a light in their eyes and are determined to provide great care for the residents. [Name removed], the sales person, helped to get an expedited check in directly from Valley Hospital to Sunrise which was incredibly helpful. Another staff member was very helpful in getting my mom's room set up with regards to safety and thinking about future equipment that might have to go into the room. Housekeeping is good, and the communication with the family is excellent. I would definitely recommend Sunrise of Paramus to others. Before, I was thinking that my mom was just going to bounce around to different places, but now I feel like she's found a home. This facility is a little bit more expensive, but my mom receives exponentially more and better care than she did at the previous facility that she was in.

I am currently a resident at Bella Terra by Monarch and everything at this facility has been great for me so far. The move in process was very easy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping is spot on. Communication with the family is good. The meals are good. One suggestion for improvement that I would offer: they should have more activities for the male residents. I would recommend Bella Terra by Monarch to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Fountains at RiverVue in the Memory Care unit. I am really pleased with this facility and my loved one seems quite content. She is happier, cleaner and looks better. I was her caretaker and they are way better at it than me. The facility is not cheap, but it's worth it. All of her friends and her brother agree. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services and meals are also great. I would recommend The Fountains at RiverVue to others.

My parents were previously residents at Brandywine Living at Upper Providence and this facility was overall good. It's a beautiful place. The food is good. The activities are great, they even have a hair salon. The facility was beautifully decorated for the fall and winter holidays. They did have staffing issues, but the majority of the staff were kind and friendly. When I stayed while my father was in his last few weeks (which was nice that they allowed that) they were not as attentive, as they knew I was taking care of changing him and feeding him. They would forget to bring a menu, so I couldn't order for mom or forgot to. But I had the ability to bring my own microwave soups and meals for her. They didn't really "check in," especially knowing that I had two of them and mom with dementia. I hated the monthly fire alarms which I know is a requirement, but they could have warned me about them at move in. It was a bit of chaos and the worst was they had one the very first night when I had just settled at home in bed after days of moving my father from one facility to another. The cost was a bit more than others, but understandable. Overall, I would recommend Brandywine Living at Upper Providence for sure.

Mom is in memory care. They have been very good. (Originally a little short staffed, but have been working on that and have hired peple)Very responsive!Very friendly!

When we toured Monarch Coopers Corner, it had not yet opened so a lot of the décor had not yet been in place. However, we got to see the final product just prior to Mom moving in. Even when virtually empty, we could tell that it was going to be right for us! We are glad that we waited for the facility to open and we were right! I spoke to Mom today and she said that everyone there is wonderful. I would recommend this facility to others.

The level of care was an important factor. The "feeling" of the facility is a good fit for my mother. Finally the specific room was one in which I thought my mother would be happy

This is simple. I would give Sunrise Paramus a 5 on every category. It was a blessing to find this place. Everyone was wonderful and the level of care surpassed any I've seen in any assisted living facility. Please keep it on your "go-to" list. I hope others find this place for their loved ones. The staff is exceptionally well trained- professional in their area of expertise, and oh, so compassionate. My mom was in the memory care unit and was under constant supervision. She was only there for 17 days before she died, but she was well cared for and monitored. Sunrise of Paramus is a hidden gem. The only problem is the cost of these places. I have to bring it up. Who can afford $[removed] a month? My mom would have had the funds for two years as she already exhausted most of her savings from 5 years in assisted living. This is untenable for most people, and it's a sad state of affairs we're in here in America.

My dad currently resides at Bella Terra and we love it! He is so happy here. He's made friends and is doing things. Everyone in the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is meticulously kept. The food is really good with several choices for meals. It is the nicest and cleanest facility that I have ever seen, with lots of amenities! I would recommend this facility to others.

My loved one is currently residing at Sunrise of Paramus and everything at this facility has been great for her! I like the size of this facility, it's not too big. I have never eaten here, but my loved one likes the food and loves the place. That's what matters to me!

The staff is really nice they encourage the residents to get involved in the activities. The residents are treating with respect. It really is a community!! My Mom has a great group of friends and is thriving at Bella. They made her an ambassador for new residents!! Based on the experience we have had with Bella Terra we would absolutely recommend them to other families!

Overall, very positive experience at Bella Terra. Recently renovated public spaces. Apartments are spacious with quality appointments. Good location. Staff very friendly.

They were very friendly, caring and helpful. And continue to be. My father likes the food much more than the facility he was in prior. He doesn't really take advantage of the activities so that I can speak to, but the rest, we are very satisfied with. I would definitely recommend to others.

My Mom has been a resident Brandywine/Toms River for 5 years and loves it. I can't say enough about the staff. They are caring, professional and always available when I call with any questions about my Mom. The facilities are immaculate and the common areas are very welcoming. The events and activities they run for the residents are above and beyond. We've enjoyed many events there with my Mom. I highly recommend Brandywine to anyone who is looking for a place for someone they love.

If you are considering Assisted Living - please check out Brandall Estates. My mother [name removed] had been at Brandall Estates in Linwood for over 6 years and there is not another place I would consider. The entire staff makes you feel like you are a part of their family. Mom was very well taken care of and in turn, became a part of their family. The activities are great, the entertainment is always changing and the nursing and medical staff have been very helpful to us over the years. I would be happy to speak to anyone about my experiences.

My Mom recently celebrated her 95th birthday. The staff at Brandywine couldn’t have done more to make her day more special. From her caregiver who dressed Mom up so beautifully-and accessorized to the recognition of Mom throughout the day by all the staff! I bought a sheet cake and they happened to have music and happy hour scheduled that day. It was a very festive, happy, warm and loving day for my Mom! She has advanced dementia so she really-enjoyed her day all day long! I can’t say enough about the management and staff who daily give love, respect and purpose to my Mom’s days. My Mom has thrived there for the past 8 years and it is all attributed to the excellent care and support my Mom receives. Brandywine is family to my Mom and me. We love and thank you all every day.

We chose Sunrise of Paramus because of the size of the facility. It is small and that works for my mom. Very personalized care from the staff - there are only 42 rooms. The staff is amazing. I have gotten to know them all. Each time I leave, I thank them all for caring for my mom. They are a great group.

Our family had an in person tour with The Fountains at RiverVue and we thought it was a beautiful place, with beautiful surroundings, and just a gorgeous gorgeous community. The staff members were very very nice, they showed us all the different floors and different rooms - we did feel that the rooms were a little to small and we weren't sure with the level of care they provide here that it was going to be the right fit. Our loved one is more independent and the location was just a little to far. Our loved one is very much a city girl and this is more country .
