What we like the most about Monarch Southbury is the staff. The staff are wonderful! Beautiful facility- remodeling a few common areas and they are beautiful! We would definitely recommend this community to other families!

The care for my dad was exceptional. The value for everything you're getting on the scale from one to 10 is about an 8.8. The food could've been a little bit better and the portions could've been significantly larger. The administrative staff was also exceptional and addressed some of my minor concerns in a timely manner.

Excellent very informative made easy train. The counselor helping fine this place. was helpful.

The building is new, clean, bright. Staff here is wonderful, very attentive. Upon learning my parents were having a 70th anniversary shortly after moving in, they held a party for them. THey have been very communicative and responsive to the family's questions.

The facility is neat, clean and they newly renovated the common areas and hallways. The staff are superb!!! They are kind, professional and pleasant. They connect with the residents and their families. They make activities fun with music. They gave my mother her dignity while doing difficult tasks such as bathing her or helping her get dressed. I would highly recommend Monarch of Southbury.

My dad was only at Brandywine at Howell for about five months. The entire staff treated my dad with respect and compassion, particularly when we had to him on hospice. I would strongly recommend Brandywine for any family who was looking into a continuing care facility

Being faced with putting both parents in to assisted living unexpectedly after an accident was a daunting task, but we couldn't be happier with our choice. Staff is amazing and engaging & they're well cared for. We no longer have to worry about their safety and their care. We would definitely recommend Brandywine at Wall.

What we like the most about Monarch Bella Terra is that there are a lot of activities both on premise and off, very friendly staff, clean and updated facility, and cost is very reasonable for all of this. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families!! So appreciative of this facility. My mom takes advantage of exercise classes, including a pool class and walking outside. She does NOT sit in her room. She is 86

A while back, my father and I visited Brandywine The Gables along with a few other AL facilities. At the time, my father was not ready to go in, but we’re getting things in order and understanding our options. There, we met [name removed] who runs the facility and [name removed]who is the head nurse practitioner. We were blown away at how generous and kind they were when they spoke with us. [name removed]went over everything to make sure she answered all of our questions. Fast-forward a few months, and my father just moved into this facility. Not only were [name removed]and [name removed] still awesome and helped us get everything done so quickly, But it gives me great peace of mind, knowing they are there with him. So far, I can tell you, my father loves his room and the people there are great. We couldn’t be happier at this point and look forward to years of great care. Thank you, [name removed] and staff!!!

My mother was swiftly on the decline as she was on the path to ending her journey in life due to stage 4 lung cancer. We decided along with her that it would be best to find a place in which she can be taken care of 24/7. After touring a few places my young son and I decided that Brandywine would be a great fit. Its location, beautiful facilities, and wonderful friendly staff sold it. Though she was only there for a few weeks she did comment on how much she loved it there and her view of the golf course next door. The staff were top notch and again so friendly. They communicated frequently with us about her condition and made sure to take care of her as she neared the end of her life. We wish we could've experienced a longer stay but I know she was well cared for during our brief time. I highly recommend Brandywine for taking care of your loved ones.

Our family had a dilemma. He had to find a new home for my "young" 80 yr old sister. She had just retired and had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. She could no longer reside in her home alone. He knew of the Brandywine Properties because aunt and uncle spent their last years at The Gables and Reflections. He knew this was the perfect spot for her. The staff welcomed her with open arms and she is very happy in her "New Home." 2 months later my 83 year old sister moved in- Best decision we made.

The staff is like a big, happy family. There is always someone available and willing to assist with whatever they need. [name removed]in maintenance is super helpful. [name removed], the activities director is so enthusiastic and caring. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], etc. all seem to thoroughly enjoy their jobs and genuinely care about the residents. The place is beautiful and not cookie cutter at all. The apartments are very different from eachother yet all have large, bright windows with custom wood blinds and a comfortable flow, good appliances, modern yet warm flooring, cabinets and counters. The hallways, dining areas, gym, salon, bar, movie room, library, etc. are all nicely appointed. Also, they painted all of the walls in the apartment the colors my Mom chose as well as hung all photos, tv, shelves, etc. for them.

The observant and caring nature of the aides/caregivers. The caregivers treat all residents as individuals and cater to their needs as individuals. They know each resident as a person and treat them with kindness as a friend. The proximity of a nurse 24/7 makes me feel secure leaving my mother in their care. We've been very pleased at Brandywine. The staff is observant and caring. And everyone there is friendly.

The staff has been a blessing to our family. The care ever day is very sincere and dedicated.

Had a great tour at The Current Beverly. The building has a lot of character and some amazing views from the units which make you feel part of Beverly and the beautiful downtown. On the rooftop deck is the main dinning area which features Ocean views, along with a beautiful bar and move theater.

I was so excited my legally blind 92 year old mother on O2 finally agreed to live in a safe space. I chose Sunrise for her because it had a comfortable relaxed feel when I walked in the door and after we got her room set up. She sadly passed days before move in. But I had a great feel of the surroundings, building and room layout. Staff and management are nice people. I wish I could give all those stars for Care but Mom didn't have the chance to be cared for.

Overall 5 in all categories. Monarch Spring Meadows is in excellent condition, with caring staff, and good food. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

What we like the most about Sunrise of Basking Ridge is the nice people and good nursing care. We would recommend this community to other families.

From the moment I walked into Brandywine at the Gables, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, and it was clear that the staff are truly dedicated to the well-being of all the residents. The team is not only caring and attentive, but they also take the time to get to know each resident, providing personalized, patient, compassionate attention to each resident’s specific needs. My mom’s health and strength improves daily because of Brandywine’s heartfelt loving care, always positive mindset support. Thank you for going above and beyond caring for my mom as if she one of your own family members and every day and night giving me peace of mind knowing my mom is safe.

I am so satisfied with The Gables at Brandywine in Brick NJ. The staff is so caring and always up to date and informative about my father. Going through the transition of moving into an assisted living has not been easy, but the staff has terrific and helpful. The size is of the facility is perfect. We are very satisfied with our choice!
