My sister was there from[dates removed] when she passed away. Friendly place, up beat atmosphere , caring care givers, good food, medical care is excellent. The doctor was always accessible. If he was not reachable, his nurse was. The staff is very caring. My sister loved the food. They also allow a pastor to come in on Sundays and give a message. My sister got very attached to him and his family. am so thankful I put my sister in this facility. It was the best place for her. I came to visit multiple times during that two months. The staff felt like family. I would highly recommend this facility. This is not my first experience with assisted living. I have cared for other brothers and sisters along with parents. I am very familiar. And know what to expect. Villa Court is a well run facility.

They were very helpful and kind. They made Mom feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend and use them for respite care again.

It is very clean and a small community. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

I would say that it's a really nice place. What I am most impressed with is the staff. They are, without exception, kind, attentive & responsive. I love that they know everyone's name & how they treat the residents. My friend who is living there is still adjusting but I think it's so important to her to be greeted by name every time she encounters someone on the staff. It makes her feel important. I think we made the right choice for my friend's situation.

I live out of state. I visit my brother occasionally. Talk to him regularly. whenever we visit, it's very clean. The staff is very friendly. The residence seem happy. The dining area is always clean, ready for the next meal, and the food "pretty good" according to brother. I follow the community on Facebook. They regularly do fun and meaningful events for the residence, from recognizing the Veterans to painting the ladies nails. [name removed] the Activities Director is especially involved with the residence. She shows true care for all of them. Her energy is just what the doctor ordered. When we interviewed, that first day, we knew that was the place for our brother.

The management and staff here at Heritage are excellent! The cost is reasonable, and the food is outstanding! Cleaning is always ongoing, and the caregivers are very kind and accommodating with their memory care residents. If I had one complaint, it would be that there aren’t enough caregivers, at least here on the memory care wing.

My Mom loves it there and they're so attentive to her needs. [name removed], the GM is amazing. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Definitely a 10!! It's a great place. we're all extremely busy. Desert makes you not only feel like family, but also like you're the only resident, expediting every care or need. And they are very affordable as well. Have a blessed day!

Everyone is very professional, caring, and my brother is in very good condition due to there meal plan and nurses His room is clean and well put together As a family member I am very happy and confident in there abilities

Mom is settling in at Canyon Creek Memory Care. Is a good place for her. I’ve been impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the place. It’s organized, they have activities that she can participate in. She has her own room, but shared bathroom. The staff seems to understand dementia issues. She enjoys sitting outside when the weather is nice and the little bird aviary. We feel like she is safe and well cared for.

The staff is very friendly and caring. The management uses a patient call response timing app for feedback to staff. And the food is good.

We are so glad we were able to get our mom Into Heritage Assisted Living. The staff is all so kind, mom raves about the food (her only complaint is there’s too much food and options to pick from!) and plenty of activities to keep her busy. She has made some great friends and they all look out for one another!

The facility and staff were excellent. We had experience with several group homes and Villa Court was like a breath of fresh air. The administrator we met with was very informative. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was amazing and friendly. They were very attentive when the hospice company we were using was not providing the care my mother needed and had amazing recommendations for a different company. They would call with any issue or concern. I am still in contact with them as I have been donating most of her things to them for the hospital bed that can not afford things. For the people that can not afford necessities. We have donated a hospital bed and a lot of clothing and toiletries as well as books and magazines.

Villa court is a great place for anyone to have their family live. It is a great place.

The staff is so friendly and patient. My mother is a difficult person and they have cared for her so well that she's actually happy. She can't wait to see her friends in the dining hall every day and even participate in making crafts. This facility has help heal my relationship with her. Caring for a parent is an exhausting job.

My mom has lived at HH over 2 years now.She gets along well with the staff and really feels at home here. There are problems wherever you go but here, the director [name removed]. will work with you to manage anything that comes up. We just attended a mother’s day luncheon today and it was very fun, good food and always so clean. If you’re looking for a smaller, safe, assisted living, this is the place for you. They recently changed their oversight Corporation and made the transition with flair. A very nice home environment.

Santa Maria terrace was great. The only negative is the ambassadors tried their best as was a new. The staff were wonderful, welcoming and the facility was clean. Would still recommend.
