The quality of care has improved overall and the cleanliness of the building, the building no longer smells like urine. Staff are always welcoming and friendly with the residents although it is health care and some may struggle to find great staffing due to just not hiring anyone. I have a family member there and I would put another one when the time comes.

People that work there are positive and seem to be committed to their job. Like all facilities, they have posts for volunteers and jobs. Trying to reach the place by phone is difficult and could be improved. That is why I requested personal #'s of administrators. I am 3 hours away and need to reach certain people by phone or email.

[name removed] was in her last 4 weeks of life. These people treated her very well and took very good care of her. From everything I witnessed they were very compassionate and empathetic to what she was going through and made sure she was treated well.

We chose River Point of Kerrville because of the facility cleanliness and the rooms were very nice. I Would like them to at least periodically check on even independent living people. Three or four times per day would be nice.

I have 2 parents in there now, my mom in Memory Care and my dad in Assistant Living I would give them a 5 on all. The staff is friendly and helpful they make sure my parents eat together and keep them busy all day, they both enjoy the food and activities

Windsor Court is the absolute BEST! It feels like home when you walk through the doors. All of the staff members go above and beyond to care for the residents. I couldn't be happier with our decision to move our mother there. She is so happy. She loves all the delicious food and fellowships with the other residents and all the amazing carestaff. They truly care!!?

Staff is friendly and thoughtful from the administration to the maintenance guy and everyone in the middle I would recommend them to anyone. Heritage is a hidden gem in the community and I couldn’t imagine her anywhere else

It seems to be a place with ample friendly staff eager to assist with needs. The residents are friendly and interactive, and seem very satisfied with the facility. The setting is one that encourages chats and interaction if desired though not forced.

5 on everything except food.. when I moved in in December the food was excellent.. shortly after that the quality began to deteriorate. There seems to be a LOT of pasta being served and the fruit is no longer fresh but canned .I would give the food a 3 The entire staff is remarkable, kind, friendly, efficient Number 8.. value for the money..as I pay $[fee removed] a month and the rest is paid by Medicaid I certainly feel I am getting value for my money. But I can't imagine why people paying $[fee removed] a month put up with institutional grade toilet paper

My mom never moved in. The staff worked with me to get my mom set up in an apt, but she passed away before she could move in. I loved the facilities and the staff. Highly recommend. I honestly wish my mom could have lived there. I think she would have loved it. Everyone working there was great. The residents seemed very happy and friendly.

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. The activities and value for cost gets a 4+. It's like a big family. Everyone cares about each other and takes time to talk and give a helping hand if needed. My husband is in rehab right now and their friendship and caring has been wonderful. The staff is amazing.

My husband has lived at Harvest Home Assisted Living since [date removed]. I can honestly say that every concern can be brought to light and addressed with management. I see - on a daily basis - only caring people who are striving every day to do their best for the residents. Residents are treated with kindness and love. I have not had any reason to be concerned about the medications that my husband receives each day and at different times during the day - the "Med Techs" always check if there is a question about anything and keep me apprised of any new meds or if there is the need to change the way he receives these medicines. The "Care Team" comprised of sweet loving people is well trained and are always ready to lend a hand. Everything was great. Her health declined, and they brought in nurses and took care of everything. At first we chose them because of the price, but within 6 months the price doubled and now I owe $[removed]. I wish they had been more clear on that. I understand the extra care, but the cost kept changing. I have a problem with that.

The staff members are all so very caring and supportive of the person and their family. Such good care!! My mom love all her care givers!! The room are nice! They offer a lot of different things to do each day!

I would recommend it to others. It has given our family so much comfort knowing our mother is so well cared for. I would like to add that the staff was very helpful and kind. They would return calls, texts, and emails. We got so much information and help from them.

My experience at River Point of Kerrville was exceptional from start to finish. The staff I interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly warm and personable. Rachel, who led my tour, went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made the visit truly memorable. She patiently answered all of my questions and helped me envision what life here could be like for a loved one. What impressed me most was the sense of community and care. The team highlighted various activities and services that ensure the residents are engaged and supported, and the enthusiasm for the work being done at River Point was contagious. It’s clear that everyone truly cares about the people they’re helping. If you're looking for a place for a loved one, River Point of Kerrville should absolutely be at the top of your list!

I cannot say enough good things about Villa Court! This place has truly been a blessing for my dad and our entire family. Ever since they introduced their "low-income" program, my dad has been able to afford the outstanding care he deserves while living in a beautiful, welcoming community. It's clear that the program was created with compassion and a genuine desire to make high-quality care accessible to everyone. The staff here are nothing short of amazing. They treat my dad with such kindness and respect, always going above and beyond to ensure he’s comfortable and happy. It feels like they genuinely care about every resident, and that gives me so much peace of mind.

Every time I step in the door. I feel like I am home. All are so caring and it shows. [name removed] is not only a great representative but as the community face., she represents her compassion for the residents and the place they call home.

River Point is a welcoming community that provides great activities, nourishing meals and a home-like atmosphere all while providing necessary care and resources. The bonus is that both Assisted Living and Memory Care are both offered at River Point, I recommend an in-person tour so you can see first hand!

[name removed] at Desert View is a real life gem! Desert View Senior Living will take wonderful care of a dear parent & put the whole family at ease the whole time! The words integrity, sincerity, compassion & comprehensive care come to mind!
