The first impression was how lively this community is! Residents were moving about everywhere! It was a beautiful day and lots of people were outside enjoying the sunshine and each other's company. The TV room was busy and everyone seemed to be engaged. The facility is very clean and cheerful. Staff were everywhere and seemed to be caring and helpful. All of my questions were answered and lots of useful information was provided. I thought of more questions after and sent an email. It was answered promptly with extensive answers.

The facility is spotless and has a pleasant scent. The residents look happy and rested. The staff was instrumental in getting my neighbor out of the hospital and into an apartment.

The staff was very caring, kind and willing to help with my dad's needs. They kept the room clean and made sure his laundry was done on the given days. He had a studio room which worked out perfectly for him. He also was allowed to bring his cat. Every one loved her too. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in need of assistance. They offer activities all throughout the day. They have trips and outings if you would like to go.

They offer so many different options for residents needs for living, cottages, studios, 2 bedroom cottages and even have margarita Wednesdays by the pool. So much more. I asked them to remove the shower doors for my mom because it made her feel claustrophobic and they were there the next day to remove them.

My family has decided to place my Mom here. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff at a well maintained clean facility.

I felt the process was smooth and we were updated along the way being his room was being redone and wasn't ready for a month. Well worth the wait. I would recommend Brentwood to others.

Was very impressed with how the place looked and staff was very nice and polite and the lady that gave us the tour was excellent building was well kept up and plenty of parking and things for the residence to do at the facility

The daytime staff had been wonderful. It’s nice to visit my mom & everyone knows who we are & we know who they are. Lots of fun activities for the residents.

There was just a changeover in administrative staff, so we have not had the opportunity to really get to know them yet. So far, they seem to be on the ball and running things quite efficiently. There has only been one staff member that we had an issue with, but the administrative staff resolved the problem very quickly and efficiently.

My Dad raves about how wonderful the staff were during his stay. He enjoyed the screened, second floor patio in the mornings and bridge card games during the week. Initially, he wasn't happy with his first room which he felt was too small. He eventually paid more to move into a bigger room. Main complaint is that it is very expensive so he wouldn't move into permanently.

The virtual tour was very impressive. [Name Removed] was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She showed us everything and she greeted every resident or employee we came across. Very much liked the facility, however we have decided to place Mom at Celebration Villa at Lamont Farms. I believe it's the sister of the South Hills facility.The location is much closer to family and she is very familiar with the area having grown up in Bridgeville. We feel the familiarity there would be more beneficial to her. A place for Mom was extremely helpful and made looking for a place much less stressful with it's guidance. A special thank you to [Name Removed] at Celebration Villa (South Hills) and to [Name Removed] at a Place for Mom.

We met with the director, [Name Removed] first and asked our questions. Wendy was able to to help us understand living in a personal care facility. We toured the community, met with some residents. The place is very clean. We are looking more an apartment type setting.

[Name Removed] was very informative and friendly. I especially liked the amount of natural lighting and wide hallways. The residents seemed happy and well cared for. The rooms were a bit smaller than I would like and the apartments had a minimal kitchen (microwave, refridge). I was pleased with my tour and would recommend anyone to take a tour.

[Name Removed] was well prepared to answer all questions. She provided valuable information for our family to make the best decision possible. Her caring and compassionate for the situation was greatly admired and appreciated. I highly recommend.

They have very kind, responsive and professional staff. The facility it clean and well-maintained.

Lovely facility and nice layout that makes it easy to navigate. Room was a nice size.

Venetian Gardens is a wonderful facility where the staff really care for the residents, the food staff listens to residents in what they like and don't like and remember from meal to meal, and the value for the money is excellent. I will to recommend this facility to everyone I talk to. I brought one of my mother's friends over for a visit and now she is moving in! I love this place.

The staff went out of their way to be available when we were and kept us fully informed throughout the process.
