Our loved one is very happy there. Her routine keeps her hopping and she is close by us now. The food is decent and and the company is knowledgeable

It is a very personalized place! And probably one of the better places too! Many people from out of town including my sisters can't get over how nice it is and how all the staff is pleasant and knows Dad. And absolutely we would recommend to others.

I would give Garden Estates of Temple 5s in all areas. They are taking great care of my Mom and the whole staff there is top notch! Very happy with them!

Rent has gone up over [amount removed]. Need new washers. But I'm sure everyone has had to go up in price. But I'm still very happy with the facility. They feed them plenty, but I'm not around much when feeding time occurs. As far as the staff, I think they are top notch! Very friendly and helpful. Moms in memory care and I think the world of the staff. Mom also in hospice care. They work great with staff too. Room sizes vary. Moms is like large studio. Plenty of room, but she's mainly in wheelchair now . The staff in memory care keep residents on good schedules. I visit at least once a week sometimes twice. And staff very compassionate with their residents, affectionate, and do their best to make them comfortable, always try to get them to smile and feel at home as much as possible.

All was great BUT My husband that was there couldn't do stairs.. sales lady bragged on elevators but being out of order 99% of the time confined my husband to his upstairs room.. deal breaker!

I chose Arbor Terrace Ease Cobb for my loved one because I knew someone that had family there and was pleased with them. I looked at a lot of reviews as well and visited the list you gave me and they were the best out of them all.

We as a family found the everything about Garden Estates exceeded our expectations.

My loved one was in Pelican Bay the entire time, and we were very pleased with it, so thank you for pointing us in that direction. They did change hands, and toward the end there was a lot of turnover of employees, but there was always at least one we knew, so it was ok. It's a very beautiful and very clean place and employees were so friendly. Highly recommend it!

If you want fancy this isn't your place, but the people and staff are very friendly. The staff seems very caring. I think the quality of food has declined due to increased cost of food. They are trying to keep the overall cost reasonable. Overall, I would recommend it.

This facility is so kind and clean. I would recommend highly to everyone.

Very well ran Place, I would put another relative there without hesitation. Best price I could find with all our assisted living needs. Definitely would recommend.

Faculty and staff are very sweet. They have recently stopped having someone there besides nursing staff on the assigned side over nights I've not eaten it myself so, I'm going by my grandma's account. But, she says it's very bland and always cold. Personally, I think the people would rather forgo some of the parties and activities for some chafing dishes or a steam bath set up where it keeps the food warmer. BUT, also, as a takeaway, she's very picky. They raised her rent three hundred dollars a month before her first year lease was up too.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great. The staff communicated with the family about any concerns and told me about activities that my mother enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this facility. I would have kept her there, but my mother's needs required memory care which was not available at this facility.

I would say that they've kept their word on any representations made when we first interviewed. I picked them for most services for best cost. I would recommend I would add that my grandmother and aunt say everyone is so nice.

All 5s. Garden Estates has been great. Dad's happy there - and they've taken good care of him. Garden Estates has a comfortable, family-like atmosphere. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food is good (my picky parent has eaten better than he has in years!) We're very pleased.

Oak Point is a welcoming and a well-kept facility. The staff is always courteous, helpful, and happy to welcome visitors. Moving in and bringing in your own furnishings help to make it your home with your own personal effects. Meals offer a good variety throughout the week. I would highly recommend touring for yourself in making a decision for a loved family member. They have been a great help to my brother-in-law since he has been a resident.

I would recommend. We picked this community, because they were very friendly, knowledgeable, personnel, and It was good value.

Very helpful and friendly staff It's just me and my dog here, so I have plenty of room in my apartment. I would recommend Garden Estates of Tyler.

The only complaint that my mother in law has is the quality of the food. Otherwise, she says everyone is very nice. The facility is clean and a nice size. She doesn't "love it" yet, but we have our fingers crossed!

The onboarding process was great. They worked directly with my loved one to ensure that he understood everything that was available to him. I would recommend this facility to others.
