[name removed] the Director, [name removed], and [name removed] are amazing people. The love and care for their residents shows. I dont worry about my father I know he is well taken care of. I am so greatful to the staff. [name removed] and her staff are angels.

Greatwood has been fantastic, very caring staff. Has gotten my dad to the best condition he's been in years. My mom had me write a letter for 30 day notice, but she has now retracted that desire. There is an additional cost of meals brought to room. My mom and dad don't participate in the activities, yet but my 16 year old had her grandmother play bingo with her and had fun and even won3 times! Upon entering into facility, they gave me a great deal including waving community cost

Mom has felt very welcome and comfortable there. She is enjoying many of the planned activities. She has a 2 bedroom. It is good for her - she has a lot of "stuff". Has a big walk-in closet & 2 bathrooms. Was originally 2 units that were combined into one.

I would recommend to others, very friendly staff and residents, the community is very clean. We didn't visit any other community together but Garden Estate wrapped there arms around us and we felt that the hug was real.

The staff at Court at Round Rock are very friendly and welcoming. The move was great and I had used their reference of moving companies. The only negative I would say is that the food is not good. It's either cold, over done or they do not serve what is on the menu. The cafeteria is too cold and that makes it uncomfortable to eat with a jacket on. I wish they would have better experiences with their meals. I feel I have to bring food more often now and makes it inconvenient. The space and room in the apartments is a plus. The price is great and can't be beat!

Our family likes that Garden Estates of Temple is a smaller sized community and we like the other residents that are living there. There is an ease when we are able to come and visit and we would recommend this community to other families.

Our family is thrilled with this facility for our mother. Her room was clean and ready to go. The staff is so attentive and has gone over and beyond what we expected. The nurse was so kind to my mother and has taken over the burden of giving my mom her medication. We asked for blinds on her window and they were put on within 20 minutes. We thank the good Lord for this facility and would encourage anyone to move mom or dad in. Blessings to the entire staff

All of the categories listed would be fives! It really has been great so far! My mom loves all the staff members working there. They treat her really good. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Garden Estates of Temple to other families.

My loved one's were previously residents at Garden Estates of Tyler and everything was great for them at this facility. It was a great experience. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. We were very pleased with all aspects of their care, meals, the facility etc. Unfortunately, my loved ones decided that they wanted to return to their home. I would give Garden Estates of Tyler a five star review and wish that my loved ones would have stayed there.

You should try it for one month if you don't like, so be it. I am getting on the waitlist for ten years from now.The cost was at a price I could afford at the time. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. They were very caring. The play is very spacious and clean. 24 hour assessable for family members.

What we like the most about the Oak Pointe Assisted Living community is the overall friendliness of the staff members and the cleanliness of the community. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

Overall, my loved one's experience at River Oaks Place Lenoir City was great. However, her initial evaluation could have been more in depth to catch poor cognitive status and inability to maintain safety of self. This facility is nice and the staff and residents are nice. We enjoyed getting to know them. We loved the activities and the Activities Director. I would recommend River Oaks Place Lenoir City to family and friends.

I am currently a resident at Garden Estates of Tyler. Everything here at this facility is so positive and cheerful. From the staff and residents to the meals. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The meals, activities, and staff are also great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

My brother was a resident at this facility last year. His family was very pleased with the competent, and caring staff there. So, when it came time to find a place for my sister a few months ago...the obvious choice was Garden Estates! I live on the East Coast, but have spoken with the Sales Marketing Director, and my sister's Care Takers' Supervisor. They both have been very professional, courteous, and have literally bent over backwards to make her transition there a smooth one. My sister seems to be adjusting well, and loves the entire staff...from the top to the custodial staff. If you're looking for a caring place for your loved one, please check them out. My mother has been at The Pointe since February 2023 and absolutely loves it. The first few days were tough for her but once she made friends and started enjoying all of the activities she was hooked!! It is a small place so the employees remember our names which makes us feel very welcome. The Director, [name removed], is AWESOME. She makes herself available to the family at all times and is caring and helpful to find solutions when things come up. We recently asked our mother if she would rather come home again and she was very firm in her answer that she wants to stay at The Pointe because she loves it. She loves the staff, the friends she has made, her studio and all the activities. I highly recommend The Pointe at Cedar Park!!

The Pointe staff was nice. It was a good tour, but the facility a bit dated which is why we chose [facility name removed] Both seemed equal other than the age of building.

It's been a great experience so far. It was perfectly located between family members and within a few minutes of her doctors. The initial visit was extremely informational and the staff seemed attentive and forthcoming.

My family and loved one have had a great experience with the community. The staff are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly. There are wonderful activities for the residents to participate in. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones. Two things in particular stood out to me: the place was spotless, it was obvious that sanitation was a priority; the other thing was the residence themselves; they were genuinely happy to be there, and it followed that they were extremely friendly.

I cannot even begin to explain how incredibly friendly the whole staff is at Greatwood at Sugar Land. I'm always greeted with a smile. The staff is so so friendly and always accommodating. The food is very good and both of my parents are so very happy. There are plenty of activities to keep your loved one occupied and the residents are very welcoming to new residents joining in. I'm so happy to have chosen this facility for my parents. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

I am currently a resident at Regal Estates of League City and my overall experience at this facility has been pretty good so far. The cleanliness of the facility is great. The staff is nice. The food is okay. They do offer a lot of activities. The resident rooms are okay. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
