I have many friends here. it would be so sad to leave and lose them. my caregivers are my friends too. I pray to God this is my home.

This has been a wonderful experience. We actually moved a second family member into the community because it has been such a good experience for us. The staff are good to work with if we have questions or concerns. The community works well with hospice. They have been able to take care of bathing, meals, toileting, and more for my loved one. My loved one is enjoying the food here. Zumba, crafting, field trips, bible study, socials, and more are some of the activities the residents to choose from. I would recommend the community to others, and feel this is the place I want to go to when it comes time.

I would highly recommend it because it is overall very caring, they stay on top of things. They are always letting me know as a loved one how my parent is doing there. Overall, I think it's one of the best places to put your parent in if you have to do that. They have white linen on the dining table with menus, they have multiple options to choose from during their meals times. They try to have as many activities as possible. They had a Mardi Gras parade, play different music, celebrate different holidays, etc. We have peace of mind that my parent is well taken care of while here.

They were such a blessing to us. It felt comfortable and home like when I first walked in for the tour. The staff were very good about answering our initial questions. They are always willing to help. The staff are also good at checking on the residents. They are understanding of the residents and families. You can tell they really care. The nice thing is they made my loved one feel comfortable from the start. The selection of food could be improved. There is an always menu, the residents can order off of if they don't like what is being served.

I was hesitant to move my mother in law in due to her memory care needs, I know sometimes that process can be difficult. However, the staff went out of their way to greet, comfort, and make her feel at home right away. This was very surprising and made the transition a lot easier. The only downfall is that this community is not specifically designed for those in need of memory care, so I'm afraid that she won't be able to stay here for long.

It's a very caring environment. The facility is clean. It's probably the first type of facility like this that I have encountered that does not have an odor. They offer quite a few activities throughout the week. Overall, it's very much like a condominium environment.

Alexander Guest House is a great facility, we could not ask for better people. They are treating my mom like a queen and she is getting great care. I would hihgly recommend to others looking and already have.

I really like it here and everyone is super nice and helpful. Anytime I've had a question or didn't know what to do, the staff is very helpful. I like getting to go down to the dining and eat my meals and not have to worry about cooking. The staff listens to our suggestions and takes our wants into consideration. I have no complaints and it is just a wonderful place to live! I feel comfortable, I have had no anxiety since before the time I moved in in 2016. Garden Estates is my home!

Garden Estates of Tyler is a great place to be! My friends here are doing wonderful and their health is benefiting so much from activities to the simple hospitality of the staff here. Garden Estates is the place to come and make friends, socialize, and live well. They are so happy and pleased with their decision to move here and are so very happy!

Garden Estates of Tyler goes above and beyond for each resident and their families. They are an amazing community with great staff and delightful activities that take place each day for the residents to participate in. This community is beautiful and very in tune with their residents needs and go beyond any expectations to make their residents happy above all else.

I have lived at Garden Estates of Tyler since 2018 and I have made lifelong friends here. The best thing about being here is the residents. Each person in our community, staff and residents, are kind and willing. The staff is willing to help us in any way they can, not because it is their job, but because they truly care about their residents and making all of us feel appreciated.

Garden Estates of Tyler has made my experience here very homely. I have lived here for 3 years and everyday I find new reasons why I love my home. I feel very appreciated here. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and resident orientated. The staff's focus is solely on us as residents and what they can do to help each of us in any way they can.

Garden Estates is welcoming, friendly, and all around the greatest environment I have surrounded myself with. The residents are kind at heart and genuine with each new resident that they encounter. They seek out new friends daily and want to get everyone involved in activities and daily card games. This is a wonderful community to be involved in and it is a joyful and exciting place to live!

Me and my wife live at Garden Estates and we love it here. It is a great community with excellent service and staff. Everyone is very friendly and it is home for us. We have many friends and enjoy the activities here.

This community is outstanding! I had to help my mother in-law find a community and it was the best out of them all. Garden Estates is genuinely a one of a kind community that is purely focused on their residents to be healthy and happy and promote this for their residents above all. The staff here strives for their residents to be the happiest they can be and it is not just a paycheck to the staff. They truly care for each resident here and the devote their time and effort to provide genuine care for everyone. I didn't find this quality at other communities, but I found it here.

I have lived here for 1 year in January and I absolutely love my community. Everyone is so nice and friendly and I have made so many good friends.

My aunt lived here. We feel like she was treated with dignity and respect. Its not the newest place, but the staff more than makes up for that and they do update as they can. Special mention [name removed] (Director), [names removed]!

We chose River Park because it was the closest and the presentation when we went for our tour was the best. I think the staff are very accommodating and also super friendly as well. I would definitely recommend to others looking.
