It's small and better suited for my loved one Other places were too big & expensive. They are at the right price point.

My mother was a resident for 10 years. The staff became her second family and they cared for her and loved her like she was theirs. She praised the food, participated in activities, and was pleased to call it home.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. They truly care for their residents.

My mom became a resident in July 2022. She is 95. She moved from an Independent Living facility. The services and care available have been wonderful, from the awesome Director to all staff!

My mom had great care for 3 years, we had been at two other places before here and wish this was our first choice. The staff and [name removed] made mom's passing so much easier.

I found this place online. My wife needs help and I can't do it. The people here are so great with her. I visit she is not easy and they do a good care every day

The biggest deciding factor for us choosing Oak Pointe was the convenient location. The staff are also very very friendly and helpful. My mother in law loves the food that they serve and they are chef prepared meals. I would recommend this facility to others. We were not sure how she was going to do, but she has settled in and is doing great!

It's beautiful and the rooms are larger than the other facilities in the area. My loved one would love it if the provided transportation to an actual Church on Sundays. Their food is really good and the support staff is amazing. It's brand new and very beautiful. All the residents are so nice. The location is close to shopping, grocery, and wonderful restaurants. They have fun outing for the residents as well as theme parties and activities. The community is well organized and accommodating. We visited at least 6 different communities before deciding on River Park. River Park was a great cost because their rooms are larger for less money than most of the other places and they used quality fixtures, flooring, cabinets and showers. Great and safe place to live.

It is a nice place to live. The community is very welcoming and quick to respond to issues that come up and resolve them just as quickly. The community offers a lot of activities like games, socials like happy hours and work out sessions.

This was a good place. Very nice staff and a lovely facility. My loved one just wanted to get back to Houston, their home.

This facility is very nice. It's the right place for my mother to be. Housekeeping is often and they do a good job. Communication with the family is good. The food is good quality and they have a good variety. I think they have a genuine concern for the residents and care for them well here. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We have been satisfied with our experience at the community. This seems to be a good choice for assisted living. The staff communication with the family has been good, if we have questions about our loved one. The community is able to provide medication management, dressing, bathing and hygiene care as some of the care offered for our loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents. The community is willing to work with the residents if they don't want to go to the dining room.

When Sophia on the TV program Golden Girls moved to Shady Pines, the characters referred to it as "the home". When I first came to Garden Estates in Temple, Texas, my son and I jokingly referred to it as "the home". Now, after three months living here, I simply refer to it as "home" because that's the way I feel about Garden Estates. The staff is wonderful. All my needs are met, and even though I'm not as old as some of the other residents, I feel like it is a great place for me to live in this season of my life. I'm grateful that I found Garden Estates.

We had an amazing tour experience with Regal Estates. It was a very very nice place but it was crazy expensive. My loved one makes less than what their monthly cost was so unfortunately it was just not going to work out for us financially.

The facility is wonderful. We're extremely pleased with it. The food is great most of the time. Communication with the family is excellent. They do housekeeping once a week, but come and tidy up every day. Things are kept very clean. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The fact that we get so bogged down, they need to go in and actually speak with the facility for the residents needs. That way you can make sure are covered for the correct care for the resident. They will definitely listen to those needs and concerns and ensure that any and all of those requested are completely taken care of to ease your mind. Fantastic job all around.

The people are terrific. They are just so great. They they have treated us great. The food is not great, and it is a bit bland. They don't offer, a lot of fresh produce such as veggies-fruits. They offer a lot for the value of money. It's all inclusive, and it's a very good price. They went out of there way, to make my loved one feel welcomed ,included and helped to my loved one to make adjustments.
