Apartment size was great. The staff, both administrative and caregivers were helpful and willing to answer any questions. The place was always clean. I wish there were more activities. Quite often the caregivers had everyone sitting in front of the television

My mom just moved in but so far we are very happy! The apt is huge! Overall areas are spotless, food is restaurant quality with friendly waitstaff. Management goes out of their way to help. Residents are also organized with volunteers to help new people feel welcome. They want people to participate in the huge number of activities and events that are happening.

I give the Heron 5 stars. It's a beautiful facility, the staff is so friendly and helpful. It's spotless and [name removed] says the food is good. Her room size is good and the bathroom is placed so she has some privacy. I would recommend it to anyone.

They have answered all my questions and have made me feel at ease leaving my mom there. I have received pictures and text messages about how she is doing. The staff are lovely and show care and compassion to the residents. My mom has never been one to get involved in activities so seeing her enjoying herself doing them has been delightful. Her room is a nice size and she seems to have everything she needs.

Staff are friendly and attentive. Administration keeps us informed on my father's status and responds in adequate time when I reach out. We ate there once and the food was fantastic. There is a full time Nurse Practitioner staffed at the facility and a full time Psychiatrist. The place is always clean which is a bonus. The apartment is pretty good sized. We were able to get a full size bed, TV, stand, end table, dresser drawer, and night stand in there without issue.

Trevi offers high end amenities and services at affordable prices when compared to competitors. Staff is outstanding!

Mom loves it! Lacking a little on activities on weekends. Food service is bad, sitting waiting on service and food. Sometimes food is not good. Room size is wonderful! Like that it is a full kitchen and washer/dryer in room!!

My dad, who was an A+ student and a shy computer engineer, became somewhat of a rebel in the last months of having FTD. The staff at Aspens not only handled his dementia symptoms with professionalism and a smile, but they truly cared for him. They put him in a bowtie every day. They smiled about his propensity to resist care or refuse to sit down. They engaged him and tailored care to his needs. This is why we seek help for our loved ones at memory care...because it is not easy. But they were the help we were seeking. My mom spent every single day at Aspens so she saw the kind of care he was receiving: thorough and loving. The residents are as happy as can be. The activities are fun for them, they have a packed calendar of events. They really create a sweet environment...it could almost be a sitcom. When my dad passed, they supported us like family would.

The Village at South Lake is a lovely community for seniors. There are many activities to enjoy. The facility is very pleasant on the inside as well as having lovely grounds.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this assistant living community. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with kindness and genuine compassion. Beth and her staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel safe and truly cared for. The facility is always clean, comfortable and inviting. The activities, meals and social opportunities help residents stay engaged and connected. Communications with families is excellent. Thank you to the entire team at Randall for their excellent care.

My father has been a resident for 2 months now. He has really enjoyed the facilities and the people and the services have been top notch. The entire building is clean and give you the feeling of being on a cruise ship.

Excellent tour. Staff answered all my questions as we plan for a move for my mom. Top quality facility and staff from appearances and reviews--and from observing the residents on a busy day.

I recently toured the facility and staff were interacting with residents. They had pet therapy happening on the dementia unit which was great. Snacks were also being offered at this time. I found the staff and manager to be very friendly and helpful.

The staff is friendly and responsive. My mom has lots of activities to participate in and she really likes everyone there. It's helpful that the have a bus to take her to doctor appointments. Yes, I would recommend Creekside community to other families.

All 5's. The food is excellent, and there are always activities, posted weekly and daily. New they started a group therapy exercise class which is nice. The apartment size is wonderful, I believe she is in their biggest size. It has a nice sized living room and the bedroom is fine for a queen bed and dressers. My mom has a nice view of a walking area and trees. The placement of the facility is very nice, with lots of activities close, movies restaurants, CVS, hobby lobby, dentist and a mall. Being near hwy 90 you would think there would be traffic noise, but it's park quiet.. Place is spotless, staff always is welcoming,

Brand new construction. Multiple options for recreation for the active senior. Options for all three levels of care. I would consider this place for my loved one.

When Mother and I came in about 30 minutes early to discuss her living there they welcomed us. Told them we were waiting on my sister and apologize for being so early, but never know about traffic from Sherman to McKinney. They made us feel welcomed. Showed us around, answered all our questions. Most impressed by low turnover in staff, cleanliness of facilities, staff and residence were willing to visit. It became the standard for next 3 visits. After second facility visit determined if we want Mother at Cariad we better move on it rather then wait. Since then we have been very happy.

What we like the most about the community is their heavy staff presence and their food communication. Yes we would recommend The Colonnade at Northdale community to other families based on the experience so far.

I moved my father into the building about two months ago. [name removed] was great showing us around and really listened to what we needed. My dad was in rehab and [name removed] assured us that we would do a full assessment with a nurse to make sure he can live there. After we moved in they started with the in house rehab and dad is now walking with a cane! He loves his two bedroom apartment - it has enough space for himself and his grandchildren. He enjoy the activities with the other guys too. He says they are all nice and likes to sit outside in the courtyard and talk with them after breakfast

[name removed] accommodated my weekend tour request, which was extremely helpful. She was the other building that offered that. After meeting with her and seeing the apartment, I knew it was the right place. The room had all hardwood floors which was something we wanted based on mom being in a wheelchair. Mom is an avid scrabble player, and they have a really cool JUMBO scrabble game with the other folks.
