The facility is kept extremely clean. The staff is pleasant to work with. Everyone has a smile on their face. I can't comment much about the food because obviously I don't eat it. But it smells really good when I get there and it's a meal time. Overall I would say it's very well run and they make new people comfortable in a hurry.

I think the fact that the people there were so nice and accommodating and also my sister [name removed] seemed to enjoy the people there and still does. For her everything is perfect except the food but she doesn't care for but I find that that's not unusual. Have a nice day.

Very clean and friendly they think about the person that is staying with them by keeping temperatures warmer for the elderly by having bed alarms to alert you and a community center to enjoy company.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My dad has fallen several times and the staff is right there to help him. They also contact me when this happens. My dad and step mom have dr appts regularly and they take them back and forth with no problem. They also have in house dentists and ear drs. that are available. Very happy with the meals and they have regular housekeepers. They usually have activities weekly. They both have adjusted very well. They have been at the villas for 3 1/2 months now.

The food is good to great. The executive director [name removed] and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and community areas have a lot of outside light.

a little disappointed that our loved one was there less than a week and the [Amount Removed] activity fee wasn't prorated. The intake was outstanding. The tour was helpful and the paperwork was easy to understand.

Staff is wonderful, food is great per mom, everyone is friendly and she has lots of activities to choose from. They even have physical therapy available. They take good care of mom and I am grateful for them!

My husband and I visited several places, wasn’t sure what we to find! All seemed like nice, but my mom definitely cannot live alone but she needs to feel more independent. She is 91, memory care is probably is a short time anyway but I feel if I put her she would fall way faster! She loves people and feeling excitement !!Brookdale Shores had a happy vibe with the care we needed and they have ! My mother ‘s favorite thing to say about pictures of the residents in the other facilities “Everybody is so old there, now how many you think were much older than 91!!Ha ha! I think she will thrive their for longer as I assure you home is still in her quest! The property is clean, friendly staff is very caring!!

Facilities are very Nice. The initial staff I dealt with was very helpful. The apartment size as perfect for my father. The food was good..they need help as it relates to providing vegetarian options for those who do not eat meat. There are tons of vegetarian meat alternatives available..I wish they'd look into Morning Star product options.

Shiela W was an absolute Angel. She arranged several tours and also recommended Indigo. So glad we went. Brother Jimmwas accepted and is in Memory Care. Can’t thank Sheila n her team enough for pulling out all the stops for me. Value for cost wasn’t gonna sink decision. It was the experience of the tour

I've toured close to 10 different places in different price points. Trevi by far gives the most value for folks on the lower end of the price spectrum.

I recently moved my mother into the locked unit and they have been amazing. She is actually coming out and participating In The painting class they do. She also enjoys listening to the live music. I was able to decorate her room and bring her own bedroom set that she has had for over 40 years!

Westhill Macon is Verry clean and all the staff are and residents are Verry friendly. The meals are restraint quality with variety to please everyone. Costs are comparable with other places in the area. It's a great place to live.

We are very happy there. Only one person has not been friendly, the facility is always clean and they take very good care of the patients. I think all Assisted Living costs too much, but they are good value as far as Assisted Living. We definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good place. The rooms are the largest, cleanest and nicest of any place I looked at and I looked at a lot

Beautiful facility. Kind and caring staff that was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms and the amenities were gorgeous, well laid out in the space is Rob very welcoming. I would 100% recommend.

First the people are so friendly, warm and knowledgeable. They are great to work with in providing information and guidance on how they can help their patients. They are caring people. That is so comforting for me knowing my mother is in good hands, 24/7. The facility is bright, clean and is designed to allow their residents to interact in common areas creating a true community feel which my mother will love!

Staff is friendly and caring . Unit size is good, 1 BR. Meals have everyone eating together and encouraging interactions. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Very Nice Place . Village Veranda is clean and the staff is very friendly .We were very impressed . It felt like home.
