Excellent, safe facility. Care givers are excellent. Office personnel very helpful. They really care about the residents. I would recommend Valley Crest to any family looking for a home for their loved one.

I visit this community twice weekly. Residents are clean, well cared for, and have ample opportunity for activities and social interaction. Staff is attentive, helpful, courteous and competent. A great facility! :)

I do laughter with the residents and staff. This is done twice a month and is a joy to be here. Staff uses the laughter tools when I am not here.

My grandma is very well taken care of and loved here at Valley Crest. She is always clean, her hair done daily and is dressed nicely. The staff is always patient and kind during tough situations that are troublesome to most. I can't say enough good things about Valley Crest. Valley Crest, thank you for loving my Grandma.

I work with hospice patients on a daily basis and I visit Valley Crest at least twice a week and am always surprised how well the place is run. It's always clean, the staff is always willing to help. They care for the residents like they are family. I recommend Valley Crest to all my clients.

Employees greeted me at the door, very polite, a very organized place. I was offered water as the tour went on. Residents here look very well taken care of and I would recommend families to this facility.

I placed my mom at Valley Crest when she could no longer lie in assisted living. I was very concerned but the people who work there are really wonderful! They actually care about my mom, and she feels their caring. Any concerns I may have are taken care of immediately. I couldn't have found any place better for my mom. They care about family, too and always make me feel welcomed when I visit and when I call about my mom. Try Valley Crest, you will be pleasantly surprised like I was!
