Very friendly staff. Receptionist was great with helping solve questions I had. Caregivers were very friendly and I loved how interactive they are with the residents. I really enjoyed [name removed]'s energy with visitors.

[Name removed] has been at the front desk many, many times. She has always been extremely helpful with all of my questions. She always has given me a friendly greeting and is generous with her time.

Moved my grandmother in recently. The staff was excellent! Staff is kind and helpful. My grandmother is well cared for and she looks happy already! My thanks to [name removed] at the front desk and to [name removed] and [name removed] who helped tremendously!

Staff is very friendly. And the staff is helpful when I needed something. The residents looked happy and well taken care of. I have no reason as to why anyone would not want to put their loved one in this facility. The place overall is very clean and inviting. Care is their first priority.

I visit Valley Crest at least twice a week to visit my patients. I always see them busy and well taken care of. They are always well groomed and their daily hygiene needs are met. The staff is outstanding. Always willing to help. They are very friendly and welcoming. Valley Crest is my favorite place to visit and I would recommend them to anyone looking for memory care for a loved one.
