Thank you for taking care of my mother. She can be a handful! Your staff is well trained on day to day interactions for those with Alzheimer's. I am so happy that we chose this place for a home for my mom!

My family member was here for a couple years in the memory care facility. The staff were very caring and friendly. The head nurse, [name removed], was always available and communicated regularly with my husband to ensure he was getting proper care.

My Dad has been a resident for 4 months now and has adjusted very well to his new environment. He seems to really like it there and is happy. The staff is very friendly towards him and they all call him by his first name which makes him feel good. He is getting all the care and support that he needs. It has been a very positive experience.

The Sunlit Gardens staff did an outstanding job during my father's stay. They were very caring and the treatment was first rate. We were in a difficult situation, but they treated us very well. They walked us through all of the steps from my father's arrival until his passing, and made sure someone was always available to answer our questions and concerns.

The staff and caregivers at Sunlit Gardens are very warm and friendly. They remember everyone's name and are always available to talk about your loved one in residence. They will always make time to talk with you even when they are busy with their residents. It truly is a good place to take your loved one for the specialized care they need. they are always having special events to keep everyone engaged. The fall festival was especially fun this year as everyone has been cooped up for the past year.

I toured the facility before placing my Mom here. They were welcoming and answered all my questions, I looking at the facility it was clen and did not smell like a lot of them that I looked at.. My Mom also has seem ed to adjust well to the facility as a result of the staffs assistance.

What a wonderful and compassionate living community Sunlit Gardens is. The staff from administration on down has been instrumental in keeping our family member safe and well cared for. The environment is not only friendly but great at communicating with family. From day one we felt welcome and could tell that this was the place for our family member to spend the rest of their lives. We can’t thank Sunlit Gardens enough for all that have done!

Over the past 7 years I and my parents have enjoyed the great service, love and attention from both management and staff at Sunlit Gardens. Our family has been truly blessed in finding this gem of a care facility.

My mother became a resident summer of 2022 and was having trouble with medication management prior, in and out of the hospital. She has been there about 6 months now and is thriving! The head nurse communicates with me frequently and lets me know if something needs to be changed. I love the cottage feel of this facility! It’s much more affordable than other facilities and it’s located in a good area. She is able to age in place, as they have 4 buildings with different levels of care. The meals are good and they have many actives for the residents. The staff are very friendly. While some other places may be brand new, this place knows what they’re doing. I am at ease knowing that my mom is in good care.

Sunlit Garden was a great assistant living for our Love one. The staff were always present, respectful and kind. The living areas were always clean and free of smells management staff seem very caring for the residents. It felt like a place that’s genuinely cared. The ambiance excellent well maintained. Prior to placing my family member at Sunlite Gardens my aunt was slowly slipping away from us . We look at private home extended care but could tell that it was not the place for she still had active year ahead of her sun lit has the daily activity good food medication maintenance and staff who know the clients well I’m aunt has a good friend there and her own private mini apartment she has her issues but I believe she has done better with there care. Being a health care professional my self I see the benefit of good care and maintaining the client dignity. At Sunlit Gardens it very convenient to pick up your family for day or weekends and the staff will provide everything needed to maintain your family member while there away.

Small community feel, positive vibes from the staff. [name removed] and team care. They are accommodating to each living there. My mom has been there over a year and feels safe. They have been attentive to her requests, friendly to interact with. Family events they throw showcase the fun attitude of staff. Appreciate them and what they do!

My wife has been at Sunlit for around 3 years starting at assisted living thrn memory care. She’s been doing great with a fabulous staff who attended to her’s and everyone’s needs. Great, communication,, cost, medical interface, dining, accommodations,, level of care, and overall friendly, activities, and living environment. I have snd will continue to recommend Sunlit to all friends and acquaintances that might have family members with Alzheimer’s or any other condition! They are truly the best I’ve seen and I’ve interviewed and seen many before enrolling my wife. My cousin and other people I know have been in other facilities snd they don’t even compare to Sunlit, for cleanliness, staff, level of care, cost, activities, living accommodations, dining, medical, etc. I’d recommend Sunlit Gardens to anyone!

I am very thankful for the support and care provided here. The grounds are very clean and staff was caring. For the price, we couldnt find anything close to this in the area. I highly recommend anyone considering a place for your elderly loved one .

I feel that my relative is in a very caring facility. Whenever there is a concern, I am notified and the staff always appear helpful. When the call button is pushed for assistance the response is on point. The nursing staff is excellent. The staff is pleasant and very helpful.

I loved all the staff at Sunlit Gardens. They were wonderful to my mom when she lived there. We lost her earlier this year and they were so kind and caring through that difficult time. They all treated her like she was part of their family. I would gladly refer anyone looking for help in caring for an elderly loved one to Sunlit Gardens.

My sister an I took a tour of Sunlit Gardens on the recommendation from a friend who had there parents there. When we toured the facility was clean and bright and welcoming. We were looking for a smaller facility and Sunlit Gardens it was just right. The prices fit perfectly into the budget we had and they worked wonderfully with the hospice company we had. When we finally moved in my dad the transition was smooth with the physical work and with the hospice and the prices! I was so thankful for the helpful staff that provided wonderful care to my dad and our family! They truly care for the residences and I never worried about him being neglected. When it came down to the last few days with my dad they prepared us for the inevitable and they supported us anyway they could and we were able to stay with him 24/7 while we said goodbye. When it came to move him out that was also easy and went without snags. Sunlit gardens cares and loves the residences I fully recommend them.

We had nothing but good things from nurse care, good food , and happy with the staff . Also, they served all the needs, it was close to our home so it made it nice for the family to visit her .She was always kept clean.

They are very easy to work with. My loved one loves the food. They have lots of activities. The value for the money is good. It's expensive but worth it. They are doing everything well. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

Your loved one is truly at home. The chefs prepares three meals per day plus snacks are provided throughout the day every single day! Hats off to the chefs! Communities are sanitized by the amazing housekeepers. In addition to all the care, many activities- puzzles, poems, physical exercise, and much more- are done with the residents. The executive director, marketing team, HR, receptionist, maintenance team, RCD, RCC and all the med techs are exceptional in their work to ensure the quality care for your loved ones. The list can go on. Overall, The Gardens of Modesto is a blossoming assisted living/memory care home perfect for your loved one!
