I thoroughly enjoy the place!

I have a great peace of mind knowing my mom is well loved and cared for. The response time was very important to our family and they have lived up to their word. The staff is amazing. We are very happy.

We would recommend Sunlit to others. The Director was so helpful and attentive to our questions. The facility and my father in laws room always look and smell clean. Always treated respectfully and greeted with smiles. The quality of care is a hard one. The care is great overall but my father in law is a bit high maintenance and at times he complains that staff isn't helping when he wants. (We take this w/a grain of salt). He never complains about the food and we are pleased that whatever he asks for seems to be available. Oh my goodness, we are amazed at all the different events they arrange for the residents. Awesome. We feel like we get a good value for the money ( but still amazed at the cost to care for those in need. **here is my separate rating for a place for mom- your service is a godsend! You took much of the confusion and stress out of choosing care and made us feel comfortable by giving us choices. Thank you for helping us through a difficult stressful and emotional time. My sister says she felt comfortable the minute she walked in the door and has settled in beautifully. Her room is airy and lovely, the food is plentiful and good, and the staff are caring, positive, and competent.

Everyone is so polite and friendly. Feel right at home.

I thank the caregivers every chance I get! They have the most empathy & care for all the residents in Memory Care. It takes a special person to pour themselves into their jobs, but most of all the residents, as they all have unique dispositions which require patience, empathy, a personal touch, agenda & understanding of what a memory care resident faces each new day. They must know how to walk in “their” shoes in the “time “ that they may be in. They reassure them, redirect them, help them & treat them with love & dignity like its their own mamma or pappa. Not just anyone can do this job & they do it for of our loved ones. They go above & beyond & are “our” unsung heroes! When you see them, thank them. Because of them, we know our loved ones are safe & cared for always. They move heaven & earth for the well-being of the folks in memory care. My Heros. [names removed] & more Bless you all

Everyone at Crescendo has been so welcoming and warm to me and my loved one. Not having any experience with placing a loved one in assisted living, I was anticipating a very difficult process. But the Crescendo staff were very efficient and everything was simple and timely. The facility and amenities at Crescendo are everything we could have hoped for. My loved one is so happy and comfortable. Crescendo has lifted a big weight off of my family by providing a clean, friendly, vibrant, and well-staffed environment.

Our experience has been overall very good as my Dads needs have changed a-lot over the months that he has been there. His dementia has progressed rapidly and he has had many health issues in the past 4 months. The Director, [name removed] has helped me advocate and take steps for my Dad that have been remarkable under her watch. She has learned my Dad well and she truly cares about her residents. We have placed him under hospice recently while remaining to stay at Valley Crest. My one concern is that knowledge from one shift to the next is not always transferred over which I believe is important for consistency in overall care. The facility and faculty have gone above and beyond on many occasions and I feel my Dad is in the right place.

The one thing I have noticed is not all of the caretakers know how to charge an electric tooth brush or turn on the client's tv in the room. We are working through this. Everyone has been very thoughtful and caring and my mom is getting used to the routine. Based on the experience we have had so far with Crescendo Senior Living we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I like the smaller size overall, and the help that is offered.

The Lakes at Banning is expensive, but the care is good. The only thing that makes it expensive is it's private pay only, no insurance, but still the best place in the immediate area. There are a lot of different activities in the Memory care, which is where He is at now. They have group exercise after Breakfast (even in wheelchair), Bingo, a game where they show a picture of something famous and the group tries to identify it ie: Grand Canyon, Great Wall of China etc. They win prizes like Candy Bars. Live entertainment and someone reads out loud to them. Those are the ones I know of so far. Based on our experience so far we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

Amazing caring staff with great communication. They have large private rooms. I would recommend to other families.

I would rate everything 5 stars! This place has been amazing! My dad is doing great there! What we really like about The Gardens is just how friendly the staff members are, how helpful they are, as well as knowledgeable. They genuinely care about my dad and his well-being. Based on our experience with The Gardens of Riverside we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a memory care facility. They have been very responsive.

So far they are great! Very clean facility. Very friendly. They give my husband wonderful care. They have a new chef, and the food is better. The caregivers are very attentive. The place is less crowded. They keep the residents active with music, bingo. TV, coloring books. The cost is less and more reasonable than our previous rent. Overall I do recommend Poway Garden. They are friendly and very helpful.

Sunlit Gardens gave us an amazing tour - it was a great place. It was a little pricey. We did not go with them because it was just not where my loved ones physicality was at the time and we were not in the right place financially either to be able to afford it. In the future if we can afford it, we will definitely look into them again.

Our family had an in-person tour and we thought it was an excellent experience, and ended up being one of our top choices for our loved one. We liked how it was located near all of our loved one's doctors.

Fantastic Community in their care or finances. If you're struggling a little bit, they're not going to let the resident just go. So they really care about their seniors. They knew the residents on a one-on-one basis, by their first names, which I think was important. The Memory Care was beautiful. The set up was nice. It was secure and the food was delicious.
