They were exceptional. We like that there Knowledge, availability, kindness, professionalism. Definitely would recommend them. I can't say enough things about them although my husband passed before we experienced any caregivers in the home.

I liked that they were all prompt, courteous, and well-trained. Yes, I would recommend BrightStar Care of Santa Fe to other families based on the experience.

Homewell is great. The caregiver is awesome. Everything is great and we would recommend their services to other families.

5, my experience was good. I ended up booking last minute to go on a work trip so it was definitely reliable. I'd give that a 5 as well. I had lots of ease with starting because [name removed] was able to get me connected with multiple Caretaker's pretty quickly so a 5. Communication was well that's a 5. He was friendly that's a 5. I'd give quality of care like a 4 only because the first Caretaker [name removed] wasn't following the instructions I had for her so we ended up getting another caretaker [name removed] who was much better. The value of cost I'd also give it a 4.

Honestly, I would give them a 5 across the board.When I explained my concerns and wishes to them, they listened and acted on them. When I saw something I wanted them to do differently, they did it without any problem. [name removed] has gained my mom's confidence, she is able to get her to shower and exercise regularly and my mom seems to be very happy with their relationship.

I was the primary caregiver for my Dad for two years. I finally could no longer help him and do my life so I called [name removed] at Seniors Helping Seniors South Bay. We live in Palos Verdes and he met me the day after I called him. He was sincere and made my Husband and I completely comfortable. I didn't feel like he was selling me a bill of goods he couldn't deliver on and boy did he deliver! They matched my Dad with a Ex-Michigan Football Player and Marine and they connected right away. I think he thought [name removed] was the son he never had! [name removed] was right...perfect match and it was worth every penny. I like how transparent they were about pricing and insurance and didn't try and up the quote from the original phone conversation. We are so happy we found them!

All 5s. It's been a great experience. What we like the most about their services is how involved management is, how important your experience is to them, and how much they work to find the right fit.

I would go with 5 for all 7. They are very flexible to work with and we would recommend Care Builders to other families based on our experience

I would give them a five on all categories. They even submitted all invoices and paperwork for our ling term care insurance reimbursement. Yes, we would definitely recommend their services to others.

The ease of starting care is a 10!!! The price point is higher than I'd like, & partly Dad's fault for not "letting" caregivers do more to help around the house. Overall staff (especially [name removed] and [name removed] in the office, & [name removed] in the home) have been extremely helpful and nice. Dad went from "I don't know why they're here" to "[name removed] a nice guy, he'll be back tomorrow".

They were very knowledgeable in all areas of care, and were very helpful when it came to the insurance aspect. They paired their helpers perfectly with my parents! Communication through their app has been a bit slow, however, I know that I can call or text at any time for more urgent needs.

What we like the most about their services is well the owner [name removed]and how well they will help you in a minutes notice. Now that's service and we would definitely recommend Home Care Team to other families.

They are 5s across the board. They are always available for concerns outside of care hours. I have nothing to compare the price to but it's manageable. Yes, I would absolutely recommend their services to others. I also don't mind sharing. I am actually speaking on behalf of my mother [name removed]. When my mother was able to speak she shared that she really liked the team. Now that she is total care I appreciate the support and understanding given to me the full time care giver for my mother, alone.

We liked all the caregivers...2 more than the others but all were at least adequate. We would use Senior Helpers again if the need arises. Based on the experience, we would of course recommend them to other families!

We loved [name removed]. But we were very upset when she became sick and she felt terrible and no one would come to replace her. She tried not to give the very bad cold to my husband but of course he did get it. I would recommend their services to other families.
