Very informative 1 hour visit with a gentleman who answered all our questions and gave us a tour of the facility and of a sample one bedroom. We were very impressed!

It was all great from [name removed] at reception to [name removed] to the intake nurse. The only complaint I heard was about spiders in her room. Big ones. And it took about a week to get someone to spray. We love the facility though. And the activity coordinator is amazing.

I'm very pleased with my experience. The staff have been very supportive, helpful and friendly. All interactions with each person has been very positive and warm. I had thought I wanted a two bedroom apartment but the side-by side studios at Brookdale are just perfect for me and my daughter. Thanks to [name removed] for providing me this option. Having housekeeping and meals make me feel very pampered. Having assistance with small issues such as strange phone messages that may be scam is a relief. Enjoyable activities and presentations keep me involved and interacting with other residents.

Very nice and pleasant atmosphere, [name removed] was nice. Location is not all I was expecting, but it’s quiet. Residents all seems nice, sounds like they do have good activities for everyone.

We were welcomed by multiple staff members and residents. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about community resources. The residents truly seem to enjoy living there.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. All of our questions were answered, and everyone has been wonderful with my mom.

The staff was very nice. Leah was very informative and helped walk me through how to get dad into the facility. I like that its a small facility so dad wouldn't get lost in the shuffle.

We were very happy with our visit to Brookdale Fillmore Pond. Their team did an amazing job of explaining to our family how everything worked at the facility. Upon our second visit which included my mother, the team did a great job covering the entire facility and answering questions for my mother. We have decided to place my mother there. It will be occurring this month.

I am looking for assisted living and eventually memory care for my grandmother and I had the opportunity to recently tour Brookdale River Valley Tualatin and it seems like a very nice place. One of the residents was near the lobby when I arrived and she was enjoying the overhead speaker music and dancing to it. We had a brief interaction. She seemed to enjoy being there. The staff I met were friendly and helpful. The Sales Manager took the time to sit down with me and discuss my grandmother and her needs before she showed me both the assisted living spaces and the memory care unit. She knew all of the residents we met by first name and seemed familiar with them and kind to them. The facility was clean and orderly, the residents seemed content, and it appeared to be a nice place overall.

I’m excited for my mom to be moving to Brookdale Asheboro in the very near future! [name removed] gave us a tour, explained everything to us and answered all our questions. The facility is top notch!

we've been here for a month. The residents and staff are helpful and friendly. The meals are varied with healthy options. The activities are varied and inclusive. The location is excellent. I've recommended it to several friends.

My Mother was a Resident at Brookdale Kenmore for the past 3 1/2 years and passed away recently at age 98. Without exception, the Management and Staff of this facility did an exceptional job supporting her while she lived there. Their attention to detail and general support made Mom's transition from living on her own to an Assisted Living environment a very positive experience, not only for Mom, but for the family as well.

Nothing compared to Brookdale Bend's staff, activities, building layout, food quality, atmosphere. It was an incredible place! We feel blessed that they had one bed in a private room available when we needed it. And the facility did not smell like an old person's home! Very clean, nothing offensive.

[name removed] says he would rate it a 5, would be willing to come again and everyone was friendly. The people were nice, the bed was comfortable and food and necessities were provided. Yes we would definitely recommend to others. The procedure was very easy to navigate and everyone was helpful.

Only room for improvement is food. I've had better school lunch food. The room size bigger with a shower would be nice for the price per month as well. Everything else was great. 5 out of 5

So far I would give it a 5. The place is clean, the food is good, the staff is friendly, they are open and upfront with pricing and communication is easy. My dad seems to be doing very well there.

I like living here if I cant be home. Staff is friendly and helpful especially three of them. Food is good and at least two or three really special items daily. Common areas clean and they clean my room.
