Brookdale

I had time to look and many places for my mom. I felt from the minute I met [name removed] I just knew it was the right fit. My mom is not the easiest to please. I was happy to see her quick adjustment and more importantly she likes living at Brookdale.The staff is warm and cares about the residents.

Overall we had a good tour experience with Brookdale Conway. The reasons we did not choose this facility for our loved one was because 1.) they had 2 exterior doors that were broke. Also, we found that the floors and such were dirty.

The staff at Brookdale Country Day Road was very kind and went out of their way to make sure that everybody stayed connected. Moving in and getting set up was simple and streamlined. Any help that we needed was provided or they helped us find services to assist. There were a lot of interesting activities and the facility had an inviting environment. They were also very sincere and gracious after our family member passed. I would strongly recommend this facility to family and friends.

The environment is like a "home and family" at Brookdale Monument Valley Park. The facility is warm and inviting. The staff is excellent and personal. They make the transition so easy. They become family quickly! They go over and above to meet needs. They treat the people living there as if they were part of their own individual family! The cost was what it should be. You get what you pay for. Food, fun activities, cleaning, environment and most important, the physical care for residents is excellent. To sum it all up, I would personally want to stay there myself if the need arises!

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Olympia East and the experience has been great so far. This facility is beautiful. There are a lot of activities to keep the residents busy. All of the residents and staff are very friendly to newcomers and seem to get along very well.

Very friendly place From the activity room to the tv room. Movies shown each day and you can have your dinner delivered during the movie. They have Bible study and church each week. Bus available for shopping and doctors appointments. Large family place

I can't say enough good things about Brookdale W. Eisenhower. Moving my mom was a very hard decision and the caring and compassionate team at Brookdale helped me every step of the way. Since mom has been there I've continued to be impressed with how the staff has helped Mom transition. They have been there for her (and me) every step of the way and they are constantly evaluating and tweaking her care plan to ensure that her needs are met as her disease progresses. Do yourself a favor and consider Brookdale if you or a loved one need care--it's a wonderful place and I'm grateful for them every single day.

This is my mom’s home, she is safe,happy and loved here! the staff truly cares for the residents It is always clean and inviting ,bright and airy. Everyone know our names and are welcoming when I visit!

This place was perfect for my parents! It's conveniently located, clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly, professional and willing to find answers to any question. Compared to other places we've seen or tried, this was the best.

The woman that asked us to come check out where she was working with I was very impressed and moved my husband from previous place to Brookdale. Then after visiting my husband I rented a 2 bedroom apartment and we are together again. I very highly recommend it!

this location is led by great management who have hired a caring and dedicated staff. Everyone seems highly committed to doing a great job of taking care of my mom

Brookdale East is the best part of my day. Employees are always welcoming. They open the door with a smile. The residents are well taken care of and Brookdale never smells like some assisted livings.

My om is a resident. She loves the community. The caregivers are very friendly and attentive. She enjoys the activities as well.

I feel fortunate to have found this facility for my spouse. He is happy here and well taken care of

Overall staff values and put the needs of the residents first. Management goes beyond to ensure any situation involving residents are taken care of in an appropriate timely manner.

Some of the things I really enjoy about living here, are the washer and dryers in every apartment, love the free wifi. I really enjoy walking in the courtyard too.

Been here 2 years, almost 3 and have been more active in 2 months, than I have been in the past 2 years. I am on the resident advisory council for the Assisted Living. I love it here.

I was impressed on entering your door, bright, spacious, clean and no odor. Everyone was up tempo, the conditions seem to be happy for both employees and residents. Lots of activities, very large comfortable apartments, all one needs for happy ever after.

The staff are qualified, experienced and conscientious in providing the care we expect for our mother. Comfortable surroundings, courteous staff and compassion in caring for each resident.

From the moment I stepped into this community, it felt like home. The place was very clean and tidy. The staff was so kind and made me feel welcome. I noticed the residents were busy with activities. I would have no problem placing my dad here.
