We have had a great experience with assisted living at Brookdale Denton North. I like that it feels more like a home versus a hospital / institutional environment.

What we like most about the Brookdale Medical Center community is the staff, they are very experience and caring employees. We would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

The executive level staff, including the sales rep, seem to step in on day-to-day activities as well. It's a smaller community. Therefore, everyone knows all of the residence. They are definitely open to Feedback and have always replied to my emails or phone calls in a timely manner. I would recommend Brookdale North Austin to other families looking.

I need to add that we are extremely happy with the care of Brookdale Torbett. About 80% of the staff are hard working and very caring. I have visited many times with a duration of 5-6 hours per visit. This is a memory care facility and it's probably difficult to get reliable staff but we have con the whole been very impressed with the care my mother has received. She tends to fall and they have a camera in each room to report any falls. We have been notified each fall and the staff will use their personal phone while in the room so I can be included in the assessment and decisions for my mom. They get to know my mom and report to me how she is doing when I'm not there. They are heroes working there. We had an unsatisfactory experience with Brookdale Canyon Lakes assisted living and it took a lot of convincing to try another Brookdale but the memory care is so much better, night and day! We feel it's a safe place. Couldn't say that for the other AL.

Very attentive and caring through initial interaction and continues. Small facility which allows personal interaction not received in larger facilities. You know they truly love what they do!

We did not get a chance to move in, but everyone was great. The people were really nice. It was affordable. The tour experience was good. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

This facility is simply amazing! I was always one of those individuals that said I would never put a family member in one of these facilities, until I found Brookdale Brighton. You can tell the staff takes pride in working there, keeping it clean and making the residents happy. My Mother went from being home alone all day to having a better social life then myself! This is the only facility I toured that had residents actually hanging out in the lobby. There are always new and exciting things to do. The stories I hear from my Mother are hilarious! I recommend this place to my family and friends.

If your family member has been diagnosed with dementia, you need to consider Brookdale Westhampton. They specialize in caring for residents who struggle with memory loss, anxiety, reclusiveness even anger. These behaviors aren't suitable in an assisted living facility where they need to make friends and not rely heavily on staff. The staff here is excellent. The premises are secured so you don't worry about your loved one wandering. My relative has received such great care that he went from combative and isolated to showing staff how to do the activities. The nursing staff is first rate. Plus the place is beautifully kept, maintenance is responsive and the rate is competitive. My relative really enjoys the food too.

Definitely come and check out Brookdale Wilsonville. The staff is very friendly, and my Mom's apartment is spacious, has a great kitchen compared to every other senior living apartment I looked at, and has lots of natural light.

I was impressed with [name removed]. I am happy with [name removed] care. Staff is friendly and helpful. My mom is further along in dementia so she doesn't do much activities. Food seems good from what I have seen. Very workable regarding any concerns.

Our loved one moved in almost too late, when she was almost ready for assisted living. Her basic functioning wasn't strong enough and the added support available not quite adequate.

I have my mother at Brookdale Export. The people taking care of her are so so caring. Most people don't want to have a love one in a nursing home but the nurses here make it as good as it gets.[name removed] ,Marketing Manager, is a God Sent for [name removed], Brookdale and to me ! We wouldn't be here if it was for the heart of [name removed]! This place is clean , food is good and medical attention is gr8. Highly recommend Brookdale because it's all about special Caregivers like [name removed] whom I trust daily with my Mom.

The staff are very welcoming at Brookdale Sparks. When there is an issue, they are there pretty quick. My mom is not happy though with when she falls they call an ambulance. Also there don't seem to be very many activities. Also, she is not to happy with the meals. There are not a lot of options and the meals are small and they serve fish of some kind almost every night and she and a bunch of the residents have complained too much fish.

They had a hard time retaining staff and getting new ones, but that's not their fault. My mother loved it there. She made good friends and participated in the activities. Communication with the family was good. They worked with me on mom telling them one thing and confirming with me. They only compliant she had was the food, but she had no problem eating it! I would definitely recommend this facility to others. The only thing we did wrong was waited too late to put her there.

I have spent a week with mom at Brookdale Towers in Corpus Christi. The facility is beautiful nd the views of the waterfront are spectacular. There isn't another place that can have this view in Corpus Christi. But, what good is a view, if you don't have an incredible staff working there. Well, the good news is that the staff is fantastic, kind, caring and qualified. I would say that that it is the best place for my mom. The rooms are very nice and big, and the residents are friendly and seem to be very happy to be there. I believe that the meals are very good and the kitchen help and servers strive to make the residents happy. That isn't easy to do with people of different taste. I had a quick response to any problems with a willingness to help from the staff. Everyone is respectful, friendly and kind. I believe this is where your loved one could call home. It's beautiful, filled with kind people and safe with security always being aware.

What we like most about the Brookdale Franklin community is the friendliness of the staff members, the overall cost, the good food that is served and the surrounding's. The overall experience so far has been excellent and we would recommend the community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

We toured with Brookdale Highlands and it was excellent. They do not take Medicaid at this time, which was why we could not go there. It was my first choice if it was affordable. They had well trained, caring staff.

Get involved. Visit as often as you can! The staff was amazing! They showed such love and true caring for my Dad. They were always one step ahead on what needed to be done for his betterment! I lost my Dad on [date removed]. The staff were so helpful and supportive, along with Alamo Hospice. They loved my Dad and took wonderful care of him. I have NOTHING negative to say about Brookdale

This was the best tour of all the communities. [name removed] was fabulous and continues to follow up with us. Our loved one wasn't ready for assisted living and this was the downfall.

What we like the most about the Brookdale Cape Cod is the staff team, they are amazing, and the community place is kept very clean. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.
