First of all, I have a sincere respect and admiration for all of those who strive to lovingly care for our loved ones!! Brookdale Highlands Ranch has been very welcoming from my Mother's first day! The caregivers deal with several residents with the utmost patience, no matter how demanding or severe the case, and always with a smile! They very carefully distribute required medications at the appropriate times. The chef prepares a large variety of extraordinary meals three times/day!! The maintenance crew is always on top of keeping the facility in good shape. They will even call to check in with residents to see if there is anything they need help with! The facility is beautiful and secure with keypads. The receptionist at the front desk is always pleasantly accommodating, no matter how many times she has to get up from her desk to operate the keypads. There are sidewalks available for strolls on nice warm days, with a beautiful view of the mountains. I highly recommend Brookdale Highlands Ranch Memory Care, and I truly Thank A Place for Mom for the recommendation!!

Brookdale Sparks is wonderful. I will have been living here 12 weeks this coming Saturday. Staff members are very responsive and helpful. You feel they genuinely care about you, and I believe they do. Physical facility is well laid out, comfortable, and well maintained. Activities and special events are many, varied and well-planned, with consideration for residents' interests. Food is good, considering variety of resident diners' wants and needs, and chef meets weekly with residents to get input and suggestions.

Cedar springs would have been our pick if we were looking in Decatur. Great place during our tour for our loved one! Older, but nice people and lots of happiness there.

I am happy here at Brookdale Grand Court Lubbock! The staff are kind and caring. The other residents are friendly. There are activities available for the residents to engage in. I would encourage you to come visit and see if this would be a good fit for yourself or loved one.

Based off of our families personal experience and Brookdale Edmond Danforth, we would recommend this facility to other families searching for care for their loved ones. We have been happy with our Brookdale experience.

We were pleased with and really liked Brookdale Liverpool. Mom is safe, happy and has rejoined life. When it comes to the cleanliness we were told the rooms were cleaned once a week and that has not always been the case. However the staff members are super nice, helpful and trustworthy.

I would certainly recommend this facility to others. The staff is friendly. They try to meet my mother's needs. Unfortunately, at 99, she is set in her ways and is reluctant to join in any activities. She is also hard of hearing, visually impaired, and unable to walk. The staff tries their best to make her happy. They always take my calls, should I have a question. The meals are good, with many choices. The housekeeping is wonderful.

Everything at Brookdale Utica Assisted Living is fantastic. They've made my mom feel at home from day one. Mom's room is straightened daily with the bed made and cleaned by housekeeping once a week. Their communication with me has been amazing. Mom was having a few off days and when I called the nurse with my concerns, they were already on top of it. Mom loves the food and is very very happy here. Initially, mom was only placed here temporarily until after her surgery. She liked it so much that her house is currently up for sale and she has decided to stay here. We really lucked out with this place!

I am a snowbird from Rochester, New York. I came to Brookdale PGI in January, and it has been a wonderful experience! My time here has been so exiting! The activities have been fun and interesting. Never does a day go by that I don't participate in one or more of the activities. The staff are welcoming, friendly, caring and so much fun to spend time with. I am a vegetarian and have been impressed with the quality and variety of food. My needs have been met remarkably well!! As my time winds down, I am sad to be leaving my new found friends, both staff and residents. I am already looking forward to returning next winter!!! I absolutely love the small, warm and loving atmosphere at Brookdale PGI, it's like a real family!!!

My family and loved one have had a great experience with the community. The staff are kind, friendly, and caring. We do wish that there would be a Sunday evening meal for the residents that can't really cook for themselves. However, we understand this has to do with staffing shortages to provide enough staffing in the dining room. Other than this, everything has been amazing. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

Brookdale Skeet Club has been great with everything, except my friend who lives there says the food has gotten worse and a lot of the people are leaving their food. But the people there and the nurses are very attentive and friendly.

I am very happy living here at Brookdale Apache Junction and I have no complaints. Based on my experience with Brookdale Apache I would definitely recommend them to other families looking for a community for themselves or their loved ones.

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale River Valley and we thought it looked like a really good community and it was definitely a top contender for our loved one
