Brookdale

The staff at Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and inviting. My loved ones share a room in memory care and the room is decently sized for the both of them.

Mom was bedridden often at home. Now she is stronger, more active, and interested in life. The staff is friendly and makes us feel at home. We visit everyday and enjoy joining in with the activities the community has going on.

We had a good experience at Brookdale Montrose. The staff truly seemed to care. And the onsite doctor, therapy, and nurse were nice. I would recommend it to other families.

Everyone in this Assisted Living home is so very helpful, taking care of whatever anyone needs. They make me feel like I am special and important to them. Whatever you ask for, help, information and assistance, they will do!

Thankful that she is in a good place and she seems so much happier.

All the staff have been friendly and helpful. I have had my questions answered quickly. The staff turnover is a little difficult, but they are handling it quite well.

It's a good facility, but of course not exactly cheap. There are lots of activities for people, and my mother often says that the food is good. They just replaced all the carpets in the common areas. We picked this community because, it was closer to my mom's community of friends, and cheaper by a couple thousand dollars per month. I wish they would help with hanging up her pictures and other minor maintenance tasks (eg fixing an internal door lock).

I would tell others looking into Brookdale Charlotte East just how friendly the staff and residents are. More than any other place we looked at, the warmth Mom felt there made us choose it even though it was the farthest and least convenient location. The apartment sizes are good, they could use a bit of updating cabinets and such, but clean and offer a decent amount of space and storage.

My mom is the happiest she has been in 2 years. The staff is amazing, the place is very clean and they keep all of the residents very busy. She says mother food is great and she has made a lot of friends. My father moves in tomorrow.

My grandmother moved in recently. In the short amount of time she has been there she is happier, healthier, and more lively than she has been in years. The staff is very kind and pays very close attention to each resident. We are very happy to see her thriving again!

My loved one is a resident at this facility. She lasted one month in their Assisted Living community before going to their Memory Care unit, but they have been excellent and worked with me every step of the way. This is a smaller, less glamorous community. But one with tremendous oversight and knowledge of each resident. Overall care and family communication is excellent.

Am very happy at this place. My son lives here and wanted to be near him.

What we really like about Brookdale Kenwood is the staff, everyone was extremely sweet, proactive and accommodating. The facility was very nice. The location was great. Her room size was sufficient. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families. The reason the value for cost gets 4/5 stars is because it is a bit pricey.

What we really like about Brookdale Eddy Pond East are the staff - they are very friendly and have been very cooperative in dealing with our loved one which can be challenging at times. The staff have been very patient and accommodating and based on the experience we have had so far we would highly recommend this community to other families.

What we really liked about Brookdale Monroe were they people, the were very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The facility itself was clean and seemed to be in good shape. Based on the experience we had with Brookdale Monroe, we would recommend them to other families.

What a lovely, clean home! We came to see dancers, we were welcomed with homemade foods and fellowship. You can see them everyone is happy and included. I'm visiting from Toledo area.

I have recommended the community to many people. My loved one did not get to stay there long. My loved one had to be moved to memory care less than a month after moving into Remington. My loved one is in their sister property [Property Name removed].

They are very helpful and attentive to your care of your family. It's a great place, so I would recommend to others.

It got off to a rough start but everything is working out just fine. The food is served like a restaurant style so the quality of the food is excellent!! We would recommend Brookdale Club Hill to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.
