Brookdale

We have had a fantastic experience with Brookdale Westlake Hills. The staff is very welcoming, helpful, and caring towards our loved one and other residents. Anytime the family has a question the staff is very responsive to us. The food provided to the residents is outstanding! We would recommend Brookdale Westlake Hills to others for their loved ones.

My mother has been a resident of Clare Bridge (memory Care) for over 2 years. Her health is so much better now than when she moved in. 3 good meals, a day, snacks, exercise, and a medical staff always checking to make sure she is ok. The activities/outings are well planned out and FUN! Family members are always encouraged to come and participate with their loved ones. The caregivers are kind and well attentive to her needs. The building is always cutely decorated for each season/holiday. It is always clean and well maintained. Have things been perfect...no, but what I love about Brookdale Lafayette is that they listen and quickly address and correct the issue.

It's more like a family setting rather than assisted living. Everyone (staff and residents) make you feel welcome. They were taking good care of my loved one; however due to family issues I have had to remove my mom. They even offered to help with the family issues. I would recommend to others.

Mom really likes Brookdale Brea. Others looking for a place - be sure to ask a lot of questions on the financial responsibilities including any extra charges for any equipment they may need to have, like oxygen. The main reason we went with Brookdale was because of the cost mom has for little income and we have to help out financially. The overall care is amazing. My big concern was the cleanliness when looking.

We chose Brookdale Collin Oaks because of the location as well as the atmosphere of the facility. Everyone was very attentive. I never had any concerns about my loved one being well- taken care of.

My father has a hard time finding someone to administer his meds on nights that he goes out. He gets agitated and now won't go out if it will end late. He is not a fan of the dinners, but loves the other meals. They do an awesome job getting him to participate in the activities they have going on. They have all been quick to respond to any questions or concerns and all seem very friendly.

My loved one was a resident at Brookdale Remington Park. I would highly recommend this facility to friends and family. All of the staff are sooo friendly and helpful. This facility has all the comforts of home. Also, great meals and housekeeping did a great job!

Brookdale of Burlington is amazing! I would recommend Brookdale of Burlington to anyone! Their facility and staff are awesome! They are prompt in providing all of their services to their residents! It has been great! They are taking really good care of her!

The staff are terrific, as is the overall environment. If we had any suggestion, it would be that they make transportation more available. Overall, I would recommend to others.

Brookdale Roanoke is an awesome facility for Alzheimer's/dementia patients. They really understand how to deal with Alzheimer's since they are memory care exclusively. Many long time employees. The only reason I had to move Mom was cost but well worth it if you can afford. The room sizes are small, but plenty of room for twin bed, nightstand, chest and chair. All rooms are Private with a bathroom with a toilet/sink and showers are in hallway. They also have 4 sections they call cottages and they group residents by their level of care so patients who function better can be together. I've had Mom in 3 facilities, and Brookdale Roanoke is top notch.

Everything gets 5 stars from me minus the food because I have not eaten here yet. The main reason we chose Brookdale Paddock Hills was because of the value for the money compared to others that we looked into. What has stuck out most about tis facility is the people, everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Brookdale Fort Myers Cypress Lake has been wonderful. My loved one has been a resident there since [date removed]. My loved one is comfortable and relaxed with the entire community.

They were fantastic! My friend moved 2 days after the initial interview! They are on their game and so far are following thru! No suggestions for improvement

We have been positively touched by the personal care and attention our mom has received at Brookdale Longmont. The staff were very open to suggestions and exuded warmth and hospitality. I whole-heartedly recommend them because they took the time to care and enabled the process to be as easy as possible.

I came to Brookdale in early 2016. I have made this my home away from home. The Bible tells us to be satisfied and thankful in whatever state we are in. I thank God for Brookdale that one day someone had this vision for Seniors.
