I like being here at Brookdale. The staff here is very nice. The food here is really good.

I enjoy living here at Brookdale. I like living here rather than home. I have lots of friends and I like that all my meals are all ready for me.

The staff here is great and care so much about all of us residents.

A manager gave us a tour and we were very impressed by all aspeects of this facility. It is super clean and organized. Everyone we met were very friendly and super helpful. Brookdale MB is now our leading choice and I highly recommend this facility.

This place past my first test of cleanliness and smell right when I walked in. The rooms are very fancy and it doesn't feel like a nursing home at all. I was greeted right away when I walked in.

I really enjoy my live environment here. The staff is great, the housekeeper really goes above and beyond and I feel that I could imagine going anywhere else.

Brookdale has been my dad's place for over [time frame removed]. He just passed and I couldn't do this emotional roller coaster without the staff's support and help knowing he lived his best end of life at Brookdale.

In general the experience is pleasant. As for the meals, I don't like sauces like just plain meat, potatoes, and vegetables, not mix ones

One of the perks is the location of the community. It is close for walking to storage and restaurants. The personnel is great. The residents that aren't able to walk, they can still get to the stores as they are close by. I've not been disappointed in anything since I moved here. There are two meals a day provided and there are choices to choose from.

Brookdale Cypress Lake has the most amazing staff. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The care that they provide the community members is truly what sets them apart. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for exceptional care!

The entire staff we met and spoke with was excellent. All of our questions were answered and our followup questions were replied to very quickly. A easy to get to location and the community seemed to be in great shape.

The food is really good. They have good choices, and different ways that they make chicken. They make you feel welcomed in the dining room area. They have a lot of good activites, such as Bingo, Poker Night, and church services. Also, they have a hair salon, library, and a full-time nurse. They have transportation to take you to the doctor and shopping. I would recommend to other families.

This sincerely committed team of healthcare professionals goes way above and beyond the necessary to help residents know they are are being served by a community who cares-- that they are heard and respected. Nursing, PT, dining, activities, hospitality, housekeeping, transportation... all services are fulfilled by people who treat our loved ones like caring family. It might sound canned, or trite-- but it is true. Brookdale Glen Ellyn holds a special place in the hearts of loved ones of the residents there because they earn it day in and day out.

The activities seem to be great, but my loved ones have not participated yet. Brookdale have gone above and beyond, to provide a smooth transition going from a home environment, to an independent living situation. Everyone has been truly engaged. The dining room is spotless, and smells fresh. The residents come from families, where people care about the well-being of their loved ones. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They want my loved ones to be happy. All of the employees, are proud to be apart of an organization.

I have never met the most amazing people in a community before! Brookdale Bristol is absolutely astonishing. [name removed] is willing to work and find the needs for each customer. I have noticed [name removed]is always out helping and doing activities or just talking to the residents. I would recommend Brookdale Bristol to everyone!

From the moment my husband and I met with staff, we knew Brookdale Pinnacle was in a class all of it's own. Staff members took the time to talk with us, asking questions about my dad who has Alzheimer's disease. We appreciate the support from the staff every step of the way. We liked the holistic approach Brookdale takes to care for it's residents. After the tour at Brookdale, we knew that was where we wanted dad placed for his care.

During my visit I was introduced to several staff people. They were all engaging and seemed to enjoy working there. I was also able to meet two managers, including the administrator. The building is pretty big and there seems to be lots of place and niches for meeting areas and activities.
