Highly recommended. My father loves it!

Beautiful community. Great staff. Residents seem to be happy. Very clean community and smells clean. Very welcoming. I was able to sample food and it was very well prepared and served to the residents in a very pleasing manner.

Brookdale the heights is a beautiful community located conveniently inside the loop. Employees are well trained and passionate about elderly care. This is exactly where I’d want my parents to live. Highly recommend!

Toured this community. Very friendly staff and lots of interaction with residents. The community was decorated for the holidays and it felt so much like home. I was able to talk with the residents and was introduced to all the staff. The Director spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining the services they could offer. I was very impressive with this community. I had visited this community several years ago. It has improved so much since that time. Wonderful place! Everyone should use this community.

This community has went above and beyond for my grandmother! [name removed] goes out of her way to make everything perfect, she has been a blessing! I wouldn’t want my grandmother to be any where else other than Brookdale Bristol!

The activities at this community are fabulous, our loved one is not lonely anymore and has made friends. During the few months she has been there she has been on to the wildlife safari a few times as well as the museum. They bring in live entertainers for the residents, there is bingo everyday. We would recommend this community to other families

Brookdale Pearland looked to be a great facility. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they did not have any openings at the time we were looking for placement.

Nice place. Nice people. Clean. Very good food (the food was the highlight.) We had a very nice time.

Excellent care, when you can't live alone this is the place.

Home health partner: Mariana Butte is a gorgeous community with phenomenal staff and the sweetest of residents. The caring staff listens to each resident and family member, and honestly goes above and beyond daily to give the best care in town. [Five names removed] and so many more of the staff create an atmosphere full of support, activities, and entertainment, but most of all a kindness that our seniors deserve. My parents are in their 70s and when they need support, Mariana Butte is our choice.

My mom was in another ALF for 2 years. It was nice but doesn't compare to the warmth we have found at Tarpon Brookdale. From top down, especially [name removed], everyone has been so genuinely friendly. I am so thankful for my Mom's sake. She is doing better than ever, after only a week of living there! Love the activities director, kitchen staff, care staff, maintenance, cleaning, front desk, and all! And so very pleased with the laundry service! SO glad we made the move.

I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice calm place to live. The staff are very kind and caring. The rooms are spacious and clean. There’s plenty to do and the food is of high quality.

This community is outstanding. The buildings are older, but the team members/caregivers are kind, caring, and many have been employed there for multiple years. That alone gives me comfort my family member is in good hands. When I visit the residents are socializing and laughing. It always seems happy. It's been a relief to know we made the right choice.

Staff is very friendly and community is welcoming and warm! Beautiful views of the bay and being in South Tampa is a big plus. The carpet upstairs is a little dated but all in all a great community. !

Brookdale Bayshore is a beautiful community, the staff is friendly and caring. I love that they accept pets. My favorite spot to visit is on the boardwalk looking into the bay watching dolphins, there is so much life and movement with the eagle I saw chasing the osprey soaring high, as well as seagulls and other varieties of birds. The apartments are spacious and just right. I had the opportunity to eat a meal and it was delicious, made from scratch. I love how you can see it displayed so you know what you're getting as well as reading a beautiful restaurant style dining menu. No other community has a view like this.

We chose Brookdale Moorehead City because of both the cost and the room availability that suited our needs. They made the whole move in process very easy for us. I would recommend Brookdale Moorehead City to other families.

I toured this community and it was really nice. Definitely a better fit for a more independent resident. They don't have Memory Care, which is something we were looking for in the case of future needs. We were looking for a facility with all three levels in the event that our loved one's needs change, to make the transition easier. But I'd suggest looking into it for a more independent option if you're looking for that. Very clean and friendly from what we saw on our tour.
