Brookdale

If I was talking to a friend about Brookdale Franklyn, I would say that is great for independent living! It's an awesome place to be. The staff encourage residents to be out of their rooms in in the community areas, talking and communicating with one another. The staff will also check on the residents if they are struggling, especially during the night. You can't find many places that will go out of their way to sit with you and help you through things overnight. I only had one meal and it was good, but there for a time it was a buffet. My loved one did not care for the buffet style, but they have gone back to the menu dining options and my loved one raves about breakfast and lunch! The staff always keeps me updated on the status of my loved one. My loved one feels that she is heard and a part of the extended family at Brookdale. The one thing that really shines is the sense of community, comradery and family. You can see that they care for each other and want the best for one another.

Friendly. And helpfully Clean. Just a good place. Safe. And knowing medical staff 25/7. I would recommend to other friends and family. Have made lots of friends of residents and other family’s coming in

We chose Brookdale Punta Gorda Isles because during our tour, we could tell that the people who lived there seemed to be very happy. I trust the staff to give quality care to my mother in law. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Brookdale is a life changing place. Once you walk through the doors you will feel welcomed and like you’re surrounded by family. There is always great staff to help with any of your needs, good food to fill up your tummies, and something fun to do to keep your spirits high. I love the environment Brookdale provides for the residents.

What we really like about the Brookdale Germantown community are the staff members, they are just so caring and have taken such great care of our loved one. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend them to other families.

I can't get over how nice the people are at this place! The staff, the tenants, it is so nice. We even have alot of good entertainment. There is always something to do! They even take us to look at Christmas Lights.

I just moved in this community a week ago! I have met some wonderful friends. It has really been heavenly coming in to such a nice place! The food is way better than the place I moved from. I am really enjoying this place.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brookdale Port Orange. From the very first call, to taking a tour, to moving in….the staff at Brookdale were true professionals. We first met with [name removed], Director of Sales and Marketing. She has such an ease about her that we immediately felt that this was a perfect fit for my father. She answered all of our questions and my father was “home” within days. With having only around 40 residents total., I t’s the perfect setting that won’t overwhelm my dad, especially during a life adjustment. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were extremely welcoming and helped introduce us to the team. They are top notch ladies with a passion for people! Chef [name removed] at Brookdale is amazing! He really gets to know your likes and dislikes and always has the menu posted a day in advance. My dad has thoroughly enjoyed all of his meals! I love being able to have lunch or dinner with him to catch up. So what I’m saying is, we are SO happy to have found Brookdale!

This is a great community that provides care to all who choose to live or visit. The friendly environment sets the tone of what one can expect which is quite comforting. I enjoyed seeing the residents with their pets as this was a pleasant surprise to know that even a residents pet will be well taken care of by this one-of-a-kind community.

Since our loved one has moved in she has absolutely done a complete 360. She has absolutely blossomed - she is getting out of her room every single day and socializing and talking with all the other residents. She has met some very nice ladies there. We are delighted with this community. She also says the food is delightful. Based on the experience so far we would recommend Brookdale Gaines Ranch to other families.

What we like - It's welcoming and friendly. Residents are encouraged to be together and share life together. Areas of Improvement - Meal prep, cooking and seasoning, and serving could use vast improvement. Eating good tasting meals is something to anticipate. They have to wait 30-45 minutes to be served On occasion.

My Father spent his last year under the incredible care of [name removed], [name removed] and the entire staff of Brookdale Folsom. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional or loving group of people. I never once worried about if Dad “was ok”. Every detail and every question I had got a prompt response no matter the time or day. The entire staff treated us like family and we couldn’t have asked for more!

All of the staff, from admissions Director, to the Maintenance Director, has been so helpful in getting my Dad signed up and ready to move from skilled nursing. There is an enormous amount of work and they were so skilled and patient.

Brookdale is well organized and all employees do their best to accommodate residents. The administration works well. They provide a full schedule of activities and I particularly enjoy the word games. I am happy with staff and activities.

My father in law has been at Brookdale for almost 3 years and we are thrilled with the care he receives. It was very hard for dad to make this transition as he's always been very independent but Brookdale still offers him the opportunity to stay active. He spends his days going to exercise, playing Bingo and participating in many activities they offer. The staff has been incredibly caring and all of our questions, needs and concerns are addressed in a timely fashion. Dad is able to receive the care he needs while still having the opportunity to socialize. We are very happy with our choice and feel peace of mind knowing dad is being properly cared for!

Brookdale has such a caring staff. My Aunt is downstairs in the memory care unit and is treats with such respect and love. I so Appreciate everything the staff does to keep all these patients happy and active.

We had a friend who lived at Brookdale Lakewood for many years. We visited often and were always impressed with how clean and welcoming the community is. Our friend was very happy living there and loved participating in the activities. The staff was always very caring and took good care of her. We would not hesitate to tell anyone thinking of assistive living to check out Brookdale Lakewood first.

Staff are always helpful and friendly. Provide resident support with dignity. Encourage self-sufficiency where appropriate. The residents are kept busy with lots of planned activities they can participate in each day. I'm very happy knowing my Mom is being taken care of at Brookdale.
